Nous avons apprécié l’amabilité du personnel, mention spécial à Aziz, il est tjs là pr répondre à nos attentes et nous conseiller. Un grand merci aux femmes de ménage pr la propreté des lieux. • Kamal (3/5): Because of these issues, i would not stay at this riad again. - The staff were respectful and polite. The Junior Suite was very basic and not worth the high price. There are much better and cheaper options nearby that offer far more value for money. In addition, they added extra charges that I was asked to pay, but when I requested a receipt, none was provided. Upon arrival, I also could not check in because there was nobody there. I was left standing in front of a closed door and had to wait until someone arrived. The room was also full of insects, mainly earwigs. The bathtub drain stopper was broken as well, which meant the bathtub could not actually be used as a bath.

Le quartier de la kasbah est très vivant et on y trouve des petits restaurants bien moins chers mais plus authentiques! l' équipe est super gentille, toujours aux petits soins et de bon conseil pour le quotidien et les excursions. notre chambre était géniale. Le petit dej fabuleux. les locaux sont propres. rien .

Un excellent petit déjeuner très copieux avec de bons produits. Emplacement idéal dans quartier animés mais nous n’entendons aucuns bruits quand nous sommes dans le Ryad. Très porche de toutes commodité très bon emplacement. Je recommande fortement.
• Tiago (9/5): My partner and I enjoyed staying in Ryad Marrakech and most definitively recomment. - Breakfast was always a mix of 3 jams, bread, butter, tea/coffee and orange juice. Everyday had a different pastry or sweet to it as well, very delicious!
• Tobe (1/5): Misleading photos, false claims, and an unfulfilled refund made this the worst hotel experience - Location good I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel and would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking. The room I was given looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The condition, cleanliness, and overall standard were far below what was presented, which felt misleading and unacceptable. It did not meet even basic expectations based on the listing. After raising the issue with the hotel, I was told that I would receive a full refund due to the discrepancy. However, despite this assurance, I have not received any refund to date. To make matters worse, the hotel has since falsely reported to Booking.com that I did not show up, which is completely untrue. This has allowed them to retain my payment unfairly. The combination of misleading advertising, poor customer service, and dishonesty in handling the situation has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend staying here, as my experience suggests a lack of integrity and accountability. I hope the hotel takes responsibility and resolves this issue promptly, but based on my experience, I would urge others to consider alternative options.

Sitting almost three days in a car to be in the desert from 7 pm to 7am with guy lots of other tourists.

Someone was there to meet us after midnight and guide us to the Ryad. Fabulous - and a relief after a long travel day.
• Joss Martin (7/5): Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, feuchtes Zimmer - Personal Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit Früchten, verschiedenen Broten, Butter, 3 Sorten Marmelade und Honig, ein Stück Kuchen und Tee oder Kaffe, sowie frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Reinigung Die Zimmerreinigung war perfekt. Lage Die Lage am Rande der Medina ist sehr gut. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichen, trotzdem ist es recht ruhig, da das Riad nicht an einer Strasse gelegen ist. Ich bin etwas erschrocken, als ich das Zimmer betrat. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht der Realität. Das Zimmer, und dessen Zugang, ist so wie 3 andere Zimmer auf einen Patio gerichtet. Es ist eine grosse Fensterfront mit einer Glastüre, und man muss den Vorhang ziehen (Verdunkelung), oder sich den Blicken der anderen Bewohner zur Schau stellen. Da das Zimmer keine anderen Fenster hat, fühlt man sich etwas eingesperrt. Die Glasfront besteht aus Einfachverglasung, weshalb alle Gespräche im Patio gut zu vernehmen sind. Wenn in einem der anliegenden Zimmer eine Familie mit Kindern wohnt, kann es im Patio sehr laut werden (war bei mit der Fall). Ebenso hängt die Nachtruhe vom Verhalten und dem Respekt der anderen Mitbewohner ab. (das ist aber auch in Hotels der Fall) Das Zimmer hatte einen chemischen Geruch, und die Feuchtigkeit war sehr hoch. Die Bettlaken und am Morgen die Kleider fühlten sich immer etwas feucht an. Der TV ist vorhanden, hatte aber kein einziges Programm. Der Ausblick auf die Stadt, welcher in der Beschreibung der Junior Suite angegeben wird, bezieht sich auf die Dachterrasse, denn vom Zimmer sieht man nur den Patio.
• joao (7/5): - Recepcao simpatica com chá e boa conversa..Boa localização, no global é interessante. O pequeno almoço, apesar de não ser buffet, é bom. O staff muito disponível. O terraço superior é engraçado. No geral é bonito e as fotos do site são fidedignas apenas posto fotos do quarto porque, provavelmente tivemos azar mas este quarto tinha muito a melhorar. Instalações degradadas em várias zonas. O nosso quarto (piso inferior) tinha a caixilharia da porta solta, o pavimento com várias fendas, a parede cheia de humidade e chovia através de uma clarabóia numa pequena zona verde do quarto. Os senhores resolveram o problema de imediato. A banheira não esgotava e a casa de banho não tinha privacidade. Se fosse um quarto de casal ate teria piada mas numa suite com duas camas... envolvente do terraço (os outros predios) muito degradados e sujos.

