- Marty (4/5): - This is the first time I have ever reviewed a property on Expedia but I am motivated to warn others about what to expect. The location is good and the parking situation is not too bad. Price was okay for the neighborhood. Check-in instructions were simple. The decor was generic Ikea stuff. The linens and towels were clean, although they were very skimpy with the towels (one washcloth, one hand towel, and one tiny little bath towel for a two night stay). Now the bad stuff: In order to confirm the reservation, I had to scan my Photo ID. Even worse, they required a scan of my face before the reservation could be confirmed. I would never have booked this place if I had know about this requirement. The apartment itself is very run down. The baseboards and moldings are literally rotting. Carpet is worn. Lots of dust and grime around the edges. There is a musty smell throughout the apartment. The grout in the kitchen and bathtub is worn out and disgusting. When I arrived, there were two wet footprints on the bath mat in the shabby little bathroom. The garbage and recycling bins out front were overflowing. I needed a more detailed receipt than the one provided by Expedia because my employer needs to see the breakout of taxes and fees. I contacted the property management company to request a more detailed receipt. They were very nice on the phone, but they could not provide the detailed receipt I needed. I have stayed at nicer Motel 6's for half the price.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Unsatisfied not as shown in the picture - I was not happy with the place it was not as good as it’s presented in the picture. I don’t think I would recommend this place to anyone of my family or friends.
- Holly (10/5): - We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there.
- Darynn (6/5): - Pictures did not accurately reflect our unit. Futon very hard and pillows definitely need to be upgraded and an extra or two would be nice . Bedroom bed and bedding were fine. Tight quarters for four people. We were expecting two bedrooms, not sure how the confusion happened. Bathroom could use a little table for more counter space.

- Robin (6/5): - The unit was clean. Towels fluffy. The property exterior was poorly maintained. Weeds, leaf litter in the stairs and walk ways. Discarded clothing under a bush and the trash receptacles at curb side were overflowing, smelling and. According to neighbors. Not collected for weeks.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good location, good space for 3ppl, not 4 - All issues we experienced we're handled by management in a timely manner. The biggest issue was space for 4 ppl. We had to buy an air mattress, but they are willing to pay for it. Communication was amazing.

- KATHERINE (8/5): - Spacious, lots of natural light, great location in Capitol Hill for walking around exploring. For our stay there was extra laundry detergent, extra dishwasher soap, extra garbage bags. Plenty of towels. Supplied products were all scented which is rough for us. Flat is a bit worn in places but not a deterrent. Had to run glassware and flatware through the dishwasher before using. Ick. Could use another table or two for surface space. Parking - fuggedaboudit! Overall a great place at a locally good price.

A lot of light in the unit and there was a magic positive energy, hard to describe in words :) The host was responsive and helped us to find the detergent for the laundry. It's very sparse with a few missing items: no lightbulb in the lamp by the bed, I had to go find one from another lamp, only one towel (one!) was provided - two adults were staying who would have both liked to shower and have a towel to wash their face, dry hands, etc. I think 4 towels is a minimum. The rug in bedroom was stained and worn, could use a rug in living room. There was no light outside the house. There was no address posted by the street, we had to walk up to a dark house to ensure we were in the right place. The lockbox didn't open on the first 3 tries and we were confused by the fact there is a key box as well - no mention of this in the instructions. Bikes were laying outside a side door - they were unsecured which seemed like a security risk. I was nervous about our safety - just felt weird, small building but evidently an apartment or two upstairs? Would be good to know in general, what the situation of the building was. If improvements are not made then the cost should be significantly less. Hope it improves.

