- KAY (8/5): Adorable Boutique Hotel - The hotel was very nice, modern and clean. The staff was very lovely and accommodating and very easy to communicate with/get a hold of. The only thing to note is that the reception/check in area is not always open. They close in the middle of the day and at night which can make check in/check out tricky. I would stay again!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Elegant hotel - The boutique hotel is in a beautifully renovated classic building. We stayed in the deluxe suite which was quite spacious and modern but with some antique character. We reserved the private spa which has a jacuzzi for 2 people and a steam room which was a nice treat. Location is great, walking distance to everything. We frequented a cute cafe close-by on the Arno river called "Riverno" which is great for a cake or an iced coffee in the morning.
