• Anil (1/5): The reason one would book a hotel in advance is to ensure a hassle-free journey. - The reason one would book a hotel in advance is to ensure a hassle-free & tension-free journey. On the preceding evening of our check-in date, someone from the hotel contacted me and requested to cancel the booking citing water supply interruption, which I refused. When we reached the hotel, they took us to a nearby homestay which had a small & congested bedroom & bathroom (with no mirror and a leaky bucket) and an A/c that stop working from time to time. There was no breakfast at all. It was the kind of place where I would not have normally stayed. If there is an issue at the hotel booked by the client, M/s Booking.com should have intervened proactively and made alternate arrangements of stay rather than putting the clients to trouble. I am sorry to say the Booking.com failed in this.

I had a bad experience on the second day, someone tried to open my room door in the middle of the night thrice. Which is not good at all... I acted like I was sleeping and did not respond. I informed the receptionist the next day. The bed and the linens were not that clean

Room is full of smoke smell, when we asked for it, they said, it will be like that, since no window is there for one room. Flush and hot water was not working in one room. Bed and pillow covers are not clean.

There were multiple powercuts, I asked the person at the reception multiple times to send somebody upstairs with a dustbin. I had to call him 4 times for the same issue. The lift was not functioning. The dustbin was not provided. I had to ask them multiple times for a dustbin. The flush pipe was leaking. The staff was not proactive. There was a section in the ceiling which was torn. The staff was not mindful, I reported that there was no dustbin in the previous room, yet they did not make sure that it was provided in the new room.

• Jayaram (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing Too far for bus stand and everything . Room was in the fourth floor and for everything we have to go twice. No drinking water facilities. It was kept near the reception. Very difficult to access. No hot water for taking bath. Since the place is hot we didn’t feel the need for hot water. There was a geyser but wasn’t working. When asked in the reception he gave one immersion coil to heat water in the bucket. We refused for safety reasons. They didn’t change the bed spread/ sheet also. For everything we had to ask twice. Room was average. Not value for money. Though checking time is 7.30pm they said it’s between 12 noon to 12 noon. So checked out around 11 am itself. They talk in Hindi. They don’t know the local language Telugu or English. Overall I give 2* only

• Devesh (1/5): Bad - Do not book this place. These people are not straight forward. I booked on booking.com as I reached the hotel at 9 30 pm. Mr Farooq in the front office refused to check me in saying that the property is SOLD OUT. Booking.com has no control on the properties and they have NO CLUE if the property is SILD OUT. I call it a useless organisation as I landed up in a similar situation once in Bangalore. Booking.com is a useless site and DO NOT RELY on Booking.com FAILURE OF BOOKING.COM
