Verified traveler (2/5): - Llegué al establecimiento para hacer uso de la reserva y me dicen que no tienen la reserva y las habitaciones están llenas, sin haberme comunicado, me quedé varado a las 10 PM. Tuve que buscar a esa hora un lugar donde quedarme. No entiendo porque promocionan un lugar que ya no tiene habitaciones disponibles!!
GERARDO (2/5): - Ya no existe y lo peor es que la dirección está fuera de la ciudad. En definitiva no vayan. Solo espero que no me cobren por no cancelar la reserva con anticipación. Me di con la ingrata sorpresa en la puerta del hotel.
Kátia (2/5): - There where no available rooms for us! It was very disappointing to arrive tired in Pisco and have no place to sleep!
Laura (2/5): Terrible : Loud and no hot water. - This was the worse hotel in our Peru travel. There was no hot water in our room and it's under going some construction so it was super loud. We just wanted to take a shower and rest before heading to Lima the next day but we couldn't even do that. Also I tried to pay using my Visa card and their processing machine did not work so we had to pay cash. The staff was helpful in getting us a Taxi and directions of which bus to take to go to Lima - that was the only positive. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
