• Sreenivasareddy (4/5): - Hospitality of the staff Room 5 was stingy, Bad smell was coming from Bath room of that row rooms . Owner knew it. But gave us the room. We didn't know whether any other room was vacant. Bcz we are busy roaming and coming to room only late night, we didn't bother . But it was very bad ,stingy smell .

• Lobo (3/5): One of the worst places I lived in till date. - The location was good to nearby places within police bazaar. Church up the road too. The rooms were very dirty, cushions, walls, bed, pillows were in a very dirty state. The TV wasn't working as they hadn't subscribed to a network provider. The toilet seats were broken and when mentioned they said they would send someone but never did. Bathroom window was just a hole in the wall covered by a curtain. Towels were dirty so we asked reception for new ones. The alley way smelled of food at most times. Drinking water wasn't from sealed bottles. The images on the website are very misleading. One of the worst places I have stayed in.

Staff behaviour is very bad .The TV is not working properly & mineral water is not available.The toilet equipment is missing.Please do not book here rather you will plan to stay at the pavement of the shillong road.

• Pandey (6/5): - We stay 2 days Rooms is good under this price but specially i want to highlight for washroom seat cover in broken I informed they said we will repair but nothing is happened. Also i just ask for 1 plates and 1 bowl they said its chargeable i was surprised how they said this. It is just a basic thing that we ask as a guest
• Stefan (5/5): We would not book again Shillong is a great place, there is something better - The lady at the reception was extremely unfriendly. I asked if I could use the restroom before checking in (it was urgent). The rude reply was that I would have to wait. No please, no thank you, not a friendly word at check-in. I also pointed out to her that she should treat us like guests. We also learned that we had to be home by 10:30 PM at the latest. The hotel door is usually always locked and you have to wait for someone to open it. There was only one towel in the room. When we asked for another, we didn't get another one and used our own. After the power fuse blew, we had to change rooms. When we checked out, we had to give all of our details again, which could have been planned long ago. The farewell was as unpleasant as the reception and I think the lady was glad to be rid of us. The colleague from the other shift was friendly. Nevertheless, we cannot recommend the hotel.

• CHERAN (1/5): Arrogant Owner - Staff behaviour was very rude. No electric kettle . Bed was overused and long before it should have been discarded. Absolutely no cushion. Water closet was not flushing properly. No glass for ventilators in the bathroom. Above all , morning 6 AM we couldn't go out for a coffee. All doors were locked and no one at the reception to open the door. The lady who was incharge of the homestay shouted at us for asking to open the lock, as they will open at their will. it was like a detention centre. If there was an emergency like fire , earthquake (day before yesterday there was really an earthquake in Myanmar) , how to escape? . This homestay is not all worth . It's not at all worth for even Rs 500/- . Please avoid this at any cost. Finally the incharge lady refused to issue a receipt for our payment. Showed all her arrogance, just for asking a GST bill for which I have paid. And this is despite my upcoming stay at the same homestay after 4 days after returning from Cherapunji. My god. The incharge lady didn't treat the guest with dignity.

When we visited the property the manager of the property told me that we are not taking bookings from online and we are operating just from 2 months. Previous owner is different.
