Guest Reviews
- Jesse (9/5): -
- murray (7/5): Over all good stay for 1 night only - 1 night stay overnight. Comfortable Room a little older, soaps in room very thin hard to use without breaking up. Bathtub water going out slowly.
- Monti (7/5): - A little noisy based on location, hotel situated along a busy road, but clean, decent and secure
- Holloway (4/5): -
- Curtis (4/5): Clean, but cheap and uncomfortable. Definitely not good value - Plenty of parking The bed was very uncomfortable. If you sat at the foot of the bed, the rest of the bed rose up. The pillows were like pillowcases stuffed with limp rags. There was a sheet and a very thin bedspread and no blanket or quilt or any extra bedding in the closet. The lights were very bright and no way to dim them

- Cristina (8/5): Overall it was a good experience. - It was easy checking in after already booking and paying online. It was quiet. Location is a little rough. There is no phone in the room to call front desk.

- John D (1/5): For people who do not have other options - Did not feel safe. While I checked in I was asked do I really want to stay here. Did not feel comfortable at all. From being stared at by other guests to the owners asking me if I wanted to stay here. I could not even spend 30 minutes in my room before handing back the key card and leaving to check in to a nicer place. Unless this is all you can afford go somewhere else.

- Cesar (9/5): Regular - La ubicación Las camas rechinas las bases de metal y los colchones duros el olor de las sábanas olían mal
- Maricela (8/5): -
- Carlos (7/5): -
- Zachary (3/5): It was okay. - Only good thing was the owners / people at the desk, they were kind. I had lost my key and she was understanding and gave us a replacement.
We actually went to this place after leaving a previous one because it was so terrible, so the bar was set pretty low. It was much better in comparison The blankets were paper thin. Shower head was leaking. there was mandatory house keeping (no “do not disturb”) so we had to get locks for our suitcases so we felt more secure. For some reason no guests were allowed. And lastly, we were warned by an uber driver that the area it’s in is dangerous and to not go out at night…

- Jennie (7/5): Don't lose your room key! - I did seem to lose the room key pass and I was charged $10 ,which honestly wasn't cool.
- Jody (4/5): - It’s ok for a one night stay
- Sam (7/5): -
- Magallanes (10/5): - I feel safe and the staff are the nieces and made me feel like home they are the best
- Aguilar (3/5): They should have a bath tub in every room - There was no breakfast The room was okay The sheets were stained and also I need to give my baby a bath but once again there was no there was no bathtub access only a shower which the water was had no power at whatsoever It really sucked and those people that work there they trip for every little thing I don't even know what was the problem cuz I moved the bed to the wall for my baby and they started freaking out saying I couldn't rent there no more wow.
- Donna (6/5): - The Staff was more than nice, they were very nice. Easy check-in and check-out. No problems. The only complaint that I have is that I chose this motel based on the picture that I saw and the room was not like that at all. The room was clean and tidi but the bed was lopsided and too soft and the room was not what the pic told.

- Debbie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anissa (7/5): Good -
- Miinnie Sue (8/5): - We came to this location after having an unacceptable experience at a different hotel. The property is clean, and I did not see foot traffic going through the property. We stayed two nights here, I would use this location again.
- Heather (6/5): Not dirty budget hotel - Was a good price and location for what we needed. Thinnest blankets of all time. Also the shampoo packet could not be opened. Lady at the desk asked me for a “cash deposit” after she gave me the keys. I refused and that’s a weird request.
- Robert (8/5): Clean. Private and Quie - The rooms were clean, private, and quiet. The front desk staff was most helpful when assisting us to extend .our stay. We would stay here again for sure. Nothing negative to say about this place..
- Leticia (6/5): - Could be better for the price but it wasn’t too bad. The sheets were a bit stained and the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. But In
- Robert (10/5): Positive Guest Experience - Property staff are pleasant and professional. They accommodated my needs when they were able to. They are very communicative and work to maintain a devotion to a positive guest experience. I would book here again absolutely.
- Georgia (8/5): It was ok - It was clean Didn’t have enough towels
- Juan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brown (7/5): Good -

