• Selin (8/5): Es war wirklich schön und anstrengend zu gleich. - Es war groß und sehr zentral , du hast in der Nähe alles was du brauchst und auch die Wohnung war alles da. Schöne Zimmer, der Balkon ist Mega. Der Boden war schmutzig , wir hatten alle schwarze Füße nach dem ersten Tag. Das schlimmste war aber die Nachbarn die sind ständig gekommen und haben geklingelt das wir zu laut waren, selbst bei nur miteinander reden „ihr redet zu laut“ sogar an Wochenenden. Die Pauschale kam spontan dazu von Guest fee und mussten nochmal 360 Euro on top zahlen sonst bekommst du den Code nicht!

• dganit (3/5): השירות הכי גרוע שפגשתי - הדירה רחבה ונוחה. לא שווה את עוגמת הנפש של התקשורת עם בעל הדירה הגענו משדה התעופה בשעה 22:00 ולא הצלחנו לפתוח את דלת הבניין, או לתקשר עם נציגים שלהם. נהג המונית דיבר איתה, עד שהיה צריך לנסוע. אחר כך במשך שעתיים וחצי, נעזרנו במוכרת של הטברנה מתחת לדירה. ניהלנו שיחה עם בעלת הדירה, ומילינו שוב ושוב פרטים ושלחנו לה. היתה תחושה שממש לא רוצים להשכיר לנו את הדירה. זה היה מיאש, מתיש, מתסכל, מכעיס ומבאס. בשעה 24:45 אחרי כעס גדול וחוסר אמפתיה או אכפתיות מבעלי הדירה, הצלחנו סופסופ לקבל מהם קוד כניסה לבניין ולדירה. פתיחת הדלת דורשת התקנת אפליקצייה. לצערי עד עכשיו, לא הצלחנו לקבל מהם אישור שעוד אחד מאיתנו יוכל לפתוח את הדלת. היינו 6 אנשים, שרק טלפון אחד, יכול לפתוח. ממליצה בחום להתרחק מהם!!

• Andre (1/5): Echange extrêmement mauvais. Tapage nocturne pendant les 2 nuitées. Véritablement déçu. - la localisation, la grandeur de l'appartement. Logement plutôt sale. Un coton tige usagé a été retrouvé dans l'une des chambres. Les draps étaient tâchés de sang et déchirés à certains endroits. Tapage nocturne jusqu'à 6h du matin chaque nuits de notre séjour. Echange avec le gestionnaire du logement extrêmement mauvais. Ils n'ont fait aucun effort pour remédier à cela. L'isolation phonique est très mauvaise... C'est bien dommage. Booking n'a, de plus, même pas pris la peine de répondre à notre réclamation. Je ne recommande pas du tout, c'est ce qui explique la note. D'autant que le gestionnaire a été averti de notre mécontentement.

• Abdulrasheed (3/5): I had a terrible stay, the worst in all my history of travel! - My experience was bad from collection of keys I waited more than an hour with kids, response was slow we were just at the entrance without a staff to attend to us, property was dirty and unkempt, old furniture, curtains were falling, very old property. Light kept tripping off throughout our stay. Everything… Only location was gold.

• Irina Maria (1/5): Nice apartment, but unacceptable service and facilities problems. I would never return or recommend! - The apartment itself is spacious, nicely decorated and in a very good location. However, all of this was overshadowed by unacceptable service and serious facility issues, which made the stay very unpleasant. We arrived in Barcelona early in the morning and could only check in at 3 PM, which was fine. However, as soon as we got into the apartment, after hours spent in the heat, we discovered there was no hot water. We called assistance and were told that they “were not aware” of this issue, which is unacceptable since someone had just cleaned the apartment and should have checked if everything was working. The staff said they would send someone “by the end of the day” without any timeframe. After standing in the heat since 9 AM, we just wanted to shower, but there was still no solution. Luckily, one of us managed to reset the boiler manually and temporarily fix it. Hours later, a technician confirmed the boiler was faulty and could not supply hot water to all four bathrooms simultaneously. For the entire stay, showers had to be taken one at a time, while someone stayed by the boiler to restart it whenever the water went cold. Advertising four bathrooms is meaningless if they cannot be used simultaneously. On top of this, the towels were stained, there was mold in the bathroom, and rust in the shower — completely unacceptable for a supposedly high-standard apartment. The worst incident happened on the night of 9 August. The apartment door is controlled entirely through a wireless lock and app. Already when we arrived, the app showed the lock battery at 40%, which was concerning. Of course, it eventually ran out completely and the lock failed. After returning late from dinner, at around 2 AM, we found ourselves completely locked out. We spent 30–40 minutes trying to open the door via the app with no success. We then called the assistance line, where staff were rude and unhelpful. They asked for countless checks, said they would call us back in 10 minutes — but 20 minutes later, no one had called. When we phoned again, the person hung up on us.
• Debra (7/5): - Simple apartment. Not as pretty as the pictures. Minimal amenities. Had a leak in the bathroom one day but it was quickly fixed. Good location. Very noisy at night though. We had banging crazy night club kind of music every single night until 2am.
• Kirsty (3/5): Accommodation was lovely but check in process was not successful resulting in 1 access key for 7 people which disrupted - Apartment was as described and clean and spacious Check in process did not work, informed staff a number of times throughout the day and they were unable to find a solution, still waiting for the manager to call me after 24 hours. Very Poor customer service.

