- Jeongmi (9/5): 가족여행시 강추 - 일단 숙소가 굉장히 깔끔하고 침구도 너무 청결(먼지 알러지 때문에 미리 부탁드렸는데 신경써서 준비했다고 하심) 잠자리가 너무 편해서 너무 잘잤어요. 조용하고 조명이 필요한 곳에 여러개 설치되어 너무 어둡지 않게 조절해서 좋았음. 두번째 방문인데 이번에도 만족스러웠어요. 조식메뉴에 과일이 없었다고 해요. 기본 일회용품을 따로 구입해야 함에도 가격이 좀 낮지는 않다고 느낌.

- Verified traveler (8/5): フロントの対応に感謝します。 - 急な予定変更により予約変更をお願いしたところ、すぐにご対応していただき、大変助かりました。少しでも恩返しのつもりで、1ヶ月後の出張の際に泊まり、満足しました。周辺には、飲食店や店も多く困ることもなく、部屋も予想より広く、掃除状態も清潔でした。簡単な朝食も1階のカフェテリアで無料で利用でき、ありがたかったです。食パン、シリアル2種類、牛乳、オレンジジュース、ゆで卵、コーヒーなど充分でした。

So it is better to bring basic stuff like tooth brush and tooth paste, small soap, etc. When we first got into the hotel the woman in front kept yelling at us to close the door because ac is on. I mean we were carrying our luggages they can wait to see us to close the door. It was so annoying.

- Sungil (4/5): 엉망이더군요 - 처음 리뷰나 사진으로 봤을땐 깔끔해 보였어요 막상 입실해보니 공기중에 먼지가 떠다니는게 보였고 옷걸이 위엔 먼지가 수북해 보였어요 변기나 샤워기에 수압이 너무 약했으며 아침 6시에 화장실을 사용했는데 변기가 막혀 난감했습니다 프론트에 전화해 뚫어뻥을 갔다달라 하였고 결국 제가 20분간의 사투끝에 뚫었습니다 퇴실때 너무 기분이나빠 후론트에 따졌으나 여자분이 죄송하다는 말도없이 그러셨어요 라고 하더군요 정말이지 끔찍한 숙박이었어요

- Namhyeok (8/5): 다 좋습니다. 다 좋은데.. - 로얄 스위트에서 묵었습니다. 룸 컨디션은 아주 좋았습니다. 만족해요. 구조도 맘에들었고, 두개의 방 각각 화장실도 따로 있는게 아주 좋았어요. 더블베드룸은 거실로 통하는 중문이 유리문이라.. 커텐이 있으면 좋겠네요. 소파가 있긴 하지만, 거실 테이블이 낮아서 좌식으로 앉아서 뭘 먹어야 한다는게 조금 불편하긴 했지만 그래도 괜찮았어요. 이건 호불호의 문제니까. 근데, 이 호텔의 시그니쳐이자 가장 고급룸인 로얄 스위트 룸 임에도 불구하고 에어컨 온도조절이 안됩니다. 프론트에서 방,거실의 에어컨 컨트롤러가 반대로 작동할 수 있다는 안내 받았습니다. 이거는 문제가 안되는 부분입니다. 작동에 아무 문제 없으니까요. 진짜 문제는, 에어컨의 온도가 내려가질 않아요. 방 내부 온도가 27도였습니다. 제일 비싼 방 임에도 땀을 뻘뻘 흘리며 묵었어요. 프론트에 문의해도 뭐.. 야간 직원 혼자서 당장 어찌 할 수 없는 문제인걸 저도 알았기에 '이러이러한 문제가 있으니, 관리자 측에 전달만 해달라' 했습니다. 에어컨 냉매 가스가 없는것 같았어요. 어딘가 새는게 아닌가 싶습니다. 호텔측에서 선풍기를 하나 가져다 주시긴 하셨는데.. 밤이 되니 좀 나아져서 그럭저럭 자고 체크아웃 했습니다. 이 문제가 개선이 되었는지는 모르겠네요.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 방은 아주 만족 서비스는... - 체크아웃관련해서 문의가 있어서 확인 후 예약, 방문했는데 막상 체크인 때 말이 달라졌음. 요청사항 있으면 정확히 남기는 걸 추천. 이 날 직원 분이 불만이 많으신듯 했음. 객실은 정말 깨끗하고 환기도 잘되서 너무 좋았음. 6층에서 묵었는데 샤워기 수압이 약함. 샴푸 바디워시 핸드워시는 모두 고정되어있는 물품.

- 재의 (8/5): - 3인이서 이용했는데 방과 화장실이 매우 넓은게 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 프론트 직원분들도 정말 친절하셨고 편하게 이용했습니다. 조식같은 기타서비스는 이용해보지 않아서 모르겠지만 잠만 잘거라면 비싼값주고 애매한 오션뷰 보는것 보다는 여기서 숙박하는게 훨씬 좋은 선택일것 같아요.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 만족 만종 - 별 기대없이 후기에 깨끗하나는 것만 보고 예약했는데 들어가자마자 넓고 깨끗해서 놀랐어요. 주차장이 좁아서 도로변에 주차했는데 다들 그렇게 주차하더라구요. 바다랑은 거리가 조금 있어 아쉬웠지만 편의시설이 가까이에 있어서 이용하는데 불편함은 없었습니다. 층간소음이나 옆방 소음도 없어서 조용한 1박하고 왔습니다. 나중에 또 이용예정이예요.

- EUNHEE (6/5): 샴푸 바꾸세요 - 전체적으로 깔끔해요 정말 다만 샴푸가 너무너무 진짜 그지같아요 1년내내 트리트먼트 한번 정도 쓸까말까 할 정도로 머릿결이 좋은편인데 욕실에 비치되어 있는 샴푸는 빨래비누처럼 감는순간 머릿결이 푸석푸석거려요 집 오자마자 머리부터 감았어요 개선하셔야 할등
- Hana (10/5): - 친구 포함 세명이 놀러갔습니다. 뷰는 일단 생각을 안하고 갔기에 신경은 쓰지 않았고 호텔 방이 넓고 쾌적하더군요 성수기인데 이가격에 이 퀄리티의 방에 머물 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 차량으로 이동하기 좋은 위치이며 제가 알기로는 인근에 버스도 많았던 걸로 기억합니다. 주변 먹을 곳도 많아요!

- Inho (8/5): 딱 적당한 호텔 - 성수기에 비싼 돈 주고 오면 속상할 것 같고, 비수기에 싼 돈 주고 오면 매우 만족할 정도입니다. 모텔은 아니지만 호텔이라기엔 애매한, 호텔이라고 부르기에 필요한 최소한의 것들은 다 있는 정도입니다. 저는 적당한 가격으로 온거라 딱 가격값을 했다고 생각하네요. 조식이 무료에 빵과 토스트, 요플레, 수프 정도가 있는데 가볍게 먹기 좋아 만족했어요.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 4성급이상 퀄리티 - 업무상 해외, 국내 출장이 잦아 호텔을 많이 이용하는 편입니다. 욕조가 없을 뿐이지 룸과 화장실이 넓고 인테어 수준도 이정도면 4성급 이상입니다. 그리고 20대로 보이는 여직원이 정말 친절 해서 편안하고 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.