- Marilyn (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Your choice: luxury or budget friendly - I will be extra honest. If you want a luxurious, safe place to stay, you don’t want to stay at this place. This place is a nice enough motel for someone who wants to save money but obviously area is kinda risky. There is a liquor store right next to so you will see people who are drunk or possibly drugged.
My room was clean but to be honest, it was a very expensive room for motel especially the price was almost identical to hotel’s room. Next time if i have the same budget i would definitely stay in hotel.
There was no hair dryer, no phone for room service and someone left food in the fridge and it was not cleaned.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Staff is nice but the area, i am not so sure.
- Argumaniz (7/5): Good -
- Ma.Teresa (10/5): - Always a good stay
- Escoto (1/5): Disgusting dirty bed bugs everywhere - Nothing They had bed bugs
- Jan (4/5): - Not sure if this is the best area of Riverside; lots of homeless and obvious serious drug use in the area. All the nearby eating establishments are fast food type restaurants. The room was poorly furnished, no kleenex for example and the lighting was not comfortable. The room had two beds, one was awful so I obviously used the better, which was adequate.
- Mia (8/5): Very good -
- Rosanne (7/5): Good -
- Debora (8/5): - I liked the proximity to the place I needed to go to the next morning and the closeness to dining places.
- Lisa (7/5): Good -
- Adrian (7/5): Good -
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - The rooms I stayed in were alot better than previous stay. The pillows had some fluff to them and the room was a bit nicer also the bed was more comfy The outdated bedspread and curtains.
- Jorge (8/5): - Is ok
- Ma.Teresa (10/5): - It was clean it was quiet
- Adalberto (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (6/5): - Riverside options are limited. It’s either fancy expensive or someplace like this. For the price point, it was clean and comfortable enough. The property next door is an unsightly problem.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible. I'm not going back - Very uncomfortable bed. There were only two pillows that were not even fluffled. I couldnt get a good night sleep. I had an 8 hour drive in the morning and i was getting stiffed neck. There were only two pillows and two bath towels. If there is a queen size there should be enough for at least two people.
Outlets, when i was chargibg my phone, the plug kept falling off because the outlets were too loose.
$0.25 just to get ice? Are you kdding me? It should be free for all guests.
$40.00 cash need to be turned in at deposit? Isn't there a reason why hotels ask for credit cards? No one carries cash these days.
When i came back to my room, it wasn't even cleaned and bed sheets weren't even arranged. I know it was that was during the pandemic where staff does not clean the room until guests check out but the pandemic ended, rooms should always be cleaned.
I came in before 3pm i find it hard to believe there were no rooms available downstairs.
No coffee maker? Seriously? There should be a coffee pot in each room.
I've been to cheaper motels that have better stays than this.
- Rain (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (6/5): Pleasant -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pedro (1/5): I will not stay here again - It’s pretty dirty and I saw a cockroach in the restroom and they ask you for too much of our deposit it’s sketchy
- Frank (2/5): Very poor - The staff refused to give me a room even after I showed them the confirmation # they canceled my booking and had me pay them directly. And charged me an additional $60 deposit after i had called and they said no deposit over the phone.
- Ma.Teresa (10/5): - Had a very good stay
- Charles (2/5): - The service was horrible very rude, and no shampoo conditioner. No towels.
- Donald (5/5): Passable -
- Hernández (1/5): Don't rent at this hotel - I did not like anything about it The staff were very rude I'm very hard to talk to because they do not speak English worst service ever
- Patlan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Antonio (10/5): 👍 - Pleasant overall experience! Could be a little more lenient on the check out time IMO

- Brittney (7/5): Good -
- Corina (8/5): Very good -
- Irving (2/5): to sum it up, its like the "hurry up and buy" but its "hurry up and don't sleep" - breakfast? I payed for the best room but there all the same, king "suit" but no company. even tho its 2plp for a key. I wish I would have looked not ask if their was entrance on both sides, had to walk upstairs all the way to the opposite side. then I saw the elevator.arlington inn is not the one in the plane hanger btw some guy walks at night screaming if your indoor car,
the bed as soon as you lay down the other side shoots up, there goes my laptop.
the add said something else
- Matthew Brien (8/5): - no free ice machine. Ice machine requires quarters.
- Sabino (1/5): Bad -
- Vasa (10/5): It was a nice time for me and my husband. - Quiet area. Hotel wasn’t too packed. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice stay. Everything was great.