No assistance. A shambolic mess of an organisation that manages it. Should be removed from booking.com. This is without doubt the worst property I have ever stayed at. Totally shocking experience. Shambolic property and incompetent management organisation. This property does not look like it does in the pictures. It is a con. The property is dated and run down. The furniture totally different and decoration is worn. The rooms were dusty and the bathrooms were really grotty and had no locks on the doors?! Water leaks all over the floor from the showers and black mould is around the sink and showers. When we arrived at the property, we opened the key box to find there was no key...we then proceeded to wait over an hour for someone to come and let us into the property. The corridors are dark and not appropriately lit. My pregnant wife had to sit on the stairs in a dingy and dark hallway waiting for the property organisation to come and give us access. The person we spoke to on the phone had absolutely no clue what they were doing. When we did get access, we were given one key for a property housing 8 people...the electronic entry on the door was faulty and kept falling off. This property DOES NOT HAVE HOT WATER. It is a basic human and consumer right to be provided with hot water. The company said they sent someone round while we were out to fix it. It was never fixed. We had five days of no hot water. Overall, the worst experience. A total rip off and con. The property should be removed from booking.com.

The apartment rental company was very responsive 3 minor things You should have a hair dryer in all 3 bathrooms Should supply more toilet paper as the rolls are very small. The WiFi codes and Password should be in the instructions book. Not hanging on a wall in the hallway. No one saw it there.

• Keith (7/5): If the host was a little bit more accommodating, it would be a 5 star review - It was a very lovely apartment which accommodated the 7 of us; 5 adults and 2 children. Everything was provided for, it was truly our home away from home for that one week. About 15 min walk to Sagrada Familia, and getting taxis right outside the apartment was very easy Check in was a nightmare. We requested to enter the premises earlier if it was ready, as we had very tired and cranky kids. The host just rejected us. We had to lug all our baggage to a nearby cafe to pass time. We called the host again later to enter cos a few of us needed to urgently use the restroom. We managed to enter and the cleaner lady was still cleaning (close to our check in time at 3pm, mind you!). Then we finally checked in, we found out that it was the wrong apartment that was given to us. We then had to bring down all our bags from the top floor to the bottom apartment much to our frustration, anger and tiredness. Be prepared to bring extra towels cos towels are just sufficient for each person. There’s only 2 pathetic bottles of shampoo and bath gel in each bathroom, so do bring your own (or you could buy from the convenience store just around the corner). The water heater tripped on our second last day, but we resolved it by flipping on the switch in the laundry room. Kitchen is a bit dim to our liking, and the microwave oven light and one of the counter top lights weren’t working

• Jill (9/5): We loved Barcelona - love the interior and all the furnishings, beds were comfortable. Loved the location, it can be noisy in the city, but would stay again. Thank you very much! The door to the patio would not stay closed and even when latched it kept being blown open from the wind. I found the washing machine and dryer to be very hard to use, maybe needs to be bigger with help for people who speak english. We needed more towels, a second towel per person or beach towel would have been nice. Also needs a full length mirror somewhere and one that has magnification in the bathroom for putting on makeup and taking out contact lenses. We were unsure about garbage and recycling rules ,it would have been nice to have more instructions and also recommendations of things nearby.

Nice to have the welcome pack with a few starting supplies for laundry, dishwasher and Nepresso. Plenty of closet space and very comfortable beds in all of the bedrooms. Very easy to walk to local attractions in Barcelona. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Elevator was a nice option to have. Minor wear and tear with loose floor tiles and windows did not close easily Was tidy but could have used a thorough cleaning.
• Nicola (9/5): Fantasic. great value for money - it was clean, spacious. The beds were comfortable.Toiletries and household cleaning products were provided (I’ve stayed in more expensive places and not been given even a dishwasher tablet). The kitchen was well set - plates, cutlery, nespresso machine. The hallway was a bit dark.
