Guest Reviews
- Richard (8/5): - Modern student accommodation. Decent enough although the bed wasn’t the greatest. Very central and 24/7 check via the reception/security desk
No parking but plenty if options nearby and free street parking between 6 and 8
- Philip (8/5): - clean towles'sheets pillow cases, mattress to thin, ideal for a central cheep stay, overall very happy with my choicr
- David (8/5): - Room was clean and staff helpfull
- Lorenc (8/5): - Era perfetta per chi vuole visitare la città,
- Jaypee Marie (6/5): - Pillow case and linen smelled like they have not been changed.
- Chris (10/5): - Very clean and tidy
Near city centre highly recommended
- Janet (8/5): - My partner stayed here as he needed somewhere quick and easy to stay. He said it was suitable for what he needed it for, and he really enjoyed the site seeing. If need to contact them, just don't do it via the app, as you won't get a reply (as I found out!)!!
- Mike (4/5): - On your website it stated parking was included, only to find that it's Not
- tara (10/5): - Excellent value!
- Adrian (10/5): - Great value for money.
- Russ (4/5): - Booked with provision for free parking which wasn’t the case, no drinks provided, no cutlery
- Max (10/5): - Staff were so friendly and helpful. Place was clean safe and quiet. Great value for money and such a convenient location. Check in was efficient and quick. Would definitely use again thank yiu
- Kieron (10/5): Student Dorms - It’s typical student dorms, central Southend for £34 when Travelodge wanted £230 for the Saturday night in July. Basic facilities but WHAT A BARGAIN
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Doorkeeper turned the guest away - despite prepayment - giving fear of covid as a reason. Guest left at 8pm at night in Southend on SEA with nowhere to sleep
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Tried to check in after booking through Expedia yesterday, they had no information about any booking and are not currently letting their rooms out. I was left stranded, trying to get hold of someone to talk to at Expedia. They left me on hold for nearly 2 hours before I just gave up. Will never use this site again
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Could not sleep all night.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The price is very reasonable. The rooms are clean and have all basic facilities. The location is excellent. The staff are very helpful.
- Patrick (2/5): - Not really geared up for hotel guests. Staff were porters. Clouds of rubbish outside front door and some blew in and was never cleaned up. Breakfast for 5 days was 5 paper bags of food left on the first day - do croissants and muffins last five days? Bed was hard an had a waterproof sheet so was sweaty. Couldn't get the broadband to work. No tv, radio or tea coffee making facilities. Apart from that it was fine...
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good price and close to high street and shops. No tv or kettle in room and welcome brochure quite specific about not using communal kitchen, which was a shame. Wifi instructions seemed to involve setting up an account so didn't use. Very close to a big Sainsbury's. Staff helpful and polite.
- Martin (8/5): Basic, but good. - A clean room with a comfortable bed and ensuite, was all I needed and was what I got. Staff were very helpful even though I arrived at 5 minutes to midnight. Good soundproofing, so no noise from the street.
