The walls need noise cancellation, because I could hear the couple in the room next door at night and could not sleep through their noise, it was unpleasant.

We travel with a Sheepadoodle and this hotel was convenient for traveling with a pet and the “pet-friendly” room was actually nice, which definitely isn’t always the case. EV charger did not work for our mini even though we had the appropriate adapter.

No dishes, utensils, way to boil water, nothing that qualifies as a kitchen unit. Booked this unit, at this hotel, to be able to make own meals. Called Booking.com, they said they reached out to hotel, hotel said they didn’t. Different stories from hotel staff about what was available. Do not book this hoping to have any items (they gave us paper plates)

Tania Daniela (9/5): Altamente recomendado - La habitación era muy completa, baño, cama cómoda, refrigeradora grande, cocina (solo debes solicitar en recepción los utensilios, le dan un kit básico), clóset. Cercanía al Dixie Convention Center, restaurantes cerca y a unos 10 minutos en carro de Walmart. Cerca también había un parque y senderos para caminar, trotar o correr. Aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso.

Renée (9/5): I will definitely stay here again. It was a good value. - The staff was incredibly friendly, the bed was firm uncomfortable. The bathroom was lovely, and I liked at it. Had a refrigerator. It was also a wonderful thing that it had electric charging. Close to downtown. A short car ride. Not walkable. I didn’t like that. The refrigerator kept cycling on and off all night, and it was right off a main road, but it was quiet because the windows were secure. But if you wanted fresh air, you could hear the highway.
Daisy (4/5): Service and accountability could be better - Service could have been better . Visiting from out of state and when you walk in , no one is there to greet you. When I was on ally helped, I let them know I had 2 dogs . So the fee along with the deposit fee would be charged on the account . The receptionist ran my card and I can see the dog fee . Then continued to run it over and over for the deposit . I let her know I was traveling and to please not run it so many times or my bank would flag it being I was on another state . I called my bank and it turned out it was their terminal that was not working . They refused to take responsibility of it and insisted it was my card . I gave her 2 bank cards and 2 capital ones . All with money . She then said , “ unless you have cash” how am I to give cash on a deposit that is to be held on a card and refunded after check out?! The hotel also needs more ventilation. The hallways stick with all different meals since they do come with a kitchen on each room.

Eric (2/5): - First we pulled into the parking lot to be greeted to a parking lot party. Music being played with a trunk opened to people drinking beers out of the back of it. They were glaring at every car coming in like they were trying to intimidate anybody coming in. The music playing from the car was loud and obnoxious. Then we got our room just in time to look out the window over looking the party. That's when we saw what appeared to be an employee get into the party vehicle and leave. Later I attempted to go to the pool, I was greeted to another party, again spanish music being played loud enough to be uncomfortable and multiple individuals being loud and disruptive to everyone else. The young lady that was working walked out the door and just turned around and didn't even say a word to these individuals. The next day we went hiking early and planned to be back at the hotel midday, to again try and enjoy the pool. We pulled up and were greeted by a gentleman that was enjoying a 6 pack of Pacifico while trying to stay cool in the shade of the only tree in the laying lot. He tried to start a conversation with me and my wife but was too intoxicated to even understand him. I then went to the pool where there was no clean towels just a bunch of used ones from the night before party. Then i saw 2 of the employees go over and have lunch with the intoxicated guy. Obviously we left and went to get a room somewhere else. The employees and their friends run this hotel!!!
Keith (6/5): - We liked the bike trail that is just next door -- great for taking the dog on a morning jaunt. The building has very thin walls, we had noise from rooms next door and above (children yelling, heaving walking, dog barking) until quite late. Very little in the way of noise damping. There is a full kitchen in the room but zero dishes or utensils, so mostly a waste of space for us -- perhaps if you are staying longer you could ask for these things.

Comfortable and clean. Our toilet cistern needed fixing. Float wouldn’t cut the water off. No shade for parking.

No plates or silverware or pots were in the room. If the there's a full kitchen, those things are expected. Maybe they are available to check out, but I wasn't informed of that.

The staff and the rooms are always the best, and my dog always is comfortable and safe. I hope someone will open more in So Cal where I used to live in Ventura County (hint hint) I visit family there often and it would be awesome to have one there. I as always - look for a My Place when I will be traveling so that I can stay there. TY!

The kitchenettes have a full size fridge/freezer, microwave and a two-burner cooktop. They have all the cookware/silverware you may need at the front desk. There are stores within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The exterior area around the hotel, pool and laundry area are were well kept and very clean. I will be staying here again!!

The kitchen didn’t have a single plate/ mug or cutlery. The air conditioning and the fridge were making annoying noise at night - so loud it was hard to fall asleep
Lisa (10/5): Always our first choice when staying in St. George!! - The location has quick easy access to the freeway making it easy to get around town. The outdoor hot tub is a great place to relax. There is a new restaurant/brewery that just opened down the street giving us another great food option, and the paved bike path is very close if you are looking for somewhere to ride your bike. The hotel is always clean and well taken care of. Plus it's great to have access to a full-sized fridge plus microwave and cooktop, if you need it. My Place is ALWAYS our first choice when we have an opportunity to stay in St. George! No complaints!

Fernando (8/5): - Overall the property is clean and front desk representative is friendly. They have free coffee in the lobby as well. Cold pool and hot jacuzzi. Dog friendly which was nice. There’s a steak house(chop house) near by and they had absolutely amazing food. The room is spacious and has a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and even a microwave. Id stay here again.

Vickie (6/5): Bare bones- - Ac unit very loud & not hold temperature- Kept going on & off all night- no king sized beds, coffee only - not full breakfast option- kitchenette had no utensils, glasses or plates- Receptionist told us we could get pots & pans from her - never mentioned anything about utensils glassware or dinnerware.
