- Soriano (4/5): Muy caro para lo que ofrece - Casi nada, al menos la ubicación es buena, aunque no estuve muchos días como para aprovecharla. La gente en la cocina fue muy amable Las instalaciones son antiguas y están bastante deterioradas, la canilla de la ducha se rompió y el agua no desagotaba. El lugar está en renovación pero deberían avisar antes o cobrar de acuerdo al estado actual del lugar.

Service de bagagerie très pratique et sécurisé, nous avons séjourné 1 nuit, puis avons laissé nos valises 2 nuits car nous sommes allés visiter le Machu picchu pendant 3 jours. Petit déjeuner a emporter en cas d excursion Pas de fenêtre, beaucoup de moisissures, odeur humidité . Pas de chauffage, la chambre était très froide , nous avons dû demander un chauffage d'appoint. Pas d' insonorisation du tout, la chambre était au sous-sol, on entend marcher ++++

Obras no hotel dificultaram a quantidade de pessoas no local, poucos funcionários atendendo as instalações!

Perfecto para poder desconectarse pero sin alejarse de los lugares turisticos. Estuvo en remodelaciones al momento que estuve hospedado, con lo cual el ruido un poco incomodo si te quedabas en la tarde en el hotel y dejaban las luces de los pasillos prendidas.

Impide descansar, que es lo que uno va a hacer al hotel. Con otras habitaciones tuvimos mejor experiencia.

- Diana (6/5): - El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca a la plaza principal y en una zona muy tranquila. La entrada está en un callejón peatonal, lo que hace que no se sienta ruido de carros. La habitación es muy grande y al mismo tiempo muy fría y húmeda. Al ingresar se sentía el olor a humedad. Tiene calentadores ubicados en las paredes pero no funcionan, por lo que fue necesario que trajeran otros calentadores para mejorar un poco las condiciones de la habitación.

The surroundings were very quiet and it was perfect place to rest or take a nap. I requested check-in time ahead of time to be earlier if possible and I received an automatic reply from the hotel stating the check in time, so I inferred it was not possible. On the day of the arrival to the hotel, I had to wait until noon to get into the room, even the hotel specified that check in time was at 11:00 am! One other thing we did not like was that we requested the lunchbox option for earlier departures to be ready at 4am for the next day, but they just forgot to prepare our lunchboxes and we never had breakfast…

- Amador (2/5): Un Horror d'hotel - Un HORROR d'hotel. Molt malament en tots els aspectes. L'habitació estava en un soterrani i sense cap mena de ventilació ni cap mena de llum natural. Tot hi que era molt gran i espaiosa, però no compensa la resta. Tenia una reixa al sostre que donava a la recepció i per on entrava tota mena de soroll. Des de les converses dels clients fins l'arrossegament de les maletes. En un dels llits estava ple de puces. Vam haver de demanar varies vegades les tovalloles, el paper higiènic, etc...... Un mal son continuat.

