The standard check-in time is from 15:00 until 19:00, and needs to be agreed prior to arrival. Later arrivals are possible at the following charges:

The charges apply as a member of staff must be present after hours to meet guests at the property, provide keys, and to show them around. We may be able to waive this fee and offer a self check in in some cases.

Not a huge deal, but didn’t realise TV was only a basic package - thought it had an options for connecting to digital packages.

- Runa (8/5): Kjempefin leilighet med flott beliggenhet som jeg absolutt ville leid igjen om en annen seng. - Leiligheten (leilighet 305) ligger i et pent kompleks ved elven, med flere restauranter, utsikt og veldig kort avstand til båt, buss, tog og tube (exit 4 fra tubestasjonen bringer deg nesten til døra). Romslig leilighet - i alle fall sammenlignet med vanlig Londonstandard, fint kjøkken, oppbevaringsplass for klær og sko, mye uteplass på balkong. Deilig sofa. Stille og rolig, i alle fall vinterstid. Det er også en Tesco i komplekset, og Waitrose over gaten. Rask og vennlig respons fra utleier ved spørsmål. Vi fikk hente nøkkel i resepsjon på stedet, og slapp å avtale tid for å møte noen for nøkkeloverlevering. Leiligheten har alt for mange møbler, til dels alt for store og nokså tilfeldige møbler. Sofabordet i glass ga oss mange blåmerker.. Sengen er svært smal for to personer, og ekstremt hard. Dusj i badekaret, og ingenting å holde seg i, og heller ingen matte å stå på i badekaret, som var glatt. Ingen sikkerhetslenke på inngangsdøren. Dårlig TV-tilbud. Det er også et relativt høyt depositum som skal betales en uke i forkant, og det tok ca en uke å få det tilbake.

- Marta (10/5): Todo perfecto. - Es un apartamento bien equipado y limpio. Está delante del rio, una zona residencial muy tranquila con una estación de autobuses y un supermercado muy cerca. Fui con mi hijo y pudimos disponer de una habitación cada uno. Que no supimos cómo funcionaba el agua caliente y un dia no nos pudimos duchar, pero enseguida nos dieron las instrucciones y pudimos arreglarlo.

- Revash (1/5): - Great location Property was covered in dust on arrival. AC unit was not in working condition despite being advertised to be fully air conditioned. Freezer was frozen shut and full of mould. Main bathroom unit’s water temperature control did not work.
Despite all of these issues being raised to the staff, they provided no solutions and insisted that we should stay in the property as is.

- Kevin Thompson (7/5): A pleasant new apartment in a Thames side location - needs better mattress and smaller coffee table - Located 100metres from Vauxhall station and on the Thames walking path - Was a long drive to get to places North eg at the end of our week an UBER to Luton took an age.
Good little kitchen, with dishwasher, took an age to make the TV work until I realised it had a rabbit ears aerial fallen down behind. Some manipulation of the rabbit ears and Voila! It's been 40 years since I've used one of those. No aircon but was okay the week we were there (mid June 2025).
Good access doors to the balconies. Double glazing. Quiet enough after the chat from the nearby restaurants eased off. Bedroom very small - really hardly bigger than the bed - and living room properly furnished (coffee table way too big - who did that?) but left no space in either room to open and deal with our large luggage, so we were stepping over suitcases for a week.
Mattress was feeble beyond belief. I think it was probably new enough it was just very cheap that's my guess. Fortunately we were always exhausted so managed to pass out anyway.
Stay again? If they tell me they've installed new serious mattresses - yes.

The agent looking after us was very prompt with communication and very helpful. The dishwasher was on the blink.
No aircon only fans.
The balcony was not a private experience as there was someone staying next door and the barriers are very low and see through. Our bad luck. Otherwise great.

Our key fabs did not work for a couple of days requiring buzzing the concierge to enter the building. There was no parking and the location makes it difficult for drivers. The TV used an antenna that didn't always work. We were only provided 2 dishwasher pods.

- Robin (8/5): A great place to stay, but manage your expectations. - The location was excellent. It really can't be beat. The facility was clean. Once we got into the apartment, response from the host was prompt. There were things that did not meet my expectations, a lot of little things. For example, there is a washer and a dishwasher. Dishwashing tablets were provided, but no laundry tablets. It's like giving you a TV and no power cord. Most travelers do not bring along laundry soap. Even a couple of tablets would have been welcome. We ended up buying detergent at the Tesco, but we didn't need all 36. No napkins or paper towels, just one tea towel, which most people don't consider wiping their mouths on. Lots of cheese graters, but no salt or pepper or tea. Just small omissions. The check in process was difficult -- they insist on a refundable deposit with verification from the bank to complete check in. It was onerous and time consuming, especially given the demands of travel.

