- Bertha (2/5): - This so called Residence does NOT PRIVIDE the basics like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap/gel! The lobby sofas are covered with old dirty cloths! They provide misleading information about everything! The jacuzzi costs 17 Euros per person for 45 mins!!! There is no refund on skies, boots and ski pass if you get injured, even after doing what they tell you to do, hours later they say you needed to get an insurance that they never mentioned before. They are not right in front of the bus stop, more like 7 mins going up and down a hill that with big suitcases, is tough! There are hundreds of better places all around Tignes 2100, 1500 and Val D Isere all with ski lifts and Gongola access, all much better than this crappie place!
- vera (8/5): - The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. Bring soap, condiments, toilet paper, tea and coffee as these are not supplied. We had a minor issue with the fuse in our apartment but the maintence man was so helpful and responsive, he fixed the problem in under 5 minutes from the time I spoke to him. Very hard working staff.
- Virginia (8/5): - Such a lovely hotel and the room was much bigger than expected - the balcony was also huge! Reception staff were always so happy to help and extremely friendly. Kitchen was brilliant in the room and we had the pool to ourselves three nights in a row. Would definitely go back. Only downside was the bath plug didn’t seal so would drain. Not a big issue.

- Francesca (10/5): Great Location, ski-in/ski out by Les Boisses - Great location and well equipped room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We dined at the restaurant - lovely food and staff, but the ambience was terrible! Brightly lit, refectory style tables that just seemed plonked in the room! Such a shame as the food was definitely worth going back to. On-site ski rental was really convenient and the staff were great. Only frustration was that as we were checking out mid week, and being collected at 3pm, both the ski rental shop and hotel reception were closed! We had to leave our skis etc in the luggage room of the hotel and hoped that our emails and voicemails were acted on. Still no reply, which is worrying!

- Xandra (8/5): Helt okej hotell med dåligt läge - Helt okej lägenhetshotell med Ski in/Ski out längst bort i systemet. Det tar en bra stund att ta sig bort till val d’Isere via backarna. Frukosten var usel. Service i receptionen helt okej. Man måste tydligen boka parkering i garaget innan ankomst, vissa dagar fanns inga parkeringsplatser. Hårda sängar, lite lyhört.
- Darren (4/5): Family ski vacation. - Nice hotel in a quiet location with great ski-in ski-out facility. We had an issue with bad drainage smell from both the shower and bathroom. This was to the extent that we couldn’t spend time in the room due to the smell. This was reported to reception on 3 occasions and not once was it addressed. Very disappointing

Le restaurant qui travaille avec l hôtel est très bon et l accueil top. Tout le personnel est aimable et serviable. Piscine tres bien. Attention. Il n y a pas d animations pour les adolescents contrairement à ce qui est annoncé... La connexion WiFi est très mauvaise.

- nicola (10/5): - It was a ski in, ski out property with everything you could want. We thought it was perfect for our family and the staff were exceedingly helpful and kind.

Spa nice but you have to be in before 4pm, really when your out skiing and then confronted by a naked man in the spa disgraceful reported to staff but poor english did not help the situation. Check in time again poor arrived at 3.30pm and did not get key till after 5. The worst thing about this hotel is the rooms, booked a 3 bedroom apartment that sleeps 8. 2 bathrooms and neither have a toilet in them, the only toilet was in the passage and it had not sink to wash your hands or an extractor fan this was totally unacceptable.. The rooms are very small and the sitting room area tiny with a settee that only sat 3 people. Very dark with poor lighting and the noise from the apartment upstairs was something else. Would not stay again and was very poor for what we paid

