• Lan (10/5): - The unit is very spacious for a family of 4. We love the cove style. The walls are extremely thick. We can’t hear one single sound from outside. Perfect stay!
• Patrice (6/5): - The suite itself was a cave-like beauty! Loved the look of it. But, we had booked a 2 bedroom suite with a private pool, only to arrive there to find out there were no private pools ar the property, only hot tubs and a pool for everyone at the top. That was the only area with a slight ocean view. We wete 4 people and there were only a couple of glasses and no silverware to use when breakfast was brought to us in the morning to spread jams, eat the yogurt, etc! The place was VERY had to find. It did not have any on-site parking. Public parking was available for a distance away, which not fun to get to with luggage. We did like the suite, beds were very comfortable, and it was located close to the shops, etc. The pool area had around 4 umbrellas, most of which were broken., and the pool was cloudy.

• Nina (2/5): - The room we reserved had a bathtub inside but that’s the only positive thing I could say. It’s a cave room (like all hotels in Santorini) but NO windows and was very claustrophobic. The property old with chipped areas and noisy. NO views. It was so bad we had to leave the next morning. For the same price they charged me through Expedia we were able To find an amazing property in the best area with the best views right off the cliffside.
• Supriya (10/5): - Giota was just amazing!! She helped us book activities and made our stay very special and memorable! Tasy breakfast was served in the room which was really nice!! Giorgio was also very helpful. Would recommend!
• elika (8/5): - Overall the stay was amazing. The receptionist was only present in the morning, but she was available throughout What’sapp. The walking distance to the main fira restaurants and view was 15-20 min. The only think I wasn’t a fan of was the repetitive breakfast. It was always 2boiled eggs, 2 glasses of orange juice, Coffee, croissants and bread (which wasn’t too fresh)yogurt and couple slices of sausage and Swiss cheese with some dry oat. The size of the room and the bed comfort was ok as well. I lost my apple watch in mykonos and it shows the last place was in my room and was never found by any hotel staff.
• Pauline (10/5): - Gorgeous place to stay, feels luxurious and the staff are so helpful and friendly. You can contact them via WhatsApp and you will get an immediate reply. Near the centre but very quiet.

• Sophie (10/5): - This place is beautiful! Very convenient place to stay close by to the main shops and restaurants. The thing that made this place even better was how incredible the hostess was. She helps book our transfers and even arranged a catamaran cruise and quad bikes which made it in easier to enjoy our trip. Cannot recommend this place enough!

• Yoyo (8/5): - Overall services and facilities were good. But the transfer shuttle charge was more expensive than the information provided in the first confirmation email. The hotel staff explained there is a miscommunication between their reservation department and Expedia. As our arrival flight is late and we really need the pick up service so we need to accept the higher price. Totally not worth of money. As we changed to another hotel which just next to Boutique 88 Fira after few days. The transfer charge for the second hotel to the same destination is much cheaper compared to Boutique 88 Fira.

• christopher (10/5): - Property is close to the heart of Santorini. Staff were extremely friendly and helped coordinate dinner reservations, ferry transfers and food return of rental car. Artemis P was amazing. She checked up on us via WhatsApp and went above and beyond.

• kasshyap (10/5): - The property is located 8 minutes walk from City Center and the main bus stop. The property is well furnished with AC in all rooms, humidifier, coffee machine, fridge, TV and indoor pool. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is served on the terrace, space on the terrace is constraint so it has small tables and chairs which can serve 3 families at a time out of 5 rooms in the properties, food is average, but main issue is terrace is infested with stray cats. But overall we had a pleasant stay.

• Chiu-Fang (10/5): - Our family enjoy our stay here. Doromie Is a great manager who picked up us & walked with us to wait fir taxi to make sure we were ok. The breakfast was delicious that we enjoyed on the roof top. The room was clean & special. She also make sure the spa was ok. The location is convenient to everywhere. We will recommend friends/family to stay here.

