- Rivas (7/5): - Establecimiento muy lindo y acogedor Habían unos huéspedes muy ruidos iban y venían de una habitación a otra y hacían mucho ruido, no dejaban dormir, además un foco estaba frente a mi habitación y era con sensor, cuando esas personas pasaban se encendía por lo tanto no pude dormir bien

- Tim (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war super und für jeden weiter zu empfehlen - Hat eine super Lage die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Metro 3 min Fußweg und um die Ecke eine super Möglichkeit zu essen Alles war gut

Staff were super helpful with arranging an airport taxi for me and check out very early in the morning Was a bit noisy at night time because the corridor is so echoey. Might have just been that night though that there were inconsiderate people shouting on in the corridor

- Anna (6/5): Bien pour une ou deux nuits - Le personnel était très agréable et aidant, la chambre confortable et propre et le petit-déjeuner était bon. La terrasse a l’étage est très jolie La chambre est beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos, l’insonorisation est très mauvaise (on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les autres chambres ou dans le couloir) et avoir une seule fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir n’est pas très agréable.

- Jorge Luis (7/5): - El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y ofrecer lo que se necesite, como platos, papel higiénico y otros suplementos. Así mismo el desayuno es suficiente y bueno. El espacio de las terrazas es muy agradable para desayunar y pasar el rato, tiene una hermosa vista a la basílica. Es una excelente opción si se necesita algo cerca al centro histórico, transporte público y por su precio Para empezar, las sábanas de la habitación estaban sucias, tenían manchas que lo hacían algo desagradable. El hotel por dentro es extremadamente oscuro, sobretodo las habitaciones, a las cuales no le entra un solo rayo de luz natural. En el desayuno se ofrece un jugo que puede ser muy dulce y el café no es muy bueno. Las paredes no están insonorizadas, por lo que se escucha todo de los pasillos y viceversa y aunque en general la gente es respetuosa con eso, en la última noche llegó una familia en la madrugada e hizo mucho ruido, por lo que fue bastante molesto y nadie hizo nada para regularlos

- Yennifer (10/5): - La atención de Nela, fue fabulosa, nos sentimos súper atendidos, siempre estuvo pendiente de darnos indicaciones y sobre nuestra estadía. Las camas súper cómodas, la habitación calida, nunca sentimos frío, el sector seguro aunque solo en las noches. Agua caliente y el desayuno muy bueno. La televisión no hay nada que ver. En el desayuno prometen jugo y nos dieron té. Y en las habitaciones falta un blackout Entra mucha luz.

La terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner est sympa à condition qu'il ne fasse pas trop chaud puisque située sous une verrière de plastique. La porte de la chambre ne ferme pas correctement Le wifi ne portait pas jusque dans la chambre (90) Mais surtout le bruit !! Hyper bruyant que ce soit les voisins, l'hôtel en lui même et la rue, si vous souhaitez vous reposer passez votre chemin.

- Ramona (8/5): - Einfacher Check-in, freundliche Begrüssung, freundliches Personal. Frühstück auf der Terasse sehr lecker. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Es ist sehr laut. Zimmer klein. Dusche sehr verkalkt und das Wassser aus der Dusch war im ganzen Bad.

- Olga (9/5): - Близко к центру, но в тоже время вдали от шума и толп, рядом два парка. Неплохой завтрак на выбор, 2 варианта и самое главное есть меню с картинкой что очень выручает неиспаноговорящих. Я была на рождество и мне подарили сладкий подарок, было неожиданно и очень приятно. В комнате окно выходило в двор-колодец где стоял насос для воды и было слышно как он включается/выключается, но мне кажется ночью не было слышно, по крайней мере в берушах. Окно выходит в коридор поэтому всегда было темно и приходилось включать свет. Но я знала об этом при бронировании и мне вышеуказаное не мешало.
- DANIEL (10/5): Great affordable option in Quito. - Lovely people. The room was very cozy and comfortable. It’s close to the Metro and pretty quiet at night time. Breakfast was good albeit small. Wouldn’t hurt if breakfast was a tad bigger. Also charge an extra dollar and include a bottle of water please.
