• Oleg (9/5): Vacanță, munte, pârtie 😀 - Locație bună nu departe de pârtie. Loc de parcare poate fi găsit în stradă în zona hotelului. După mine corespunde raport preț- calitate, dar totuși ar fi necesare unele investiții in numere. Sunt cam învechite.

• Zsolt (8/5): Very good value for money. - Breakfast was surprisingly good considering the simpleness of the hotel. There was a bit of a bad smell in the room, probably some sewage problem.

• Alexandros (10/5): I recommend this hotel. It was the best hotel i visited on this category on my third time in Bansko - Liked the dark wood atmosphere. Sauna and breakfast were a great addition to our stay. There was an indoor pool that looked great, but the water was foggy and didn’t feel clean enough to get in. WIFI was very slow near room 5. I had an important examination to attend and used my phone’s hotspot instead.

• Anton (8/5): - У готелі було тепло і опалення від батарей, а не від кодиціонеру. Розташування готелю у центрі, тож дістатися до ресторанів і магазинів не складає.зусиль. У нас було резервування з вечерею та сніданком, такі умови не завжди знайдеш за такою суромною ціною. Ми перебували у готелі одну ніч тож все сподобалось. Готель потребує оновлення мебелі та ремонту номерів. Але не критично.
• chris (8/5): - The description on booking.com suggested the apartment we booked had a pull out bed in 1 room like a studio apartment so we booked an additional double room whereas the apartment was 2 rooms with a small bed in the 2nd room that would have been OK.

Στο δωμάτιο έμπαινε κρύος αέρας από τα κουφώματα με αποτέλεσμα να κρυώνουμε επίσης το νερό το βράδυ τι μια ήταν ζεστό τι μια παγωμένο και όταν τους ενημερώσαμε και ανέβηκαν πάνω νευρίασα γιατί ήρθαν άνοιξα τη βρύση εκεινει τη στιγμή έτρεξε ζεστό νερό και έφυγε νευριασμένος .μονο ένα άτομο ήταν ευγενικός με το χαμόγελο πάντα όλοι η υπόλοιποι ήταν νευριασμενοι .

• EVANGELOS (3/5): - The location is perfect just it. Smelly room, filthy rug, awful mattress, rotten bathroom door and damaged entrance door hardly opens and closes, noisy ambient and very difficult area for parking.

• Стефан (1/5): Хигиена нула - една от стайте бе с развалена врата на банята, която не само бе изгнила от влага, но и с неработеща брава. най-общо казано, вратата не се затваряше. наложи се двудневно напомняне за да бъде отремонтирана вратата. Влага в банята и лоша миризма, огледало с дефекти и липса на отражение. Втората стоя, коят обе наета не бе хотелска стая, а апартаменат на собствениците. Това постовя под съмнение хигиенните условия в хотела, имайки предвид, че в стаята се намирах санитарни препарати, берлина, и други, чехли еднократин за хотела, сапуни и шампоани, посуда, прибори за хранене, прахумсмучакци и т.н. Вярвам, че това е достатъчно основание да постави под съмнение нормалността на хотела и да породи внимание от всеки един от вас при наставяване в хотела. Въпреки няколкото намеквания и въпроси за двете стай, единствения отговор от човек от персонала, не предсативл се по име беше- "Оплачете се- ваше право". Съветвам весик езин от лъдещите клиенти да внимават и призовавам ХЕИ и НАП да извърши проверка в хотела. ХИГИЕНА НУЛА.
• Ilian (10/5): - Great location, half a kilometer from the cabin lift and less to the main pedestrian street in Bansko. Staff is great, friendly and always helpful - the manager, the receptionist and especially the gentleman with the glasses in the restaurant. There is a big jacuzzi (6-7 x 1.5 metres), something like a small pool, that helps you relax after a day on the slopes. You can also use a sauna upon demand. Facilities are a bit worn out and outdated (e.g. the window joinery is not well insulated and allows cold air to enter, causing condensation), but that is expected based on the price and the stars of the hotel.

It has been a pleasure and if we can come again, we will. We loved the food - especially the chicken paste, we loved the spa, steam room, jacuzzi, and the rooms. When we left and then came back the room was spottles. We would also like to tell you that you are very lucky to have a waiter like this. He is thoughtful and extremely kind, he stood out. He is probably the kindest and calmest person I have ever met in my whole life. His name is George also known as Giorgi. He is the best waiter ever in the world. 6/5 stars

• Jeremy (8/5): Ticked all the boxes for a great value family ski break that was both comfortable and conveniently located - An excellent located hotel for a short walk to the gondola and bars. Invest in some decent mattresses along with black our curtains and covers for the food buffet to keep both warm and cool and there’s no reason why this hotel can’t get a higher star rating .

Food was tipical traditional and very tasty and plenty. The carpet was miserable. Furniture was old and bad. Wall paper was falling from the walls. Bad, cheap pillows. Lights not working properly.
• Lucia (6/5): Good for the price - Location, the spa was good I had to leave my passport in the reception in the meantime the check in was done! I don’t really like to leave it anywhere without my supervision. I said I was going to wait for the check in but the receptionist told me it was going to take time as she has many check in to do, and I saw all the people passport there.
• Michail (7/5): Good - Very clean apartment even though it is not the newest building you can find in Bansko. The cleaning service was amazing, cleaning the room and changing the towels every day. Excellent location, only some meters away from the gondola to the ski resort. The breakfast was decent, but some of the selections were not that fresh every day - understandable from a sustainability perspective, but worth to be mentioned. The steam sauna was not working for all 5 days we stayed.

Everyone was engaged, it is good value for money, but the best was concierge Ahmed - for us he was the strongest asset of this hotel - his engagement and proactive character is something else. • Miroslav (8/5): Great family - Great location. Very clean and spacious room. It was very warm. We used the fireplace for atmosphere. There was a bathtub. New year's dinner was superb! There was limited parking on the street as the hotel doesn't have parking, but there was a lawn nearby where we found free parking. Except for the new year's dinner, I think the food could be improved. They are renovating the SPA so it wasn't working. The water in the jacuzzi (which was very big, sort of like a pool) was cool (not hot) and it wasn't all that nice.

• Todor (7/5): Was definitely wirth taking into consideration the - Host was flexible, and ordered to start the breakfast earlier, so that we can get earlier at the gondola. Breakfast's diversity was at the standard for an buffet. Bed was not very comfortable.

• Christos (3/5): Poor - The room was too hot, so much so that it was not pleasant. In the bathroom where there was a bathtub, the tap was broken. Early in the afternoon there was no hot water for bathing. There were also opened shampoo and shower gel from the previous guests in the bathtub, abandoned, which shows that the room had not been cleaned adequately. The carpet had stains and looked dirty. The room wasn't for 245€/night. If I had given 50-70€/night maybe these things were acceptable.