Além de termos ficado em um - O basico, como conforto das camas e estruturas mais gerais, era de boa qualidade. Infelizmente tivemos situações muito chatas. A instalação que nos colocaram não era no prédio principal do hotel e em nenhum momento isso é mencionado no anúncio, um prédio mais longe e nada se parecia com um hotel. Depois fomos suar a hidromassagem que havia no quarto, problema com a saída de água quente e depois uma trágica situação, sujeira saindo da hidromassagem. No fim, quando voltamos pra dormir, não havia água no quarto.
- Beth (4/5): The basement room in this hotel is unhealthy to stay in. - The property manager (or possibly owner) refunded our money for the second night we had booked. The front office staff, upon arrival, put us in a basement room that had mould growing on the walls. In the morning, the manager/owner told us other rooms had been available, and that the basement should only be used for emergencies. The heaters didn't work, it was cold and the paint was peeling from the walls. The room was not a room that ANY guest should be put in. They provided another option that was a block away, and smelled like fresh paint with no decorations. Since this hotel is in a very touristy section of Cusco, it would seem the front desk employees should speak English, but the night staff did not.
- MM (1/5): Descaso, falta de compromisso com a reserva e péssimo atendimento - O atendimento ruim e a falta de respeito foi ão grande que não há como elogiar nada neste hotel. Fizemos a reserva com mais de 1 mês de antecedência. Chegamos em Cusco muito cansados, porém, animados para conhecer a cidade e aproveitar o pouco tempo que teríamos ali (ficamos somente 2 dias). Ao chegar no hotel, o quarto que havíamos reservado não estava disponível e nem quiseram disponibilizar outro. Num descaso inacreditável, nos conduziram para uma casa na rua de baixo, e nos ofereceram um quarto horrível por 50 dólares, alegando que no dia seguinte nosso quarto reservado estaria disponível. O quarto temporário oferecido era muito desconfortável, numa casa vazia, estranha e com banheiro com um chuveiro que não esquentava direito (um frio de 10°C). Parecia hotel vagabundo de beira de estrada. Éramos 3 hóspedes e nossa reserva era para um quarto triplo com 3 camas. Este quarto oferecido tinha apenas 2 camas. E não estavam disponíveis travesseiros, toalhas e cobertores suficientes. Solicitamos que trouxessem os travesseiros, toalhas e cobertores. Depois de 2 horas não trouxeram nada. Fui à recepção reclamar e, novamente, como se nada estivesse acontecendo, disseram que "logo já iriam levar". Foi o que faltava para que nós decidíssemos cancelar a reserva. O pior de tudo foi que tivemos que sair andando pelas ruas de Cusco, de malas, a 3.300m de altitude (com uma amiga passando mal pela altitude), no meio da noite, buscando um hotel decente, porque a reserva que fizemos não foi cumprida e nem respeitada. Um absurdo!!! Péssima experiência. E não teve 1 funcionário sequer com boa vontade para resolver nossa situação. E não tivemos nem um pedido de desculpas. Não recomendo. Fujam deste hotel!!!

- SONIA (1/5): Desastre de hotel - La ubicación El desayuno es escaso, solo hay café,te, cereales y fruta. Huevos solo si los pides y leche también hay q pedirlo y te dan con cuentagotas. No hay dulces. El hotel necesita mantenimiento. La puerta del baño está vieja y sucia, como se ve en las fotos. Te duchas y el agua se sale hacia la zona del lavabo. Varias ventanas de las escaleras a las habitaciones están rotas sin cristal y hay mucha corriente. Hay q bajar a desayunar con plumífero. Las ventanas de las habitaciones no están bien selladas y entra aire. Te limpian la habitación y no te ponen toallas, no tienen suficientes y están viejas. Hay que reclamarlas y te dan si es que hay. El recepcionista de noche es super borde y estúpido. Pedimos un box desayuno y nos pusieron un sándwich con 1 loncha de mortadela, de vergüenza, 1 mandarina y 1 paquete de galletas saladas. Estuvimos 4 noches y no nos cambiamos de hotel porque era no reembolsable. No volvería ni loca!!!!!

Estábamos en el primer piso y sentía mucha bulla del comedor, y recepción cuando llegaban los pasajeros, eso fue realmente incómodo, además entraba luz por una ventana interior.
- SONIA (1/5): Desastre de hotel - La ubicación Está muy dejado, hay varias ventanas rotas sin cristal por las que entra el aire. Las ventanas de las habitaciones están sin sellar y también entra el aire. El desayuno es escaso, tienes que estar pidiendo constantemente al personal leche, azúcar, etc....no hay nada dulce, solo fruta, cereales, pan y huevos si los pides pq no te los ofrecen. Hay que estar mendigando. Te hacen la habitación y no te ponen toallas hasta la tarde noche pq no tienen suficientes, tienen que esperar a que se sequen. El recepcionista de noche es muy estúpido. Volvimos de dar un paseo a las 20 horas de la tarde y no había nadie en recepción. Tocamos el timbre varias veces y no aparecía nadie. Estuvimos esperando 20 minutos a qué viniera alguien para darnos la llave de la habitación. Es un auténtico desastre de hotel.

