Bello trovare nella struttura lavanderia e anche diversi distributori snack e bibite. Poco insonorizzata, si sentiva una coppia discutere nel corridoio. Bagno cieco.

- Serena (7/5): Soggiorno in una struttura molto comoda per visitare le zone di Lucca e Pisa. Struttura adatta ad una famiglia, completa - La posizione comoda vicina praticamente a tutto. A 20 minuti c’è Pisa e Lucca. Comoda per 4 persone. 2 nel comodo soppalco, 2 nel divano letto. Il servizio di cambio asciugamani, pulizia quotidiana, kit colazione davvero molto apprezzato. Poca cura dell’ambiente. Un condizionatore era praticamente inutilizzabile, le finestre a tutta parete non potevano essere oscurate del tutto e non si potevano aprire bene. Purtroppo l’umidità stava rovinando completamente la parete dietro il divano che continuava a sgretolarsi ad ogni nostro passaggio. La zona del cucinino non era del tutto pulita

Las escaleras de más de 45 grados de inclinación, y largas. No está explicado bien, no lo sabíamos. Es Incomodísimo, y peligroso, aunque parece que allí casi todo es así con ese tipo de escaleras.

- M.Francesca (7/5): Appartamento comodo per tre persone - Appartamento carino ed essenziale , con Letto comodo Il frigo perdeva acqua (lo sportello del freezer era bloccato forse dal ghiaccio); tavolo, interruttori etc non erano puliti (quindi non disinfettati); la reception è aperta a orari definiti, non h24; le pentole antiaderenti erano rovinate in modo esagerato (tossiche).
- Ramona (8/5): Ottimo per soggiorni brevi, comodissimo per l'auto - L'appartamento molto comodo, c'erano tutti i servizi del caso, stoviglie, lenzuola, phon per i capelli, un cestino con un po' di mix per la colazione e anche i prodotti da bagno. L'appartamento ha l'ingresso individuale e poi subito accanto un parcheggio molto comodo in cui lasciare la macchina. è stato il nostro punto di partenza per il Lucca Comics raggiungibile in c.a. 20/30 minuti di macchina. Lo staff molto gentile sia al check-in sia la pulizia che, nonostante il nostro soggiorno fosse breve, al rientro nella giornata successiva ci siamo trovati la camera riordinata, non pensando che ci sarebbero state le pulizie avevamo lasciato un disastro quindi qui il commento sull'estrema gentilezza è d'obbligo, grazie mille! La camera aveva qualche punto di sporcizia, principalmente sopra al bancone della cucina e sulle scale, nulla che rovinasse in sé il soggiorno.