We paid for an extra night prior to have early check in at 7am which was fabulous after a 17.5hr flight from Australia. The Vauxhall tube station was 100m away and a Pret was onsite with easy breakfasts/coffees/food. Loved the view from the floor to ceiling windows of the Thames.

- Helen (8/5): Very good - location, facilities had everything needed and felt secure There was some faff before checking in as they required proof of charge to my card / account by asking for a screenshot which you are unable to do. I eventually was able to get a colleague to take a picture of my phone but advance notice of this would help as I had already left home.
In terms of the accommodation, bed was on the smaller size - I was on my own so fine for me but had my husband been with me, may have been too small

Few dishes and cutlery, even for two people, and the large dishwasher, which unfortunately had to be washed first.
Unfortunately, the same goes for the baking trays. This makes the high-quality kitchen lose a little of its impact.
Bathroom ventilation is catastrophically loud and ineffective.
Perfectly located near Vauxhall station (train, tube and buses).
Tesco Express on the ground floor and two other shops at the bus station.
With more care, an excellent apartment.
- Faisal (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was spacious and worth the money. The location might not be in the centre of London. However, the underground station is very close to the building. It can get noisy when the windows are open.
- Richard (4/5): Would NOT recommend this property nor book it again because of my experience - Location was convenientTge The shower was a bath with an extremely slippery surface the walls were glass and plain ti,es with absolutely no handles and was dangerously slippery on asking for non slip mats we were told that they did not supply them .Imthen pointed out that should I slip that they would be guilty of negligence .They then supplied a mat that covered about 40 % of the floor surface.when I made further complaints to their
Representative she took photos of the mat and said she would get an additional one. Nothing was provided
The aircon was not working and when I complained Inwas told that it was working .They sent their representative to show me how to work it .but there was no improvement and when I complained in writing there was no reply till 3 days later when the representative came with a new remote which fixed the problem We we were left without air conditioning for the 4 days of our 11Day booking.
Also as we had been moved from our original booked room to a different room it overlooked a busy junction with police and ambulance sirens going all night so we could not even open the windows and our sleep was continuously disturbed .

Communication could b - The view from the balcony was fantastic and really nice in the summer. The living room was comfortable too. The bed sheets smelled horrendous, had to wash them ourselves on vacation and still could not get the smell to go or the sheets to dry completely after 5 hours in the dryer. Nightmare situation. The doors (to the toilet and bedroom) shut on their own and are very difficult to keep open.
Prior to arriving, nobody answered the phone so we were sent for quite a ride getting in contact with the property. They were only reachable via email.

- Edmund (6/5): Modern furnished flat with easy amenties and transport options nearby. - Location is very convenient for public transport. Bus, underground, and train services available. Have supermarkets and minimarts nearby. Can also walk to Battersea Power Station where there are numerous restaurants and shops. The unit has washer/dryer and dishwasher installed. Access between concierge and property is inconvenient, there are many steps so if you have bags and luggage, you'd need to make multiple trips. The step-free path (outside the development on the street) is not covered, and you will be soaking wet when it rains. The access lift outside the concierge was not working too.

- Gale (8/5): Quiet, spacious & accessible - Quite spacious for London accommodation and very quiet (our apartment faced an inner courtyard - no view). Well equipped. Right next door to the Vauxhall station, so easy access and about a half hour to get to most of Central London. There is absolutely nothing in the area - a Tesco Express on the block, but that’s it. Have to get on the underground for anything else.

Nice space, apartment had ample room for me and my son. Very quite neighbors. Great balcony view. Living room, kitchen and bedrooms were clean. Very prompt staff/email replies for arrival meet up. Ensuite bathroom shower has black mold. Tiles and doorframe need bleached & cleaned. Shower head had hard water chalk and also severely needs cleaned. (Cleaning fee/service could easily remedy this problem)
Bedrooms are on the street side of the apartment. The traffic and sirens were very loud all thru the night, moreso than NYC. Older building issues, so take earplugs.
- Justyn (7/5): Our Apartment Experience - The apartment had a good size and the location was super close to the underground. There was also a mini tesco in the near. Some things were dirty or broken, the sinks of the bathrooms for example were dirty and should have been cleaned properly before our arrival. The water didn't flow down the drains either, it was partially blocked I presume.
- Vajira (8/5): Great location and good accommodation with ready access to transport - Great location with ready access to the Tube and Trains. Also to Uber Boats on Themes. Good amenities including kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean and tidy apartment with two separate air-conditioning for badroom and lounge/kitchen. Secure access to the building and roomy lift. Busy and noisy location. Apartment is quite small. Bathroom was small and had no room in the shower/bath to keep soap/shampoo etc. Window covering insufficient to stop the light filtering in which could be an issue in summer when days are longer.