- Alla (8/5): Зимняя Сказка - Отличный отель! Особенно приятно, что можно выезжать на лыжах прямо из отеля и так же возвращаться, и никаких машин не нужно! Номера хорошие, уютные, есть всё необходимое. В холле отеля стоят бильярд и настольный футбол, за отдельную стоимость, правда, но всё равно неплохо. Также в отеле работает клуб для детей. По вечерам готовили блинчики и какао, детям нравилось;) Отдельно хочется сказать про ski room, место для хранения оборудования - оно замечательное. Достаточно большой шкафчик, есть места повесить ботинки, ещё и с подогревом. В целом нам всё понравилось, единственный достаточно существенный минус в Тине - не отлажена транспортная система. На весь район одно такси, бронировать его нужно заранее если хочешь куда-то уехать. Однажды вечером мы так не могли уехать около часа: «Все заняты. Я позвонила во все такси»- сказала нам девушка на ресепшене. Нам пришлось стоять на остановке и «вылавливать» с дороги машину: махать руками и всё в этом роде;) В остальном всё было в порядке, и мы чудесно провели наши каникулы в этом прекрасном месте!
- Cara (8/5): Would stay here again! - True ski in, ski out location with a gondola right outside the door. Only downside is you have to ski a blue (relatively easy for a blue) to get to the gondola when you come home. If you miss the gondola and ski it all the way back to the magic carpet, the 2nd half of the blue is much harder and very slick at the end of the day. Much happier on day 2 realizing this and only doing the top half and then grabbing the gondola the rest of the way. Room was very comfortable and quiet, only downside way that they only give you 1 roll of toilet paper to start with and you have to go to the Spar to get more. We only stayed 3 days snd came from the US so we didn’t need to bring a bunch of supplies and groceries, so that was pretty inconvenient. Tignes 1800 doesn’t have much as far as food or entertainment so we went to Tignes 2100 most nights, just a 15 minute drive away and parking readily available. The hotel restaurant was decent as well but a little pricey to do every night. Overall was a great stay!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing experience at a reasonable price - We had a fantastic family holiday. The apartment is nearly new, well equipped, has great mountain views full of snow. The little things like heated towel rail, heated floor made a difference. Till 4pm you can enjoy complementary spa: jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There is also a good indoor pool. The convenience of ski in ski out is a huge bonus as well as ski hire on site. ESF as within 5 min walk. The ski lift basically gives you access to 300km of ski routes, as the ski pass covers both Tignes and Val D’Isere. Great kids club and evening of complementary French crepes. The nearby supermarket SPAR has all you need to cook for a family - you can rent a fondue set from there. Tignes 1800 is great for families, but may be a bit quiet for those with no kids seeking evening bars and vibrant night life.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - L'établissement est certes neuf (ce qui aide un peu) mais les chambres étaient très propres tout comme les espaces communs. L’établissement est très bien situé, au calme et. J’en insonorisé. Le seul bémol est les Matelas, un peu dures. Le restaurant Le Tessa, situé au sein de la résidence propose des plats simples, mais copieux, et de délicieuses pizzas. L’espace thalasso est bien conçu et agréable, tout comme la piscine accessible à tous pour se détendre après une journée de ski ou de randonnée. La palme revient surtout à l’equipe D’accueil, d’animation, de ménage. Très agréable et souriante. Bravo! Le club enfants (inclus dans le prix de la loc) est vraiment top. Nous ne sommes habitués à voyager en résidence mais avons été agréable surpris par la qualité proposée durant ce séjour. Nous reviendrons!

Spa is fine but not free: should NOT be listed as "included" but "limited access". Reception staff are kind, with an exception at the Spa. In TV there are Russian-Arab.. channels but NO Italian channels (Tignes is 10Km from Italian border)

- Judith (10/5): - Brilliant Hotel and location. We read lots of reviews for the hotel beforehand. We could not fault anything. Parking was easy if you want the under cover option. Ski in ski out was ideal and all lockers seem to be heated! A great idea. We stayed in the superior 2 bed apartment with the 50sq mtr size. Ideal and very very spacious. Beds comity and apartment well planned out. We had lovely views of the slopes and had the sun on the balcony till 3pm (if you’re not skiing I’d course!) We ate once in the restaurant and didn’t massively enjoy it as it was a slow service and expensive. But did not reflect the rest of the hotel. Reception staff were amazing and the entertainment looked good for the younger families. We did not use the spa or swimming pool but that’s because we were skiing all day. Our one bit of advice would be to shop around on the ski equipment hire. Very very expensive from the hotel. A few complaints as also my boots were far too tight and I had to go back. They seem to only go on measurement not by your choice of size. This i understand, but I had a bad experience of trapped circulation which stopped me from skiing on the 2nd day. Incredible pain. We also size up by one or a half. A personal choice I know, but They don’t seem to like this idea. Lastly on a positive note the resort is so lovely. Very quiet yes, but lovely and peaceful.

