• Indah (9/5): Overall menyenangkan menginap di Louise Kienne - Kasurnya besar. Mantap Tempat sampah diruangan pijakan kaki nggak ada tinggal besi kayak paku aja jadi sakit
• Vijayan (4/5): Not upto the mark - stay was ok. Location is good. During check in they allocated me a room which was already occupied by another guest. And again i came back to reception with my luggage for getting another room. I can clearly hear noise from adjacent room. Dinner is not available on ala carte basis. Parking at this property is tricky as the entrance and exit ramps are narrow, only experienced driver can handle the vehicle without damage. I have not received invoice for my stay. Both booking.com & property is telling they cannot provide contact another. While check out I tried to explain to the staff and shown booking.com policy details, but even after explaining and waiting for 1 hour I did not receive a invoice from them. Since i dont have enough time i have left without invoice.
• andriansyach (3/5): - Nothing When check in room stinky and bed very little booked for 2 adult and 2 kids tenageer not enough space..I book deluxe twin room but they provided deluxe twin bed only 1 room available ..when check in 1st day no siap shampoo towel and shower gears and stuff 2 Nd day when make up room they not fill the soap and shampoo and have to shouting to hotel staff..very not professional hotel serviced delivered I'm not recommend using again this hotel and breakfast only 1 pax been provided complaint to the hotel they can provide 1 pax .while I book for 4 guess including me and my wife and my 2 kids tenageer .very unprofessional hotel .

• Adventure11753075917 (10/5): Enjoyable Stay with the Best Rooftop View - I stayed at Louis Kienne Pemuda Semarang this November and really enjoyed my time there. The location couldn’t be more convenient, it’s right in the middle of the city, with a convenience store and a mall just next door. Toko Oen and Loenpia Mbak Lien are literally right across the street, which made it easy to grab some local favorites. The service was solid throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. My room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The part I loved the most was the infinity pool on the rooftop. The view from up there is fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back on my next trip to Semarang.

Thank You, Louis Kienne — Especially Mbak Ririn! - The hotel is excellent — a new building, clean, and all the staff are very friendly and kind. I asked for assistance going up and down the elevator, and they always accompanied me. The facilities are plenty, the swimming pool is large, and the city view is absolutely stunning. The playground area is very clean and brought so much joy to my child. The room was extremely nice — clean and fragrant. The bed, pillows, and bedcover were all super soft. My child was happy because they could watch YouTube on the TV. The city view from the room was amazing, and there was also a large sofa in the room. The hotel’s location is truly strategic — walking distance to Toko Oen and Queen City Mall. Everything was just perfect. We were very, very satisfied. A special thank you to Ms. Ririn, the Guest Relation Officer at Hotel Louis Kienne Pemuda Semarang, who fulfilled all our requests — not a single one was missed. Stay healthy, Ms. Ririn. We’ve made a promise that when we visit Semarang again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Louis Kienne Pemuda.

The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location is another big plus – it’s close to the city center, with shops and cafes within walking distance. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

• Nixmoment (6/5): superb location but the hotel itself need renovation as poor sound proof and noticeable stains. - location was superb. Only short distance to popular places to eat and coffeeshops. Nearby has convenient store, gas station. Staff were friendly too. parking is tight and the building itself need refreshment. You can find stains on the carpets, walls, bed sheets. Also need better sound proofing as neighbor or the alleyway sound is very noticeable from inside the room. If you parked your car in the building, the system isn't efficient as you need clearance every time you parked although you're staying for couple of days.

• list858 (6/5): Good, but breakfast should be improved - The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, maybe because there are chairs in the outside area for people to smoke, and the smell got into the lobby. But the check in process went smoothly. Room ok, bed is the rather firm type, quite comfy for me but maybe not for those who prefer a softer type. Beddings less pristine than expected tho. Found some yellowish colouring in the duvet. Bathroom is quite tightly arranged, especially the space for standing in front of the sink, as the sliding door is just behind. And the floor can get wet from the shower activity. The infinity pool can be crowded as it is one of the uniqueness of the hotel, but great and the almost 360 view of the city from the top floor is wonderful. Lift waiting time quite long due to full hotel capacity, but I think this would be hard to improve. The issue is with breakfast. The variety is ok, all the standards variant (bread and pastries, salads, local food, Asian Buffett, egg station, sausages, red beans), but the hotel miscalculated the amount of food needed. At 08.30, almost all food has run out, including the plates/bowls/utensils. Meanwhile, many guests are still coming to have breakfast as the closing time is 10.00. Even eggs run out, you cannot request to make sunny side ups. Eggs is the fastest thing you can buy, even available at common small street stalls. Lots of complaints to the staff. The management should be able to calculate food requirements based on the occupancy and take immediate actions. Overall stay ok, but the breakfast experience rather reduce the evaluation, especially with the high price (twice of regular Price) of room due to semi-high season (a weekend on school's holiday period)

• 782aniss (10/5): very satisfied and will visit this place again, hopefully the quality will be further improved - very satisfied with all the facilities and services provided, the service is very friendly from the check in process to the check out process, the facilities are complete and adequate, the price is affordable, it is really worth it with the quality offered, the rooms and everything in them are clean starting from the pillows to the room cupboards shower etc., the rooms are fragrant and spacious, the room atmosphere is very comfortable and the hotel atmosphere is very attractive, the hotel location is also strategic, close to public facilities in the city of Semarang.

The ambience just feel like home, the service from the staff warm and friendly. even though the hotel is in city area, they provide playground and swimming pool for kids. they have a rooftop swimming pool with a great view, perfect for relaxation to relieve fatigue after work. This hotel is also suitable for a vacation with family
