Rooms were comfortable, beds were very comfortable. There wasn’t enough storage/luggage space in the room and only one luggage rack. The bed casters didn’t lock, so the bed rolled freely when least expected, almost causing falls.

We booked in for breakfast at check in with blonde male staff...but on Sunday brkfst restaurant stated we were not booked in for brkfst....he didn't actually book us ...had to pay full price instead of discount special 😒🫤....if we stay again will dble check or pay brkfst 1st at check in...

This is a semi deal breaker for us when it comes to accommodation especially in such a small space.

- François (8/5): Cet hôtel sera désormais notre point de chute à chaque fois que nous passerons à Auckland. - Le monsieur de la réception qui nous a enregistré au check-in était au top. Je crois que son nom était Ciaran. Quel plaisir d'être accueilli comme ça ! Rien que pour cela, nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage à Auckland. Nous avons eu une chambre avec une vue géniale sur la ville. Le petit coin kitchenette était très pratique. La salle de bain fabuleuse. Le personnel de cet établissement est vraiment à la hauteur, que ce soit pour la réception comme je le dis plus haut, mais aussi pour l'entretien des chambres, avec un soin particulier à se faire discret. On ne les voit jamais et pourtant tout est fait quand on revient dans la chambre. Et c'est impeccable. Quant au lit, alors là je dois dire, c'est un pur plaisir de dormir dans ces conditions. Sans se gêner car il est immense.

When I checked in, the staff, Mr Valuntine provided high quality of reception service for me. 3) the cleaner is very responsible. The only thing is that the distance between the tap and basin is too short so it is not easy to wash hands and towels.

Dado que teníamos un vuelo en las siguientes horas tuvimos que aceptar este cobro unilateral y no correspondiente. Aún estamos a la espera de la corrección del cobro y la correspondiente devolución del importe pagado en exceso

- Kelly (8/5): Fabulous hotel with wonderful location! - Harshada was incredibly kind and professional when we arrived. The grounds were clean and welcoming. We had to ask for towels as there was only one. But they were brought incredibly quick!

- Kimberley (10/5): Clean, Convient, and Easy - We were in from Ontario, Canada. We were greeted by exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable staff, especially the young girl at the counter!! During our check in, a difficult situation with a drunken, vagrant who entered the front door was handled swiftly and discreetly by the man behind the counter. We'll done! I'd highly recommend this place, the room was clean and refreshing, the beds were SUPER comfortable and the buffet breakfast had a large, fresh selection!

Had few challenges with parking onsite, I requested this in advance, but was sorted eventually, thanks to the manager on duty and the lady that helped us check-in. Parking here needs to be more organized and transparent. There should be a designated spot for guests to pull in and check-in before moving their car; currently, the process is confusing. I was disappointed when the valet in-charge refused to help me with a temporary spot. Furthermore, for a facility of this caliber, the breakfast spread was quite limited and needs improvement.

Divya the duty manager is friendly, approachable and super efficient. 3) Great facilities with the gym, eateries and friendly lobby atmosphere 4) Accessible cool water filter dispensers on every floor 1) Can’t watch normal TV in the room- what happened to the normal remotes where we can switch between channels ? 2) No garbage bags provided as bin liners in the rubbish bins in the main room and bathroom

Das Personal war bei unserem Eintreffen ein wenig gestresst und dementsprechend nicht seehr freundlich. Danach war das Personal (Frühstück, Check Out) aber freundlich.
