- Cocco (8/5): Room with Great Potential—Needs Refresh and Updated Furnishings - The room would greatly benefit from a refresh, particularly with a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Removing the heavy fabrics would also help eliminate the musty, enclosed smell and significantly improve the overall presentation. While the room itself was very clean, the current setup detracts from what is otherwise a very special unit within the hotel. The space is quiet, and the balcony is especially enjoyable. However, greater attention to the condition of the furniture fabrics is recommended, along with replacing the sheets and pillows with new ones. The location is excellent, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. With some light renovation and updates, this property could truly reach its full potential.

- Anurag (10/5): Excellent value - Unbeatable location, especially for the price. You are right in the thick of things, on a buzzing street, so you never feel unsafe. And we never needed to use any public transport except for our arrival and departure. The room itself was exactly as promised, very clean and comfortable, absolutely no complaints. The bathroom was huge, and had a separate heater of its own, which was a blessing. Finally, the staff, especially David, and a nice lady whose name we didn't catch, helped us carry our luggage up the single flight of stairs, so we didn't face any challenges on that front too, plus we were welcomed warmly and with a smile. Definitely recommended. Nothing.

- Gerald (8/5): - The location I have to step up 2 steps to my bed. The steps and flooring are the same colour. I missed the step when I got up and almost hit my head on the table, very lucky my arms supported my fall, otherwise will be in serious medical trauma. It’s very dangerous especially if you woke up in the middle of the night going to the bathroom and forgot there are 2 steps down directly infront of the bed.

- Leyi (5/5): If you can solve all the problems by yourself without the help of your employees, then you can come here. - The location's great. And the AC cools really well. When you encounter difficulties, the staff neither reply to your messages nor offer any assistance to you. The staff forgot to inform us of the gate password, which resulted in us having to wait in the scorching sun for nearly half an hour before we could get in. The lock of our room door is not functioning properly and we can't open it. Even after contacting the staff, no one came to help.

- C (10/5): - I was a little worried to how the check in is going to work but just tell them your arriving time and they will be there. I was going to take the train to the city but the taxi was only €55 fix rate from the airport. The hotel was cute, clean and quiet. Walking distance to everywhere. Water, coffee and tea was available in your room everyday. We would definitely come back here!!
- Byars (4/5): Location was convenient for walking the city and visiting the sites of Rome. - Location was inside City complex, so made it convenient for walking to historic sites. The reception person was very helpful upon our arrival but did not interact with any other staff during our 3 day stay The security was good with codes for front entrance door and key to enter the facility. It was quiet dispite heavy city traffic outside. It was the most basic accomodations of any place we have stayed in our many years of traveling. The review was 4 star was in no way appropriate to this room. The room/bath were cleaned every day with frest linens but there was mold in shower, Considering the lack of amenities, the room was extremely over priced With no lift in this historic building, there was not staff available to assist in moving our luggage down the flight of stone steps.

- Ken (8/5): Great location - Great location. And the room was cleaned carefully everyday. A lot of noise from pigeons and seagulls outside the building. The bathroom was quite small and a little mold in the shower cabin (but the general daily cleang of the room was good)
- James (8/5): We would choose to stay here again when in Rome. - Great location. Lia was excellent and had great recommendations. You just need to be prepared for the stairs. I believe most places would have had similar stairs with no elevators.

- Mikhayil (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, can’t think of better one. The balcony was big and faced Via Margutta side, which is one of the prettiest streets in Rome. The apartment itself is good, had all the amenities, beds were fine, check-in went smoothly thanks to Diana) Overall great experience. Will definitely return!!

- David (9/5): Great location, great staff, and great stay. - The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Rome surrounded by tourist areas. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for a solo traveler with room for at least one more. Sometimes the automatic lock to the street would not open after entering the code. Fortunately, it happened at a time when another resident was inside and they were able to open it, but improving that lock would make things even better.
- Ronen (10/5): Exceptional - Lia and Giovanni were always available for any situation that acured. Gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants and cute streets to go to. Location is amazing and close to all the attractions. The room was great and cleaned daily include towels change etc. We will sure return the next time in Rome The room was located on the first floor with only staircase, so due to our two big suitcases and trolleys, it was a bit complicated. Nevertheless the staff helped us to bring it upstairs (thanks so much Lia and Giovanni)!
