L’appartamento sottotetto ha un bel terrazzino, mentre sul tetto c’è una terrazza panoramica in comune con vista su Cefalù! La posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare è molto comoda, in zona si alternano lidi e spiagge libere, mentre per arrivare in centro ci vogliono circa 15 min a piedi. Viene fornito un voucher per la colazione in un hotel a 5 minuti a piedi (ottimo cibo e personale piacevole). Grande accoglienza anche per il mio cagnolino per il quale non ho dovuto pagare nessun supplemento. L’unica pecca della camera tripla sottotetto è che diventa scomoda per persone alte. non è stato un problema per noi, ma la doccia è molto bassa, quindi per alcuni sarebbe bene saperlo in anticipo. Ci sono due rampe di scale da fare per arrivare di sopra, dunque chi ha problemi fisici lo tenga in considerazione. Il parcheggio accanto alla struttura è praticissimo ma ha un costo di 15€ al giorno se la so siete lì anche la notte.

El baño, tener que desayunar a 300 metros en una cafetería con muy mal servicio y pagar por aparcar en la entrada y que dependas de los otros huéspedes para poder sacar el coche. Habitación sin más, y almohada de repuesto sucia. Sin limpieza diaria y cambio de toallas cada 2 días.

• Marilyn (7/5): - J'ai aimé l'emplacement même si au départ j'étais pas sûre. La chambre était très belle et bien équipée, près de tous les services. La vue était incroyable surtout pour le coucher de soleil. Très près de la plage. Chambre très confortable. Vue incroyable. L'emplacement était douteux au départ et le parking plutôt étroit mais nous avons finalement bien appréciés. La douche a eu un petit problème d'écoulement dont j'ai fait part aux propriétaires mais je suis sûre qu'ils s'en sont occupés par la suite. Nous sommes restés une nuit seulement et sonmes arrivés relativement tard. Service impeccable.

• Lydia (5/5): An ok base for our needs but not ideal and in our opinion overpriced - The location was good and the hosts were friendly. Parking was available. The sea view was nice but the balcony in our room faced out to the road and not the sea. Breakfast being served at an alternative venue didn’t work for us. It’s not hard to have a self service breakfast area on site - everywhere else we stayed did this. To have to walk 10 mins downhill to somewhere else wasn’t acceptable or practical- but also not clear when we booked The check in time got changed later on the day of arrival (from 3:30-4pm). We already thought it was a bit late to check in especially when check out was so early 10am. Every other property we stayed at was 2pm check in. Coffee making facility was in room but no coffee to make it so we had to buy coffee, milk etc at supermarket. Room not cleaned or re stocked of toiletries or water This was the only property during our stay in Sicilly that didn’t do this. Some of the fittings in the room including the shower head were broken.

Lovely coffee and daily breakfast provided at nearby (four-star) hotel terrace. Close to excellent supermarket and beaches. Short walk from the station and Old Town. It was great chatting with them both. We loved the bright spacious clean studio. The roof terrace was fabulous to sit and watch the sun go down with your glass of wine. Location was great. 5 minutes walk to the beach and a lovely promenade walk to the Old Town. Breakfast in the Hotel 5 minutes walk away was perfect. . Nice quiet side of town. There was an electric kettle and 2 ring stove top plus a fridge. We would love to return in future. Thanks Francesca for your suggestions for our stay in Palermo. There was not a thing to dislike for us. All our needs and expectations were exceeded for us to enjoy our holiday in Cefalu.

The hosts were incredibly kind and we absolutely loved our stay. It is also a very close walk to the beach and old town. Nothing.

• Maddalena (10/5): The best value and the best location with the charming host - The property is very perfectly situated in the quiet side of the beach, just a few minutes from the old town and all of the restaurants. We were extremely comfortable in a large room with a breeze that ran through both both windows. It was quiet and we slept well, but we were within minutes of everything that we wanted to see and do. It was a wonderful location and Francesca was extremely accommodating and helpful and kind. I would absolutely want to return to this exact location.

Comes with a beautiful terrace too, perfect for sunbathing. The views from the balcony and terrace are incredible. Provided beach towels for a beach 200m away. The price could have been better. But it was on Cefalú beach with a sea view, balcony in the high season. You pay for what you get.