- Beau (2/5): Do not harass customers. - I needed a place because of the snow storm. Encountered some helpful and some harassing employees. I received several calls during a funeral about booking additional days and then got a notice that said due to unforeseen circumstances my reservation was cancelled and to check out within an hour to avoid late charges. Serg then called me repeatedly in a harassing tone calling me a liar. I was also woke up in the middle of my reservation with an awesome promotion if I booked one two or three more nights they would discount my stay and quoted a price 35 dollars more a night then called me back with the bargain deal of only 15 dollars more a night.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Almost perfect ... - The apartment was great. Perfect location. Clean. The right amount of amenities and space we were looking for. Also, the bed was SUPER comfy. The only problem we had was during our last night. We could hear EVERYTHING happening in the apartment above us and they were very loud from about 12pm - 4am. Dropping things, walking around very loudly. It definitely put a damper on our stay and made us very tired for our cross country flight.
- John (8/5): Good Capitol Hill Location - A few tricks to learn in registering and door codes, but they were there by phone to smooth the way. Next visit will be easy. Parking is tight in the neighborhood. But easy walking for many Capitol Hill purposes.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room I had booked was accidentally not clean when I go there. I do understand that mistakes happen and called immediately to see what the quickest solution was. I was offered a new room on the same floor which solved the problem quickly and easily. I've stayed here before and enjoyed it both times. Great location and amenities. It would be helpful to make sure there are washer/dryers in each unit where it's promised, since I now know not all units have them, it is an added plus when they do. Thanks!
- Rafael T (8/5): Great little spot! - This was a relatively quiet little neighborhood, but close to plenty of nightlife, eateries and fun things to do. The apartment was nice and clean, with clear instructions on how to check in and check out. My only issue was there wasn't any way to learn the WiFi password.

Also, the payment and check-in process is a little more hassle than a standard hotel. However, it was in a very nice area and had a good price.

- Reen (4/5): - I travel to Seattle very often and this is the first time I stayed at this place. From a place charging 4 star hotel prices I think this place is overrated. I would’ve stayed further in Bellevue in a 4 star hotel if I knew this is the place we are staying at. It looks like a run down apartment building on the outside. I’m not usually a Debbie downer but for the price we paid wow! Parking is a huge issue. We drove around half hour, nothing! Not even any pay parking that was available within 2-4 block radius! The fold out couch barley fits one person and very uncomfortable. 1 bedroom apartment only fits 2 people. When we arrived, it smelt like a whole Febreeze bottle has been sprayed we had to air out the place for a few hours. Won’t be coming back at this place again. I’m surprise an “air b&b” style place is being advertised on Expedia!
- Arthur (10/5): Everything We Needed. - Great place to stay. Extremely clean with the extra things there that you don't think about bringing. Had stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, heat & air, eating utensils, cooking needs, soap & towels, etc. The location was perfect for us near our family member and to downtown area. Also, there was some stores within walking distance to get food and necessities. I liked that we could arrive anytime without checking into the room first. The method used as security was a good way for us to feel secure and safe. Very spacious.

But there was no door on the bedroom and the pull out bed was really just an ikea futon that was harder than a rock. The surrounding area was awesome and the Internet they provide is good enough. They do have a lot of amenities. But there was no washer or dryer in our room. We also had broken blinds that made it very uncomfortable to stay in the room. The shower head also leaked everywhere. But besides these annoyances, everything else was fine.

- M (6/5): Hope you remember the code! - We had no problem finding the location, but finding parking in the area was very difficult. And it is NO hotel. We had to beg for replacement towels and rationed the toilet paper, just in case. If they keep doing the improvements outside that we had to walk through, it will be nice, but right now, it's a little challenging. They should tell you that it wouldn't work if you couldn't walk up stairs, through gravel or dirt, or needed handicap anything. We didn't, thank goodness, but I'm glad I didn't take my mom! It may sleep 3-4, but with no privacy.

- Kelly (4/5): Uncomfortable to the point we didn't stay - I wish we could leave a better review. This listing and booking failed to note several things: 1. No air conditioning. While a lot of houses/apartments in Seattle do not have air conditioning, the fact that when the sun goes down, the apartment is drenched in sunlight and gets VERY warm would have been a HUGE factor in our booking this apartment. 2. There is construction being done on this site and right next door. A safety factor which should have been disclosed as well. As you can see in the attached photos, there was an uneven gravel walkway to the front door, which is horrible for bringing up luggage and if you are not 100% steady on your feet. The top stair for getting from street level to the apartment had a lip, which we tripped over several times on our way up and out of the apartment. 3. We were told to open the windows, to cool the apartment down. However, when you open the windows there is a considerable amount of noise (i.e.;sirens, lots of car traffic), which if you were to try to get a solid night sleep it would probably be better to have noise cancelling headphones. 4. Free parking, um, yeah, if you can find it. I think we probably spent about 30 minutes trying to find somewhere to park. In trying to find somewhere to park, we circled the neighborhood countless times, through very narrow streets lined with cars. We ended up checking out 2 hours after we checked in.
