- Chen (2/5): not recommended - The price of the accommodation is cheap. The floor and cabinets in the room were sticky, which made the overall stay quite uncomfortable. We originally planned to stay for two nights, but by the second day we could no longer put up with it and had to move to another hotel. Parking was also insufficient. Although the property mentioned that a second parking lot was available, there were no spaces left in either parking lot when we arrived.

- Kit Ching (9/5): A cozy and memorable stay - The location is great. A good sea view and just walk few minutes to the nearby shopping center. Free parking at the hotel is attractive. Clear guidelines for self check-in. The room is cozy, tidy and hygienic. The kitchen utensils are complete and clean too.

- traveler (9/5): great apartment, good for a long stay - Here you get an apartment for yourself, right on the waterfront. The location is kind of quiet, though it is located on a main street. The balcony and living room is facing the opposite site and not much noise is coming from the roadside. To get a good night sleep is no problem. The apartment has a good size and is equipped with washing machine, dryer, a little kitchen incl. fridge, cooking plate and basic utilities (no pots only a pan for cooking). The bed is comfortable and chairs and a little table round it up perfectly. It is only a short 10min walk from the Itoman bus terminal and the local bus line brings you to Naha airport in around 30-45 minutes (depending of the traffic). Across the main street you can find a supermarket and some other shops, restaurants and other eating places are in walking distance as well. You will find a very detailed collection of information about the surroundings in your apartment provided by the host. Prior to your stay you will get good and detailed information about the key system (codes and how it works etc.) and your check-in. Everything is well explained and strait forward. Cleanliness is good and everything was working well. This apartment is perfect for staying a couple of nights and use it as a base for excursions to Naha or other places in the south of Okinawa. A middle sized pot for cooking would be good to have.

- Natsuki (7/5): - 無料駐車場がある。 立地がいい。潮﨑シティーまで徒歩5から7分ほど 静かなエリアでした。 スタッフからの返信は遅いです。 家族3人で（夫、私、娘）で５泊6日の滞在でした。 タオルが2枚しかなかったため、足りない旨伝え（滞在中は暑い為1日2回のシャワーが必要）タオルの数を増やして欲しいと伝えたところ、タオルは自分で洗ってください、タオルの数も多い方です。と返信がきて、？？ってなりました。 2枚で多いのでしょうか？結局返信が来なかったです。

Wer sich die PIN-Codes für Haupteingang nicht gespeichert hatte, wäre ohne Internet nicht reingekommen. Obwohl der Raum offenbar fertig war, ließ sich die Tür zum Apartment vor der Check In Time nicht öffnen.

- Daan (9/5): - Very nice spacious room with a nice view of the ocean. They sent me an email with the code to enter the building and my room, which was very straight-forward. The room had everything I needed and more with even a private washing machine! I stayed while attending a course in Naha but didn't want to stay in the city so I decided to stay here. I really liked the location just off a big road with a shopping center within walking distance. I do recommend having a rental car when you stay here as I'm not sure how good the bus connections are.

- takashi (8/5): ロケーション含めて快適でした - 仕事も兼ねてワーケーションで使わせて貰いました。 海もスーパーも食堂などやバス営業所も徒歩圏内でロケーションは最高に便利な場所でした。 更には自転車も持っていったので道の駅やイーアス、あしびなー観光施設も圏内で便利でした。 スマホでも開錠出来るテンキーは閉じ込めの心配もなく便利でした。 浴槽や簡単なキッチンが付いていて日々の生活も快適でしたが、一つだけ困ったのは仕事もしたのでPC作業に向いた机が無かった事です。 スターバックスや近くの海の東屋なども使いましたが、遠かったり電源が無く長時間の作業が出来なかったりと不便でした。 とは言え、ちょうどU-18W杯野球が開催されていたので仕事終わりに見に行ったりと快適に過ごせました。

Informed them of this and asked if i could leave my luggage with them, they simply said there was no staff i could give it to. When i asked what i should do then, they ignored me. At very least they could have given a nearby place i could wait, a park or something? Or many other hotels just let me check in a little early. However, poor service aside, it was a very nice place with a beautiful view of the ocean

Parking at the building can fill up and you need to use the overflow parking across the road .. a bit of a walk if it's raining. The facilities are good. The TV in our room could use an update but overall not bad. Wifi is usable but not first world quality. Would stay again.

