Breakfast was good Internet was good Room was clean but small Near bus station And 15 minutes walk to metro Souvenir market in hotel was nice and good price 17 minutes walk to metropolin mall Room service was not so good, and far from central. Totally i recommended.bcoz of good atmosphere

- Elena (8/5): На 2 ночи по делам - Ездили по делам. Необычно что номер состоит из двух небольших комнат без двери, но это даже неплохо. Похоже на кв в бюджетной новостройке. Удобная кровать и подушки. Хорошие систые полотенца, все чисто и хорошо. Вайфай на 11 этаже не супер, для zoom не хватало.

- Evgeny (8/5): Отель хороший, но ресторан разочаровал. - Современный Отель с просторным номером и большой ванной комнатой. Нормальный интернет. Достаточно разнообразный завтрак, включая приготовление омлета/яичницы. Что огорчило, так это ресторан. Все, что ни заказали было значительно ниже среднего. Креветки гриль- вообще катастрофа. Но по вполне взрослым ценам. В остальном- удобный и хороший отель.

- Vasi_1511 (8/5): Very good value for money - We stayed at the Hotel Art Moskva for one night before traveling further and were positively surprised. The lobby was inviting and the check-in went fast. Rooms were small (not tiny though) and - most important - clean and comfortable. Free WiFi was included although not the fastest. We had to leave before breakfast so cannot judge the quality there but we had a drink and snacks at the bar before going to our rooms at night and the art club sandwich and wraps were good. Location-wise it is a bit further out but I definitely recommend this place if you’re traveling on a budget!

- gmiskovic (8/5): Great hotel with poor English speaking staff - The room and hotel were clean, comfortable. Breakfast was also good and tasty The check in was a bit stressful because we had to pay for the entire stay immediately at check in and of course we didn't had the cash with us. But in case you have a credit card, no worries :). Anyhow this was different from other experiences, where you pay for your stay at check out. The reception staff was generally nice and pleasant, but there were also less nice girls working. The spoken English was a bit poor.

- Сергей (8/5): За эти деньши - это очень хорошо. - Отличный отель за эти деньги. За 5700р. в сутки у меня был большой номер отдельными прихожей, гостинной-кухней, спальней и большой ванной. Всё новое. Два телевизора. Небольшой косяк обнаружился в последний день, когда в гостиной образовалась лужа, протекшей из душевой кабины воды. Но это было единственное неудобство.
- In suk (8/5): Good price - Had problems with the room being cleaned by housekeeping. Seems they should hire more cleaners so that when you return at 9pm your room is made up. Breakfast isn’t worth it. Hard boiled egg, some cheap meats and yogurt. Can’t get any other style egg besides boiled. But the price is great!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Новый красивый отель с плохим сервисом - Новый отель с красивым дизайном в уютном районе Москвы. Расположение хорошее для тех, кто передвигается на такси или carshering, так как до метро надо добираться на автобусах и это не очень удобно. Впрочем, такси до метро буст стоить вам 150 руб, до Белорусского вокзала 300 рублей, до Шереметьево- 700-800 . Отель совсем новый , но отделка комнат очень не опрятная . Строители были не "высшего класса" . Внизу есть супермаркет, для тех , кто питается в номере. Бар с лоби закрывается в 10 вечера. Еда в ресторане очень скромная , выбор минимальный . Сервис тоже подкачивает. За 4 дня не разу не убрали комнату. Но если судить по принципу цена-качество , то не самый худший вариант .
- 310martini (2/5): Worst hotel in 12 years in moscow. 4 stars??? Maybe 2 with some luck - I visit Moscow every year bcs of my job. It was the first time I saw a rat .. was at the hotel door. No telephone in the room. No restaurant. No room service. No bar. Not even the chance to buy a bottle of coke or a bottle of water Only one receptionist with some English skills. Very incomplete breakfast ... not even toaster machine. +30 degrees and no air conditioning inside the rooms Really a 4 star hotel??? Come on... DONT GO!!!!
