- Jay (2/5): - Total dump. Nothing looks like the photos. Photoshop?
Dirty walls. Broken locks. No toilet paper. Rotting furniture. Mold in the bathroom.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Vile - Absolutely vile, the whole hotel was dirty. The rooms had mould growing on the walls. The bedding was dirty, the towels were ripped. Not asking for much just a clean room and whole towels. We were given no toilet roll either. The only food thing was the location, but even that was terrible as the night market was open until 5am so no sleep.
- Alicia (10/5): Definitely will come back again when ever we re going to Kl again - The staff were very friendly . Smooth check in eventho when we re check in around 2am , they still waiting for us .
- Nerly (2/5): - This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my whole life. For one they ask you for a deposit of 80 which at the end I got back 50 according to their bs policy. Water pressure is literally like watering plants. I saw roaches too. Disgusting place and the audacity to ask for a deposit. This looks like a hotel for prostitutes or one where crackheads congregate. Lesson learned spend money in a hotel. I got a cheap hotel in Cambodia that superseded my expectations. I assumed the same here boy I was wrong. Anyways if you want to be surrounded by loud music, the generation of roaches, old towels and raggedy bedsheets this will be the place for you. I used this place to sleep only and I put a shirt on the pillow. Is that bad so do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. The guy that was there Mel was cool. Their policy is total bs!!!
- Madeline (5/5): Good for sleeping - Good location The many stairs up to the level. They didn’t provide any toilet paper and said we would have to go and buy it ourselves. No windows in the room made it felt like we were in prison. A lot of loud noises and people screaming in the hotel at 3-4am not sure who it was or why it wasn’t stopped.
- Elaine (7/5): nice and good value for money - nice location
- Marwane (1/5): The worst hotel ever - I did not like anything in super oyo 321 hotel The hotel crew and the Pakistani manager are so rude .
The hotel is very dirty and not clean.
There no toilet papers and there is no laundry in the hotel and there no room service and no one change your towels or bed sheets for 7 days. The walls and stairs needs maintenance. The receptionist at night always sleeping in the reception and put his feet on the sofa or table as sigh for disrespect and he is smoking in the stairs which makes the place smely eventhough there are signs says that smoking is prohibited. The towels are cut and dirty which made me get allergy and feel sick.
The rooms are so small and there no windows and the ac does not work well.
I was hold at the reception for more than 5 hours just for check in and the receptionist required to hold 100 USD rather than 50 ringits as insurance .
This hotel should be removed for booking to avoid scamming passengers and all the pictures are fake and nothing to do with reality.
- Umair (1/5): Bad -
- Didar (6/5): The manager claimed security money RM 50, but rudely denied to provide any documents. - Outstanding location and the cheapest luggage storage facility The manager's behaviour is rude. He claimed refundable security money RM 50, but rudely refused to provide any supporting documents; though refunded it accordingly at the time of checkout.
- Muhammad (5/5): u get what u pay - great location biasa2 jer
- Richard (10/5): - A property that gave me exactly what I booked, A room with tv, AC and private bathroom. If you don’t like small rooms, don’t book. My room was quiet enough, but I also sleep with the tv and Aircon on.

- ATSUSHI (6/5): こんなものと思えばOK - 値段が安いのでこんなものだと思う。
立地はいい。
- Pavel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Daniel (1/5): Bad experience - Nothing really Super dirty place, old, stained bed sheets. Super noisy in the night. Not recommended.
- P (1/5): We literally did stay there for keeping our bags! - Nothing apart from the scam they did! Since we wanted to do early check in, we checked in at 9 AM on 15th while mentioning about this existing booking. However, they made us pay exact amount in cash once we wanted to check in. They agreed to cancel the booking and no extra amount will be deducted in booking site. However, in the morning I realised that 2 transactions of $39.5 has been deducted from my account!! Extremely disappointed how can you just deduct 2 transactions of $39.5 each? Sucha scam!
- AYA (6/5): - トイレットペーパーは元々ついてないです。

- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Lahfidhi (7/5): Good -
- Timothy (6/5): - It is definitely one of those "you get what you pay for" hotels. I am a nomad and enjoyed my stay and had no real issues personally except the low water pressure in the shower. Loved the cold air, and the convenience of the train, bars and restaurants all within minutes of walking out the hotel. Would definitely recommend for budget travelers or those thay just need a few days.
- Al (7/5): Good -

- Bilal Raza (10/5): - Located in prime location, very neat & tidy ambience, very cooperative staff, reasonable price, highly recommended 👍
- Seb (6/5): Pleasant -
- Alam (4/5): Disappointing - No elevator.
- Natalia (3/5): Poor - Great location, your own room with a bathroom and ac Tiny room with no fridge or kettle, NO WINDOW, tiny bathroom with tiny sink, no soap, NO TOILET PAPER, water pressure was pathetic, old and not very clean, all furniture was either super old, rusty or falling apart, CHEAP, no elevator either.

