• tarun (6/5): Room was good but all the ambience, location etc was poor - The rooms were nice, clean and have all the basic amenities that one need. But there was zero ventilation. Even where they has a scope for ventilation like exhaust fan in washroom they placed a mirror there. This could have been better. Location was not that good. The outside area is too crowded that one cant to any place without wasting an hour or more.
• Gagandeep (4/5): Not a value for money stay with family - Linda was super helpful and courteous, so as the rest of the staff. Room are large but not well maintained. Walls have damp, geysers won't work, washroom was like a kitchen that was converted to a washroom. If you order food, it will take 1.5 hours to be delivered to the room.
• Islam (5/5): Not comfortable & unsatisfactory - Room’s Condition was poor,Hotel authority charged extra 500 per day for extra mattress & 200 per day for room heater. Besides,they charged extra money for drinking water. As per booking it was mentioned that there will be 3 nos of Sofa bed but there was only wooden sofa in living room as I booked suits.Regards

• Madhu (1/5): Bad - Nothing Location, is not good. Lift is non-functional in 4 storeyed hotel. . Asked at 6 pm to keep the bill ready. It wasn't ready by next day 7 in the morning.. no body takes the responsibility to open the gate in the morning while leaving the hotel

Booking.com says can enter-exit 24X7 but that is not correct. Parking space is very very very less. It’s first come first basis. Only 4-5 cars can be parked, rest will have to park outside
