- Sandi (10/5): Luxury by the beach - Beautiful luxury experience! Location was perfect because everything was literally within walking distance. I barely used my rental . The staff was hospitable and accommodating and made sure i celebrated my birthday the best way!
- Kiya (4/5): - Our stay has unfortunately been very unpleasant. I’ve really tried to avoid leaving a negative review, but at this point it’s difficult not to. From early in the morning, starting around 8 AM, the noise level has been unbearable. Between the constant vacuuming in the hallways, loud footsteps above and around us, and what honestly sounds like construction or renovations happening next door, we haven’t been able to get any peace or rest during our stay. On top of the noise issues, the service has also been disappointing. We specifically requested towels, and despite waiting, they were never brought to our room. For a place that should provide comfort and hospitality, the lack of responsiveness and consideration for guests has been incredibly frustrating. Valet is extremely rude and it took 30 minutes for us to get our car when leaving to head to the airport. After waiting thirty minutes the guy with the Afro didn’t even apologize for the wait, open the doors or anything. He just parked the car and left the door opened and walked right inside. The only nice valet guy was Josue. Overall, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, and I cannot recommend it. If I could give it less than 0/10, I would.

My one complaint is that the bell boys did not do their job at all, I can count on my hand the number of times the door was opened for me and my wife with 4 guys standing outside on their phones. I was a vip customer but did not recieve that treatment at all times.

- Tasha (6/5): - I recently stayed at the OLV Hotel with my sister, and while we appreciated the beauty of the property and found our room to be quite lovely, we unfortunately experienced a significant issue during our stay that I feel needs to be addressed. During our time in the room, we encountered repeated problems with the air conditioning system shutting off without our knowledge. As a result, the room became extremely humid, causing moisture to build up on the floors and walls. This created a slippery and unsafe environment, and both my sister and I slipped and fell multiple times. Thankfully, we did not suffer serious injuries, though we came very close to hitting our heads. We initially reported this concern to a front desk receptionist, who assured us that the matter would be escalated to management and that an incident report would be filed. However, when we followed up the next day, no one at the desk had any record of our report. We informed a second receptionist, who again assured us that she would follow up, but we never received any further communication or resolution. This lack of follow-through was disappointing, especially considering the potential for injury. We hope the hotel will take this matter seriously to ensure that proper safety measures are in place and that future guests do not face similar risks.

Inside was greated by two very sweet and professional ladies working the front desk, was taken to my room and was shown how to work everything. The room was amazing aka mouth dropping top of the line, robes, various drinks incl. water, a safe for valuables etc too much to mention all plus concierge and room service. Wow. Thanks You Staff. Everyone was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Kritzy—so professional, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The pool area is gorgeous, and watching the sunset from the rooftop was absolutely unforgettable. The location is also a huge plus: close to great restaurants, a kayak rental spot, a car rental service, and even a casino. Highly recommend!

Only two real “complaints” - the pool is odddly designed and placed, as it’s positioned in a centered way in the dining area outdoors. It reads more of an aesthetic forward fountain than a pool. The hotel is a short walk from the strip which houses STK, a convenience store, and a plethora of other attractions including the beach. It’s sort of in the cut and on a block committed to a considerable (2) amount of construction sites. So, I can see that as being kinda creepy depending on the traveler and if they’re a lone traveler. Overall, great spot - would visit again and again!

We splurged on the panoramic balcony overlooking the lagoon and it did not disappoint. The food at the rooftop restaurant was incredible, and the pool/hot tub were so luxurious. The hotel was very quiet (possibly because it was a Sunday/Monday), but we felt very taken care of by the staff. The room was gorgeous, one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at. The Valet parking was easy and convenient as well. I highly recommend staying here!

Photos made hotel appear to be bigger than it was but this was not a deal breaker. Rooftop hot tub was great, pool was small and awkwardly shapped. Biggest negative was the room upkeep. Hair was found on the shower wall, they never offered to clean room or replace towels unless requested. Shower door did not stay closed and bathroom door did not close properly. Overall i will stay again and recommend this property solely on how they treat their guest.

I had an issue with the first room I was put in but the front desk agent Kritzy made sure I was able to switch over promptly, she was very kind and helpful. The valet driver Josue was very kind and went above and beyond each time we needed our vehicle parked or brought to us. We booked the brunch on a floating deck and it was so nice! My husband also booked me a happy birthday package the room was decorated with balloons chocolate covered strawberries, champagne and flowers! I truly enjoyed this hotel I would definitely recommend! My overall experience was great

- Chelsea (6/5): - It is decorated beautifully, the beds were nice and the restaurants were good. But, other guests were very loud the middle of the night. We woke up 3 times in one night from other guests coming back from partying. The rooms were also musty and freezing.

- Rashad (10/5): Amazing Place to stay - The Room we stayed in had an AMAZING AMAZING VIEW! The room was Amazing and everything was Amazing! The restaurants there are amazing and the food was very good. It’s so many amazing things to say about this place. And the location is right on the strip next to everything and everything in walking distance even the beach

- Sonia (10/5): - The Hotel is located in the center of Condado area , which is very tourist oriented. The ocean view from the pool area is beautiful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The pool restaurant was really good.Staff was friendly.The only issue was that our room didn’t have a window.I had to change room and pay extra. Other than that we had a great experience.

- Anna (10/5): - My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at OLV. We felt like royalty all week. From the hot tub on the roof to the dining experience, OLV has a fabulous and luxurious environment. That’s not to mention our room! Our room was immaculate! It was the best escape from our busy lives to enjoy each other. We were greeted with rose petals in our tub and champagne. The shower stepped out onto this lovely balcony and enjoy room service from the friendly staff. We loved it so much that we’ve already made plans for our next stay at OLV.

- Tekoa (2/5): - This property was a joke ! I spent $1500 dollars on my initial reservation and was charged an additional $1400 to upgrade a room ! I left and went to another hotel and they wouldn’t issue any of my money back although I only stayed at the property for less than 10 hours ! I’d never recommend this property to anyone ! EVER !