- tenille13 (2/5): LOUDEST hotel rooms ever-literally no soundproofing - We were genuinely excited to stay here—the rooms are visually beautiful and the location is excellent—but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Our first room was located directly below reception, with a large open grate (about 3 feet wide) that essentially connected us to the space above. We could hear every guest checking in, luggage rolling across the floor, and conversations throughout the night. On top of that, the room’s windows faced the breakfast courtyard, which is brightly lit with fluorescent lighting and has no curtains. It felt like trying to sleep with the lights on. Although staff agreed to turn the lights off around 10:30 PM, they came back on at 5:15 AM—followed immediately by loud breakfast prep noise then guests eating starting at 6am. Needless to say, none of us slept, including our exhausted 8-year-old. When we asked to move rooms, we were told a quieter option was available on the third floor—for an additional $40 USD per night. After such a poor experience, that felt unreasonable but needed sleep. we were moved to another room - that in fact was not the room promised..that, while it at least had curtains, was even worse for noise. The room had wall-to-wall windows with old wooden sliders that offered zero soundproofing. One side faced the breakfast courtyard (again starting at 5:15 AM), and the other overlooked a restaurant and bar courtyard where loud music played until 11:30 PM. A couple other things to note is the heaters did not work in either room and it was quite chilly. We had 3 beds as it was 2 grandmas, myself, husband and child. They gave 1 extra blanket and when we asked for more they brought 1 more. Also we each got 1 sad little pillow (one bed had 2) and the beds were so hard. There were 2 towels, even though they knew there were 5 people. We travel frequently and have stayed in a wide range of hotels, but this was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had. The constant noise, lack of basic soundproofing, and poor handling of our concerns left us completely exhausted. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel if you’re hoping for a restful stay.

- Mayara (5/5): Ok, nada demais. - O café da manhã é super básico e sem variações. Bastante ok. A cama e o chuveiro são ótimos. O quarto tinha uma "janela" que era mais um vidro para o patio central, bastante barulhento e que impedia de ter as cortinas abertas. A iluminação era pouca.

- Emma (6/5): Good location but bad breakfast - Good location in the centre of Cusco. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The showers were hot. Staff on the desk were friendly and they stored our luggage while we hiked the Salkantay trek. Breakfast was not great, no hot food options. We also agreed to have a boxed breakfast ready for when we left early to catch a flight, but the message was not passed on to the night staff so there wasn't one for us when we left. The walls between the rooms were very thin, so we could hear the full conversation of the people in the room next to us when they decided to talk at full volume at 1:00am.

En el desayuno no ponían los jugos en la mesa, y la porción de huevos revueltos era muy poca.

O box do banheiro molha bastante pra fora, além do chuveiro demorar para aquecer. O sistema de vaso sanitário, pia e chuveiro separados, mas sem separação das camas não é muito agradável quando se está em 3 pessoas no quarto.

- Julia Cathleen (10/5): Wonderful, easy stay in well-located hotel - The hotel is centrally located at the beginning of the Historic Center, with amenities nearby and a general safe feel to the neighborhood, plus it is right behind Qorikancha, which makes it extremely easy to visit it. What made my stay great, however, is the very lovely staff, they were kind and warm, and extremely helpful when I fell ill to altitude sickness for a couple of days. As a solo traveller, they took excellent care of me by coordinating with doctors to come and visit me, and generally the staff was available to help at all times. I highly recommend this hotel for all travellers. It also offers a restaurant and spa service and there is a pretty indoor courtyard where one can have breakfast in the morning. Breakfast options were limited, but I believe you can also order specifically from the restaurant.

- Jean Pierre (10/5): Idéal pour découvrir le centre ville historique de Cuzco - J’ai particulièrement aimé que l’hôtel réponde très rapidement à quelques très légers désagréments que nous avons eu à notre arrivée. Nous avons été relogés pour les 2 dernières nuitées à notre avantage, c’est particulièrement appréciable ! Le petit déjeuner est bon, la literie très confortable. La salle de bain a une fenêtre qui ouvre sur l’extérieur, ce qui est rare dans une chambre au Pérou où on va trouver beaucoup de puits de lumière et peu de vraies ouvertures extérieures. Les différentes personnes rencontrées à l’accueil la nuit comme le jour ont été particulièrement serviables et aimables. L’hôtel est très calme, nous n’avons pas testé les services spa et autres. Et nous sommes à 10 m du temple du soleil …. Il n’y a que 2 murs et une ruelle piétonne Je pense que l’hôtel peut améliorer son service au petit déjeuner sur les points suivants : disponibilité des sucriers sur chaque table, disponibilité et réapprovisionnement des différents plats servis sur le buffet en anticipation des besoins et des consommations.
