- Célia (9/5): Excellent séjour - La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel grâce auquel nous avons pu utiliser le service de transport de bagages (yamato), la chambre était suffisamment grande pour deux avec chacun deux valises (une petite et une grande). Nous n’étions dans la chambre que pour dormir. L’hôtel est bien placé pour accéder à Dotonbori, Shinsekai ou Namba, par contre il est assez loin du château d’Osaka. Le rooftop est très sympa même si la vue n’est pas exceptionnelle. Très bonne expérience avec cet hôtel. Même s’il est proche d’une ligne de métro nous n’avons pas du tout été dérangés par le bruit. L’oreiller était un peu dur à mon goût mais ça ne m’a pas empêchée de très bien dormir.

Очень приветливый персонал. Удобная локация, есть где прогуляться, рядом рыбный рынок. Мы остались очень довольны и рекомендуем отель к посещению👍🏽

- Tayfun Soner (6/5): - The location was great. Close to different subway/train stations to go anywhere easily. Also very close to Namba and to the Tsutenkaku, and several supermarkets. Staff does not speak English very well, so communication was really hard. Also they were not flexible at all. They requested payment for 30 minutes early check in, and for 1 hour late check out. Room was really small. There were only 2 single size beds for a family of 4. That was kind of my mistake as I did not check the bed size when I booked. But still, they should not allow 4 people in that room. Luckily our kids are small, so we were able to fit somehow. And even if we were two people, the room is still so small that there was very little space for our luggage in the room.

Хорошие вкусные завтраки (немного не хватало разве что стандартных омлетов). Прачечная в лобби (ценник норм, мы проверяли). Расположение - рядом станции метро, комбини, туристические районы Намба, Дотонбори. Никаких критичных замечаний. Из минусов разве что подушка - как будто из мелких камешков) после нее шея болела. Ну и расположение - сам район не особенно зелёный, только дома. В жару было негде просто посидеть на лавочке поблизости. Но это все мелочи. Отель рекомендую.

It was perfect for our needs! The room was spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. We especially enjoyed the tub and shower area, which made bath time easy and convenient for our family. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this room for families. It offered plenty of space, thoughtful amenities, and was a great fit for our group. The space could be better utilized. There was a lack of shelving and hooks, making it difficult to store or hang personal items. While there was a towel rack inside the shower, it wasn’t functional since the towel would get wet during use. Additionally, the bottom of the shower doors was quite dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning. There The sink area offered minimal counter space.

- Julie (6/5): A convenient one-night stay, but the comfort and cleanliness left a lot to be desired - We traveled as a family of five—two adults and three kids—and booked two adjacent twin rooms. The staff was polite and helpful, especially when I realized I had made a mistake with the dates and had to rebook just a few days before our stay. The rooms were generally clean, but one had a noticeable unpleasant odor, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was fine, but there were a few drawbacks. One of our rooms had a very strong, unpleasant smell—like body odor—and the bathroom had a noticeable musty, mold-like odor. Both the room and bathroom were quite small, with minimal storage space. It was manageable for a one-night stay, but we wouldn’t have been comfortable staying longer than that.
