Communication on what do to in the area was super helpful and engaging. I would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back!

• siyabonga (8/5): overall stay was pleasant very friendly host and staff. - very friendly and helpful host and staff place is very close to the highway and the shopping areas no air-conditioning in the rooms and the bathroom has no doors just folding shutters no privacy when in the toilet. the shower area needs revamping mold and rust on the shutter frames and old dirty floor tiles

• Molokomme (10/5): I loved staying there, it has a cozy feel and I love the privacy - I love the location, it is also very quiet in the area The host is super prompt when we had asked for items (such as iron, braai stand) -The freezer in our fridge seemed to not freeze items, so we had ice cream that remained watery -The kettle was a bit small But everything else was 10000/10!!

• Alice (1/5): Room 4 Menlyn Apartments - Everything... We stayed in room no 4. My husband basically slept on springs on his side of the bed. He had to move to the single bed during the night. The supposetly white bedding was old and yellow. The pillows had no protectors thus some pillows were brown 🤮. The white towels was the same as the bedding...disgusting. The walls and light switch behind the door was dirty. The bathroom basin was clocked!

• Desirey (4/5): Disappointing - The only good thing about this stay was definitely the staff, friendly and very helpful This apartment definitely needs a paint job with its dirty walls. It was so uncomfortably hot with one standard fan in the apartment it was impossible to sleep. With the gas geyser that switches off if the temperature is too low it was impossible to have a nice shower without being burned and impossible to bathe my grandson. Pots and pans in all apartments but no stove🤔 It doesn't make sense. This apartment is definitely not worth your money
• Joanne (7/5): Ideal short-stay location - Ideal location in beautiful suburb - within walking distance of Sunbet Arena. Lovely to cool off in the pool with the hot summer weather. Staff very friendly and helpful. Towels are old and threadbare, but clean. An extra set of swimming towels would be nice.
• Cindy (1/5): Filthy - Nothing. Actually, James was helpful. But if he is in charge of the place, then he should have control over the housekeeping staff. Filthy and broken - Toilet seat broken. Shower tap broken.Bath mat filthy. Blanket on bed filthy. Bedding filthy, requested a change of bedding. Behind toilet, filthy. Around door handles, filthy. Did I mention FILTHY I was not expecting 5-star. I did, however, expect the facility to be clean. Unfortunately, it only allows me to upload 4 x photos, but you can see the rest on Google reviews under Menlyn Apartments. We were unable to get alternative accommodation at short notice after arriving as we were catching a park and ride to a function. Arrived back at the facility at 2am and left at 8am. Disgusting. Fortunately, we had our own pillows and towels.

• Mpolai (8/5): Value for money - We had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful and neat establishment that is 5 minutes drive away from Menlyn Mall, has free wifi, and a pool. The cherry on top was a breathtaking inside-out shower and very friendly staff 👌 I didn't like the fact that the water would run extremely cold in the middle of your shower, and you have to wait for a few minutes for it to get warm again, and that there was no other tea options except coffee

Firstly there was a terrible smell when you put the water on. The shower temperature was hard to operate. It was either freezing or extremely hot. We could not have a proper shower. The water sprayed all over the floor. The pictures was quiet deceiving. The fact that the door handle could not lock and there was no gate was a big issue for me. We couldn't wait to get out of there. I will never book there again.

I selected a specific room but when we got there, they gave us another room. Perhaps they need to separate all rooms when it comes to bookings. There is no space in the bathroom to put your things down. The shower tap falls of when you open it