The hotel was probably 2/3 empty, but they put me on floor 3 of an 8 storey building with no view because the trees were that tall. Would have been nicer if they put me on a higher floor given the availablility of rooms. Otherwise it was adequate.

The room is large with a bedroom & simple kitchen, everything is ready. I like the dimmable lighting and ceiling fan. But the room setting make you inconvenience, bulky sofa, lack of desk & cabinet, scoket location.

I liked the location (but beware that it's hard to get around without a car). - working table for laptop is needed - I stayed for a week or so. First couple days it was very quiet. Then the neighbor upstairs was making too much noise by seemingly dragging something on the floor. This happened even at 2am and 4am. Staff should prohibit noise and should force people to wear flipflops.

It's all codes from front door to your room which makes it so much easier to access being with two people (no fighting over the key) #2) The room was an amazing space with many sections with doors if you wanted separation (kitchen, toilet/WC, shower, main vanity mirror room). #3) Came with a washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent~ #4) Fridgerator with freezer #5) Cooking utensils/ dishware/ silverware provided + soap/ sponge #6) Bed was centered in the room, a lot of space #7) Hooks inside room #8) Balcony had a beautiful view of the sea (if you get this type of room. Street facing rooms might not have this) #9) Large screen door and smaller window could let breeze in (only applicable for rooms that are on the outside. Center room likely doesn't have smaller window) #10) Parking spaces provided with option of overhead cover to drive in the drop off stuff. Parking itself doesn't have overhead cover. #11) If you need more ammenities (slippers, cotton swaps, plastic bags, etc), it's available downstairs near the elevator. #12) If you want your trash taken care of, you need to bag it and place it outside your door before 10am each day. No invasion of privacy! #13) Within walking distance of a supermarket and several restuarant. #14) The stay instructions were really helpful in English. Menu of restuarant to order from was super cute and creative (albeit all in Japanese). #1) Parking space is first come first serve so hopefully you can get a spot each night (wasn't too crowded when we went) #2) Depending on your stay length, no towel change #3) If you want your trash taken care of, you need to bag it and place it outside your door before 10am each day. This could be good though because there's no invasion of privacy.

The kitchen net was there, but there were no cups, cutleries, plates, etc. We had some issues going inside the building initially. However, the staff was very helpful and supportive. Thank you. The car park was not enough for the guests.
- Ralph (10/5): - First time staying in Itoman Okinawa. I am a solo traveler and wanted to experience southern Okinawa. My stay at this location was for 20 nights. I understood that the hotel is automated. Email confirming entry code for lobby and hotel room was easy to understand. Self service items in the lobby included garbage bags, toiletries, etc. The room has W/D, detergent, dishes, towels, single burner stove, microwave, hotpot, short refrigerator and freezer (enough but full-size would be nicer). I was fortunate to be given a room on top floor (8th floor). Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the water view and sunset was the highlight of my stay. There is a San A grocery store and shopping center with a Daiso within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Several bus stops are in the area and easy to use. I had a rental car and was able to enjoy going to many nearby historical sites. I will stay here again.

- 오달선생 (7/5): So and so... - There are no service for Breakfast. But you can make meal by yourself, hotel provide cooking facilities. Ii is close to San A(Three A) mall . Just 6 mins. by foot. There is a beach near hotel, you can reach within 15 mins by walk. If you have a car, more convenient. Itoman bus terminal is just 500m far away. But there are no sightseeing place near there, Just one day stay? its ok. There are no touristic place. It is just passing street. Nothing to see. If you have a car, you can visit Naha city within 15 mins. So, not easy to stay. If you have some business near there, it will be OK. But tourist? I don't recommend this.
