Marlin (4/5): - Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel recently. From start to finish, everything was disappointing. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the management was completely unresponsive to any complaints or issues. The cleanliness was awful – the room was dirty, with no effort made to maintain hygiene. No room amenities were provided, not even basic things like toiletries. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed throughout the stay. One of the worst issues was the AC – they kept turning it off, and every time we called to ask, they gave the same excuse of a "power cut." It's very clear they do this intentionally to save electricity, and it happens often. The room looked nothing like the pictures shown online – it was smaller, poorly maintained, and lacked even the most basic facilities. The overall condition of the hotel was very poor. The only good thing about this hotel is that it's close to the Ghats, but that’s not enough to make up for such a miserable stay. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to suggest some more additional improvement I stayed in room no 403 : - 1) . mirror position need to be relocated at a convenient place for easiest access to the nearest of the mirror with a light on the wall . 2) Up dating of the room before handing over the room to the customer for stay .For example in room no 405 - Flash tank not functioning .In both room 403 and 405 commode showers water flow very slow and less ,needs cleaning of the filters. 3) Availability of chair and thermos flask in all rooms . This two items were not in room no 405 . 4) Supply of hot water must be made available from morning 5 AM onwards as most visitors are on pilgrimage tour and would like to visit temples after taking bath . I would request you to provide electric flask in every room as a positive improvement .and periodic maintenance must be done methodically . The property manager was asking deposit or advance money even though in Expedia web site the property was booked as pay in hotel when check in. The property manager was the most horrible person I had met ever. While traveling he keep asking about money. When we reached hotel there were no towels in bathroom. We were families of 2 groups 4 adults and 4 kids. travelled almost 12 hours, we were expecting clean toilets and at least some towels, but it was just opposite. Toilet was very dirty and smelled very bad. Hotel should give back money if they don’t deliver quality. I paid almost 11,000 INR for 1 night for two rooms and we were expecting quality rooms. Either they charge less if they don’t have facilities or at least mention these horrible situation in hotel rooms so family folks who has kids don’t book this horrible hotel Sahu.

All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. They helped with everything such as cabs general information regarding benaras and ganga arti. The hotel also helps with good contacts for pooja and darshan. The food over there was tasty and palatable. The rooms were clean and upright. It has the best hospitality treatment. All in all I would like to revisit to this place whenever I'm back in Benaras.

KP (10/5): - It's a very good place to stay with family. They arrange your tour along with different tour operators, they have a good restaurant and serve almost everything from breakfast to dinner. They provide excellent room service.Their check in and out time 12-00 noon. If your flight or train timings didn't matching with your hotel's checkout time you may keep your luggage at their separate luggage room and can rest at their big lounge with out any changes. Evening snacks are really excellent. If you are TV addict you may face some problem because the 2 two rooms we stayed found both the TV sets were malfunctioning. They have a good operational lift ( elevator) and they assist aged and wheelchair dependant guest for quite and safe movement. In my opinion it is a reasonably priced, centrally located hotel af Varanasi.

KP (10/5): - Good location all the required things of sightseeing are very near from here this hotel acted as a pin point to go anywhere in Varanasi Temple was vert near just on the opposite lane gali ghats were just few steps there market inside is also good along with morning vendors inside the hotel.

vipin kumar (2/5): Horrible, never go again - No Car is allowed on that road so you need to walk for 3 KMs before your reach the hotel. Rooms are very Dirty and are not same as of pictures. Reception staff is rude, not tech friendly so they will take 30 mins to confirm online booking They will overcharge you for any "damages" so you need to be careful as they have tricks for before and after scenario

Ram (2/5): - Even after confirming one day before that we will arrive in the evening please keep our room ready. On arrival our room were not ready. We have to wait for the room . Our room’s bed sheets & pillow cover were not changed. They were smelly and dirty. You can see hair on them. Our bathroom toilet was broke and water was leaking all over the floor. For two persons only one towel was provided. Even after requesting 2 to 3 times no towels was provided. No toiletries was provided. No bathroom tissues. Even after our request they ignored it.
K.S. (6/5): - i stayed for six days. They cleaned my room and changed linen only once that too after much pursuation. The room was very humid but they won't turn on the A/C. The place is near most places I wanted to visit. It provides the minimum convenience. Will accept my international credit card.
