- Bala (6/5): Pleasant - Location No hot water ensured in the morning..despite calling everyday morning to remind to switch on hot water, they did not bother.4 out 7 days, i used cold water to take bath . I asked multiple times about invoice. They have not interested to provide invoice till now. TV is not working. Dish TV recharge not done..despite requested they denied to do it ..
- Abhay (1/5): Bad - I did not like anything about this hotel and you rather hated a lot as Breakfast was included in the cost but it was not provided and the hotel staff bluntly charged you for this. Infact, it was cheatings that should be reported to appropriate authority for taking suitable action. I will never take service of you and advise others not to book hotel from your site. disgusting, if I find infront of me, I will slap you people many times.
- Ludo (1/5): Worst stay ever. - Everything was just worst. Everything was just worst.The tap in the washroom were not working. When we checked in the water was not coming. The staff was not ready to help at all. The light was not working properly. At the time of check in asked to change room 3 time as the dedicated room was not ready and the lack of communication between the management. Also there was no breakfast where it was mentioned in the booking.

- Bhatnagar (5/5): Passable - Bathroom was satisfactorily clean enough and AC wad silent and working properly. Mattress, bed sheet could have been better. Walls were in dilapitated condition. TV was just a show piece with almost no useful channels. The infrastructure, on the whole, desperately need renovation to become inviting.

- Dhiraj (5/5): Good location. Had a decent stay. Receptionist needs to be professional. - Location is good. Room was clean, decent. Receptionist is outright arrogant. Not once he was polite. Forget polite, he wasn't even professional. Asked me to pay the remaining amount while checking in. Not sure if that's the norm but I always pay while checking out in other places.

- Manish (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all The rude, untrained, ILL mannered staff behaviour, month old use linen and bedsheets with red lipstick spots visible, no breakfast facility, water leakage in washroom, toilet seat flush plate broken and un installed. One need to press plastic component to flush out. Spring mattresses to allow you not to sleep at all. Water dripping from photo frame installed in room and many more. They charged me twice for which I have prove and now they are not ready to pay me back the extra amount charged

I mean when I had already booked and paid for it, how could they give it another.. pathetic service.
