• Gail (10/5): - Our flight was delayed but the owner graciously welcomed us and got us settled in quickly. The location is very convenient-- only 5 minutes from the airport and a short walk to neighborhood restaurants. We had a lovely conversation with the owner at breakfast who gave us great suggestions of places we should see during our stay in Calabria. We returned for one night 10 days later to take our flight home. We would highly recommend!

• Prairiedog55555 (8/5): Very comfortable and nice owner good value - Very clean and nice breakfast. A 10 min walk from train station and most restaurants. Walls are a bit thin but all in all a good place if you have a car. i rented a car so I would come here again. Owner speaks English well

• valeriahoffmann84 (10/5): Awesome experience - We stayed only one night, as we had to fly back to Rome after Tropea, but we wished, we had stayed longer. The house is amazing, cute, with a really beautiful garden. I am a very picky person and easily to upset, but this accomodation is just great. Everything is clean, the room was big, the bathroom had everything and was really "state-of-the-art". Concetta texted me the day of arrival to ensure when we will arrive and organized an early cab for us for the airport. The breakfast room is clean, big and the breakfast facilities are absolutely sufficient for a good start in the day (I did not even expect a breakfast). Of course, Lamezia Therme is a bit far away as you have an airport location here (but this is something beyond the host's control). Nevertheless you have a nice restaurant in walking distance, which we really can recommend. So all in all - one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in (and there were a lot). Thank you very much!

Mais a principal qualidade é a proximidade com a estação de trem, se vai caminhando e se gasta menos de cinco minutos. Indico o hotel. Dou nota dez mais merecia mais. Obrigado. Era in transito attraverso la Calabria. La città di Lamezia è molto piccola e l'hotel dista meno di cinque minuti in auto dall'aeroporto. Inoltre, la qualità principale è la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria, se si cammina e si trascorrono meno di cinque minuti. Indico l'hotel. Dò altre dieci note meritate di più. Grazie. It was in transit through Calabria. The city of Lamezia is very small and the hotel is less than five minutes drive from the airport. Plus the main quality is the proximity to the train station, if you are walking and you spend less than five minutes. I indicate the hotel. I give ten more note deserved more. Thank you.
• Giò (10/5): - Struttura apparentemente anonima in una stradina poco trafficata ma che dà il meglio di se stessa all'interno. Rustica, ben arredata, confortevole e pulita integrata dalla discreta gentilezza di una signora. Ho soggiornato una sola notte ma è sicuramente da riprovare.

Schöner Garten Da wir sehr früh los mussten, durften wir uns das Frühstück selber zubereiten. Alles war dafür vorbereitet. Sehr nette Geste
• johnboyPeterborough (10/5): Excellent B&B - Beware of Taxi Prices - We spent our final night in Italy at this B&B which is 2 kilometres from the airport With the exception of the pillows which were a bit hard this was a very comfortable and nice place to stay. Everywhere was very clean, the bed was very good as was the bathroom. The wifi was strong There are very pleasant gardens with lots of seating if you want to relax outside. There is a good cafe 5 minutes walk away and a nice restaurant within 3 minutes walk The lady who met us on arrival was very welcoming as was the owner. Because we were leaving very early we chose not to have breakfast Now to the taxi. After we returned our rented car to the airport, the evening before we came home, we got a taxi to the B&B. This cost 10 Euro. We asked the owner if she could book us a taxi to the airport at 05-15 the following morning and also to ask how much the fare would be and this she kindly did. She was told the cost was to be 15 Euro The following morning our taxi arrived and after our 4 minute journey the driver demanded 20 Euros. We explained that a price had been agreed but he would have none of it so we had to pay The problem was nothing to do with the B&B owner who was very helpful
• GGPPGG (10/5): Perfect place! - Very friendly owners. The place looks and feels very homely. Very nice garden. The room very warm, nicely decorated. A lot of attention to every little detail inside. Perfect B&B! Feels like 5 stars hotel. Definitely will stay here again. Nice surprise - hygiene set. Very thoughtful and practical! This place is my favourite.
• 29hildej (8/5): Recommendable - Location quiet although very close to the airport and railway station. Room was clean and spacious and had a fridge which was very welcome given the temperature at that time of the year. No problem parking the car, plenty of space available in the street.
• good2go9 (10/5): Highly Recommend! - We spent 3 nights at Lamato Borgo which was perfect as our home base to tour Calabria and visit Amato which was the purpose of our visit. The room was spacious and spotless with all the amenities; WIFI worked perfectly. Breakfast was plentiful, including the cappuccino and homemade sweets – DELICIOUS - and available any time. The owner Concetta is warm and lovely and speaks English quite well; nothing was too much trouble for her! Although only a short walk, she offered to pick us up at the train and drive us to the airport to pick up our rental car. Concetta was very helpful with area information and provided excellent directions for shopping, gas etc. She also recommended great restaurants (one offered a discount as well) and places to visit in Calabria - complete with a map and her overview! We highly recommend Lamato Borgo! Thank you again for a truly enjoyable experience Concetta. XO
• Y5165SGsimonc (10/5): The most perfect B&B - Conveniently located for anyone staying in Lamezia. Very hospitable and easy going hosts. Large comfortable and clean bedroom and own bathroom. Come and go as you wish. A must must, is a stroll round the garden and spot the numerous fatty plants, some of which might even grow back at home. At breakfast don't miss the freshly made home made cake.
