- Emanuele (8/5): Abbiamo soggiornato per lavoro, nel complesso il posto ha rispecchiato le aspettative. - Camere pulite, comode e spaziose e silenziose. Nonostante si trovi sulla tratta di discesa verso l'aeroporto di Orio al Serio il passaggio degli aerei non crea disturbo. Il ristorante attiguo permette di non spostarsi ed è una comodità. Piatti ottimi e servizio molto cortese e puntuale. Avendo un furgone abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio gratuito in struttura, chiuso e protetto; c'è anche un parcheggio coperto, ma non abbiamo chiesto informazioni in quanto non potevamo utilizzarlo. Da migliorare alcuni dettagli interni alla camera, ad esempio vi sono nel bagno alcuni fori sulle pareti delle suppellettili precedenti, che se chiusi danno un aspetto più curato. Analogamente il box doccia aveva la guarnizione rovinata, sono dettagli ma cose che fanno apprezzare la cura.

- Sâmea (10/5): Beautiful hotel near downtown - The place was beautiful, the location was good near the train station and the downtown. All surroundings are beautiful. The rooms were good size and very clean. The breakfast was really good too. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner and the food there was amazing and had a good price. All the staff we meet were very kind. The experience at this hotel made an upgrade on our short stay in Grumello del Monte.

Łazienka żadnych półek, szafek, okropny prysznic. Śniadanie katastrofa najgorsze jakie widziałam. Rogaliki okropne mrożone i odgrzewane kilka krotnie jak dla psa. Co do ceny za ten hotel to jest jakiś żart. Zatrzymaliśmy się w drodze z Austrii do Szwajcarii, nie polecam nawet na jedną noc. Bez zatyczek w uszach nie da się tam spać.

Ivan e Ketty (i gestori) due Persone Meravigliose!Ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia.Ho apprezzato tantissimo il gesto,il giorno del mio compleanno, davvero commovente.Stanze sempre pulite.Attenzione da parte del personale addetto alle camere, eccellente!Una Bellissima esperienza a 360°. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, bellissima, imponente,una meraviglia. Lo consiglio vivamente! A prescindere dalla Bellezza della struttura che ti lascia senza fiato,per quanto riguarda la posizione geografica,se fosse stata in un paese o città più centrali, sarebbe stato il non plus ultra!Ma questo, ovviamente, è un mio umile parere personale.

- Martin (8/5): Short pleasant stay - It was a very short business trip. I was able to arrive very late, my room card was left at the reception. The single room was fine. I enjoyed the coffee at breakfast. The breakfast was typical Italian with a range of sweet pastries and fortunately a fruit basket. The staff was very nice.