• Ryan (10/5): Fabulous - Wonderful stay at Boutique 88. The hotel rooms were new and superbly designed. Quiet and removed from all the hustle and bustle of Fira. We had the room with the pool. The room was huge. The bathrooms were very nice. The lighting was excellent. The pool was really cool. One minor issue was with the pool: it had too much chlorine and it needed repainting.
• Lucy (10/5): - Love the beautiful cave design, and the attention to details that makes the room even more beautiful. My room sleeps 3 people, so there’s a cute single bed in an alcove upstairs. Absolutely love the bathroom. There’s no window but the front door with it’s full length glass and blinds makes the room feel bright and yet with lots of privacy. Breakfast is served upstairs by the pool. I loved waking up in a residential area that’s 5 minutes away from Fira centre, but it’s a little tricky avoiding the donkey poo left behind by the donkeys that share the same path to the main road. But the cleaners do clean them up fairly quickly. Thank you, Damien and your team, for the lovely stay.

They were extremely friendly and always greeted us with a smile and asked us how our day was going. The room was exactly as it looked on the site! It was beautiful! It was also very clean. Not to mention the location is central. There are many restaurants, clubs and bars in walking distance. I would highly recommend Boutique 88.
• Barbra (10/5): - Don't waste your time looking anywhere else! This property is spectacular, modern, clean and has everything you need for the perfect stay in Santorini. Centrally located and easy to navigate, you will LOVE the hospitality provided to you by Damien and his team. A delicious breakfast is also included, that is served on an open top roof, with a view of the ocean. Anything you need is promptly awarded to you with a smile and friendly attitude - 5 STAR SERVICE ALL DAY EVERY DAY!

This hotel has many steps and my husband was having knee issues, so the staff hauled our luggage for us to/from the street (some distance away), and brought breakfast to our room each day. Breakfast was hearty, and the room itself was quite nice (this is a newly renovated hotel). Loved the shower and the "cavelike" architecture.

They had attentive service, helped us secure a car rental last minute, it was very convenient to get into town, breakfast was solid, and the cave-like experience made the stay even more unique.

The room is spacious enough to move around and sparkling clean when we checked-in. Damian and his team made our stay so comfortable and I must say that staying here definitely made our trip to Santorini even more memorable. Even before getting to Santorini, I reached out to Damian regarding my booking and I'm glad I did. He helped us with our taxi pick-up to and from the airport. He even booked our tours for us. All our activities were pretty much set because of him. The hotel is 4-5 mins walk to town (maybe even less) where you can find all the shops and restaurants. The hotel is also close to the Caldera where you can watch the beautiful sunset. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Damian and team!

Rooms are clean and we love the cave room design. The bed is comfortable and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with good variety.9 Damian is very nice and attentive and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and tours. Will definitely recommend this place.

• Chris (10/5): Luxury at its finest - Boutique 88 - Boutique 88 offers luxurious accommodation that has to be seen to be believed. Built in a cave, the attention to detail is sublime. From memory foam king size beds to an indoor spa/pool, the contours and colour combinations to the beautiful breakfast served in room or o the pool deck. Damian and the staff work tirelessly to provide an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. This was truly a memorable stay and I would highly recommend a stay or three at Boutique 88.

• Os (8/5): Fantastic hotel with all amenities needed - Fantastic new hotel, rooms were amazing, pool and space all great, close to local restaurants. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was delivered to our room a little late, though no issue. I would have loved to have received a filtered coffee instead of instant coffee. Very competitive priced.

• alana (10/5): Better than expected - I’m used to inflated reviews or exaggerations about cleanliness or location, but honestly this place is perfect. It is extremely clean, which is the most important factor to me when choosing a hotel. The rooms are amazing- and although i knew our room had a private pool I didn’t know it would be indoor- which the kids loved. Location was perfect- short walk up a little walkway and you’re right smack dab in Thira’s center. All in all - when we come back we’re not staying anywhere else!