Aziz qui nous a accueilli était exceptionnel et disponible (conseils sur les activités, prise de rdv au hamman qui est à côté du Riad…). Le petit déjeuner était top. Pas la possibilité d’avoir le petit déjeuner le jour de notre départ à 7h

Das Personal war sehr bemüht. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer engen Seitengasse, was nicht mit Taxis befahrbar ist.

Cela à réellement embelli notre séjour. Je recommande à 100% ce logement, qui en plus d’être parfait, et est très bien situé. 15min à pied de la place centrale Jemma el Fna donc parfait. Rien tout était nickel.
• Gabriele (10/5): Gem in the Medina - It’s situated close to the Saadian Tombs, 5 minutes walk from the Badi Palace and the Bahia Palace. The area is filled with good restaurants. The room was super nice, quiet and clean and thebed was really comfortable. What I liked the most anyway was the staff, really welcoming and always gentle, ready to help you in any way possible and always preparing a different exquisite breakfast. Thank you Aziz and Camel, thank you to the girls, we had a wonderful stay!

O quarto foi limpo todos os dias e as funcionárias até arrumam melhor as roupas. A zona é segura e central, mas suficientemente afastada da confusão. Por isso, não há barulho durante a noite. O riad é moderno e com conforto. Não experimentamos a piscina, mas é limpa e cuidada. A TV funcionava, mas não tem canais. Resolvemos este inconveniente com Netflix.

Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande calore e ospitalità: lo staff è sempre disponibile, sorridente e pronto ad aiutare in ogni momento, facendoci sentire come a casa. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli: camere pulite, arredamento tradizionale marocchino affascinante, e una tranquillità sorprendente nonostante la posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalla Medina. La colazione è stata una delle migliori mai provate, anche la terrazza sul tetto merita una menzione speciale, perfetta per godersi il tramonto sulla città. Consiglio vivamente questo Riad a chi cerca un’autentica esperienza marocchina con tutti i comfort. Torneremo sicuramente!

Aziz nos resolvió todas nuestras dudas y nos recomendó tantos restaurantes como sitios para ver en Marrakech. El Ryad es moderno, pero aún mantiene su esencia, con cuartos cómodos y buenas instalaciones. Además, el desayuno estaba muy completo, con comida de calidad. En cuanto a la ubicación estaba en una buena zona, al sur de la Medina, y en un par de minutos llegabas al Zoco. Sin duda, volveríamos.

• Jean (10/5): Au Top!!! - La chambre était incroyable ! L’hôte était super gentil et accueillant et le petit déjeuné etait bien copieux ! L’emplacement est top aussi pour les activités et a proximité du souk et du MEILLEUR SPA qu’on ait jamais fait !!
