Excellent breakfast although we had to pay extra for it as it was not included with booking. Com The lift was not working but I understand they were waiting for a part to repair it. • Bladen (10/5): Five Stars - Fantastic Value, Great Staff, and a Wonderful Night’s Rest! - Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast (we had the full English) was outstanding and of much higher quality and very reasonable price in comparison to other hotels where I have paid much more for less. The area was very quiet, but conveniently located to everything we needed, including grocery stores, restaurants, and takeaways. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay. The bed was large and comfortable, wifi was great, and in-room amenities like the TV and tea/coffee options were spot on. Shower was lovely and hot, while the rooms and property itself were exceptionally clean. There was also plenty of convenient parking onsite. We will definitely be back again! Cheers to William and the rest of the staff who were so lovely and accommodating! Nothing. We loved everything about our stay and will be back again in the future!

• Gemma (10/5): Expect a comfy, quiet night with a friendly host - The hotel was perfectly located for visiting family, it was clean, the bedrooms were spacious, the mattresses were very comfy, duvets and bedding smelt lovely. As the hotel is in a residential area away from busy roads, it was super quite too. A good night's sleep was had by all. There was no downside for us, other than we could have stayed longer. It would have been the perfect base.

I will definitely book again when back at Croft. I would have liked to have sampled the breakfast but I had to leave early in the morning before it was served (8am on the weekend).

• Han (10/5): All is well, I will see you in two weeks. Thank you very much. - There were 2 charging stations for electric cars. Charging station could be spaced further apart. But I am sure there is a story behind this:). Just got to make sure the one car that is charging knows how to park politely so as to leave room for the second car that needs charged up. Perhaps a sign or cones to direct parking for two cars parking wanting to use the electric charger.

• Steve (10/5): Hidden gem - This place is a hidden gem. We have stayed twice now and have been impressed. The rooms are fairly large and very clean. Nice touches include USB power sockets and a mini room safe. The staff are great and breakfasts lovely. It looks pretty modern and well looked after. Parking is good too both out ftont and overflow around the back. To be totally fair, there is nothing to dislike. It doesn't have a bar but this is no great loss as there is a large Tesco and a pub ( The Eagle) a short walk away.

• Don (10/5): We had a great stay in what was a home away from home, while we are on holidays in the UK. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had great disabled access. The location was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The owner of the property made us feel very welcome and couldn't be more obliging.

I think being a woman and travelling on my own I didn't like the fact i was on the ground floor. Usually when I stay in hotels they put me on the second floor for safety.
