• Anil (5/5): - Friendly and helpful staff. They were attentive to our needs whenever requested. The place was peaceful, since it was a bit far from the main road. Room lacked basic amenities expected in hotel rooms like kettle, tea-coffee sachets, soaps, handwash. Some cupboards were not clean and the hangers were broken. Room cleaning needs to be done on daily basis, balcony was dusty. Complimentary breakfast was minimal, just one standard item given rather than multiple choices that was advertised. The hotel is a bit far from Baner main road.