- Anikó (8/5): Very good - The location is great, the apartement is very comfortable, much bigger than you would expect in London and the apartement crew was very easy to communicate with, they were all really helpful. Cleaning could have been more thorough, but it was not too disturbing.
- Christofora (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent, right next to the metro station, with an outstanding view of the river. The heating system was not functioning properly, leaving us feeling cold in the apartment. Additionally, the living room requires an extra couch or armchair.

- Konstantina (10/5): Very nice, comfortable , neat & clean with the best view of the town ! - Beautiful comfort apartment with the best river view from lounge & bedroom , neat & clean , near to tube station , we enjoyed very much our stay & I highly recommended . In my opinion matτress would be better for my habit , but the existing it's ok .
- Iain (10/5): - Communication with the team was excellent from booking to post departure - property was exactly what we needed, 2 adults and 2 young children (7&4) - property is a very short walk from Vauxhall over & underground from which the city is easily accessible. Tesco express closeby too for a wee coffee fix early doors too and any other goods you may need - in summary - would I book again? Yes, without doubt!

- yoel (8/5): Good apartment choice !! - This is a very good apartment located right in front the metro station, that makes it very easy to travel into the the city. They welcomed us and gave all the necessary explanations. They have the allowed us to check in a little bit early. It was great , since there is no lobby area where you can wait for your check in time. Apartment was big, clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It has big glass windows that make it bright and lovely sitting in living room and watch the the city goes by. The double windows do a good job of keeping out the noise from the street, the blinds were very poor, so sleeping late was impossible. Another down side, was that there was not coffee Machine - electric kettle for tea drinkers, but that is the UK. By the way, the garbage on the hallway was a little smelly, so it needs to be sanitized - but this is beyond the control of the owner. Overall , we had a great stay and the apartment was very good.

- Julieah (5/5): Good location but avoid if you are particular about cleanliness - Central location. We saved a lot on transportation due to how close it is to everything.
They are very responsive and fast when there is a problem. It is just not clean. You can tell they do a basic surface cleaning with no supervision. Bathroom corners mouldy. Carpet was dusty with visible lint particles. I asked for a vacuum cleaner to DIY. because the one they had, had no suction. The second vacuum still had no proper suction. The dishes were not properly cleaned and the dishwasher looked like it would make them dirtier. I spent so much time cleaning ! Plus 3 drinking glasses in the cupboard?
- Mark (8/5): We very much enjoyed our stay and would very happily stay there again should the need arise. - The location was excellent, exactly what we needed, with strategic transport interchanges for tube, bus and train directly outside the building. The views from the apartment were amazing and we were treated to splendid dawns and sunsets over the city. The kitchen appliances are of good quality that met and exceeded our expectations based on our experience elsewhere. The support from the host organisation was efficient when required. It is worth noting that, notwithstanding the location, traffic noise was not an issue. We would have appreciated a slightly more prompt hand over of the keys when we arrived; fortunately we were also provided with a key code that enabled us to wait in the lobby out of the wind. A quick response was provided when we called to seek assistance. We would have also appreciated a greater selection of crockery - something easily remedied - as the provision was limited. The selection of pots and pans was more than adequate but an appropriate non-serrated kitchen knife for vegetable preparation would have made our lives (as vegetarians) a lot easier!

- Tania (7/5): A great location on Thames, right near the tube and wharf/ferry. accomodation was adequate size for a family of four - location, two bedrooms and two bathrooms The property wasn't cleaned properly - carpets not vacuumed, two big bags of used linen in the laundry cupboard that weren't collected for the whole week we were there, I had to move them to the hallway so I could get to the washing machine. There were dirty pots/pans in the cupboard - we had to clean several pans that were used/greasy before we could use them. The ensuite bathroom also had clogged drain issues, could only run shower at a low pressure to avoid flooding the bathroom. There was quite a process to pay and prove our payment - sending copies of bank receipts and passport photos. Not sure of this is normal for London?
- Angus (9/5): Luxury views over London. - Location, location, location! Close to Vauxhall Tube and Railway Station, and Thames Riverboats from St George's Wharf. Very comfortable with impressive balcony views over London and the river. Slightly difficult to identify the correct apartment block on first approach, but very easy once you knew where it is!