- Yap (5/5): Passable -
- Puthea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Siti (1/5): Bad -
- Riay (7/5): Showing sense of friendly and welcoming is the most basic. - Bed is clean and comfort, toiletries and other facilities are well provided, clean and working well. Freedom going in and out by using access card without time limitation. Room space too narrow for a double bed room, limited walking area and if carrying big luggages would be not enough space to put. Staff and even arabic bosses sitting there but not showing welcoming attitudes while guests arrived. The aircond exhaled smell of cigarettes (not sure if there's caused by outside atmosphere or previous customers).
- Bryce (10/5): - Hotel OYO 321 D'Elegant is fantastic bang for your buck - it's very cheap, and the accomodations are perfect if you don't plan to spend much time in the room (which is quite small, but clean and all you really need as a home-base while touring the city - and the A/C is excellent).
The hotel is in an ideal location, right on Jln Alor St., a popular walking street full of lights, restaurants, and street food. Right around the corner from a street of bars and some nightclubs, but far enough not to hear them from the hotel.
It's also close to the KL Menara Tower, and the Petronas towers.
The staff here are excellent as well, very friendly and generous - the owner fed my friend and I one night, from his kitchen. Best chicken fried rice we've had from Taiwan to Malaysia!!
Just all-around great hospitality! Would definitely stay again if in KL in the future.
- Amira (5/5): Passable -

- Yubin (1/5): The worst - The location was good Everything was disgusting. The aircon was full of black dust and the bed were yellow with stains.
I don't mind firm beds but this one was saggy and uneven. It hurt my back so bad.
+ I killed a cockroach in the room

- Christopher (7/5): Good -
- Hj (8/5): Very good -
- Mohd (5/5): Passable -
- Yap (7/5): Good -
- Cristina (4/5): Disappointing - They gave us the deposit back. They kept our bags after we checked out. They let us borrow a hairdryer. Even though the hotel is situated in a very busy and noisy street, we couldn't hear anything from the street, just noise from the people staying at the same hotel. Staff were pleasant to us. When we checked in, they asked for a deposit. It was never mentioned before when we did the booking (50 MR). The room was very small and old. The walls were dirty. There was no toilet paper. The towels had holes. We found two cockroachs.
- Lamim (7/5): Good -
- Antonius (8/5): Very good -
- Amirudin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yee (5/5): Passable - The location The facilities
- Lucie (6/5): Pleasant - nice, centered, calm smells like smoke
- Sinachettra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nida (6/5): It was okay for a very reasonable price. - The security is good. To enter the property, you’ll need an access key. I feel safe. -
- Manirah (7/5): Good -
- Miftasari (10/5): Exceptional -
- Giuliana (5/5): Passable - Good location. Staff could be nicer, they wanted us to pay the toilet paper that another guest left. The room didn't have a window for ventilation or light. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom ok also.
- Syahmi (8/5): Very good -
- Phillip (3/5): Poor -
- Matias (1/5): the worst hotel we’ve been in Asia - location Worst mattress ever.
RM30 for early check in (one hour which we didn’t pay)
Must take your own toilet paper (what??)
No elevator (3rd floor)
Poor water pressure in the shower
Really noisy every day till late night (around 1am)
Dirty bed sheets with hair on them so I guess they never changed them
Just a sidetable and two hangers
The smallest room
- Verified traveler (6/5): Dirty place - Friday staff but dirty place
- FLORIA (10/5): Safe and strategic place to stay. - It was great stay and definitely will come again 👍.
- Dale (2/5): - Room felt like a jail cell
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel is okay. You get what you pay for. Don’t expect much from this place. Needs a tea/coffee machine for those who likes to drink coffee
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location location, being very close to the bars and just a couple of minutes walk from "food street", it gets a little noisy, but its worth it.
- Jet (6/5): Not the best. - The room didn’t have windows. Staff never said hello or anything really even though I would greet them daily. Basic room. Cheap. You’ll be right in all the action though. No elevator. They didn’t even offer to help me with my luggage. Also 25 USD key deposit seemed a bit much.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice for solo trip - Near city center and very convenience.
- Layne (6/5): Unfriendly staff and very small room - Staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. Room very very small. No room to put your bags! No window. Location was good. Walking distance to Pavilion.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great team - Owner is team leader, excellent customer service, great location, highly recommended. Thanks,Dr K Singh.