Excellent boot/ski lockers to store and dry equipment overnight. Literally ski in/out. Great (but expensive) Spar supermarket a short walk away. Those are the pluses the minuses are: very quiet resort so virtually no nightlife, the apartment block is down a hill so leaving to catch very early morning transfer to Geneva involved dragging heavy suitcases up a slippy slope, apartment comes with no cleaning materials (no dishcloth/tea towel/washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets or personal toiletries such as soap etc) and toilet paper/bin liners are not replenished so you need to either take with you or buy from Spar. The bedding is very rough! Usually in Europe you get lovely smooth cotton sheets and duvet covers but here they are like sandpaper:-( Possibly because they are brand new and need to be washed a few hundred times. I suspect they are not 100% cotton. There is no maid service or towel exchange unless you pay extra. The restaurant within the building had typical mountain food options (neat&cheese) so being a vegan the choice was limited to s salad or a vegetarian pizza which is what I had without the cheese. It wasn’t very good and they charged me extra for some onion even though they saved on the cheese!Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend to others but suggest checking before you go what you might need to take.
- Jitka (10/5): Amazing new apartments ski in/out - Amazing new, large apartments (we stayed in superior - 40sqm; living room and separate bed room), opened in DEC 2018, wooden modern decor, fully equipped kitchen, big terrace overlooking ski slope. You basically ski "into your ski locker". Directly on the main slope. You will get exactly what you see on the pictures. WARNING about ADDRESS: be careful about the address if you book through Hotels.com at least - it shows you location Tiegne Breviere but the complex is actually in Tignes 1800!!!! Some tips: * We prefer to stay on higher floors but in this case also rooms in -1 floor have excellent views of slopes and have even larger terrace than rooms on higher floor * Staff very helpful * You can order bakery products (for a good price) in the reception and pick it up in the morning (great to have fresh croissants and baguettes for b-fast) * There is a restaurant on site providing b-fasts for quite good price (9,50EUR), also opened for lunch and dinner (dinner was quit pricey to my mind) - better restaurants with better deals are 10 min walk away (but good to have an option to eat at the property in case of bad weather) * Your apartment should be equipped with kitchen starter kit for free (washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, tea towel etc), if you miss it, ask for it in the reception (like we did) * Very comfy bed and linen * Wi-fi was very poor in our room (the only downside of the stay) * 1 roll of toipa per stay * No toiletries (shower gel, soap...)

- Yetkin (8/5): Good memories - Localization is perfect. Staff is very kindly and helpfull. Hotel equipments are new and clean. Ski room is perfect. Rooms could be a little hot.
- Pascal (10/5): Etablissement irréprochable - Etablissement neuf ,décoration très actuelle, personnel jeune et accueil très sympathique, pas grand chose à redire ,la qualité de service était au rendez-vous .

- guillaume (8/5): Bel établissement en pied de piste - 3 jours à la montagne en famille dans ce nouvel établissement très bien equipe en pied de piste avec tout le confort nécessaire. Personnel à l écoute et sympathique. Le seul bémol sont les heures d ouverture de la reception, notamment l après midi avec aucun personnel avan tu 16 h 30! Ma femme étant rentre du ski avant cette heure pour se reposer a vu sa carte de chambre désactive et à dû attendre l ouverture de la reception en habit de ski et son matériel pour profiter de sa chambre. Matelas du lit très très dur ! Pour le reste tout était parfait
- Patrick (10/5): Les plus belles vacances de ski ! - Super séjour d'une semaine. Tout est pensé pour passer de belles vacances en famille, même avec son chien ! Décoration aux matériaux nobles partout. Tout étant neuf, c'est très agréable ! La piscine et le spa pour se délasser... Les skis aux pieds avec ski set qui est en bas de la résidence pour gagner du temps pour aller skier, le plus l'achat du forfait à la réception ! Le spar à quelques pas pour "faire les courses" avec plaisir tellement c'est accueillant et bien fourni dans le petit village. Le Tessa restaurant qui ouvre tout juste aussi pour une pizza ou un repas savoyard au sein même de la résidence . L'eau de la piscine un peu froide et bruyante et le chauffage trop élevé sont les 2 points négatifs s'il faut en trouver... A recommander !
