• Patrick (1/5): Schimmel, Enttäuschung, Ärger - Nie Wieder! - Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Da wir wegen Schimmel im Bad und Schlafzimmer nach 2h gegangen sind kann ich nicht mehr bewerten Das Bad der "Suite" ist winzig (das Bild in der Anzeige ist aus einer anderen Wohnung im Haus) und mit Schimmel an der Decke und in der Dusche. Im Schlafzimmer war ebenfalls Schimmel an der Decke. Für den Vermieter ein Zustand, der für eine Familie mit 1 jährigem Kleinkind zumutbar ist und kein Grund von sich aus auch nur einen Cent zu erstatten. Der Zugang zur "Suite" verläuft durch die Wohnräume des Vermieters und über eine sehr, sehr enge Treppe. Wir haben vierstellig Lehrgeld gezahlt und 2 Urlaubstage für die Suche nach einer sauberen Ersatzunterkunft verloren. Hoffentlich kann die Bewertung weitere Urlauber vor einer bösen Überraschung bewahren.

• Eric (10/5): Urlaub wie man es sich vorstellen. Kein Stress - top Lage - nette Vermieter. - Alles… kann man nur empfehlen. Super ruhige Lage, parken ohne Stress, Nette Vermieter, Sauber, Meerblick und angenehm kühl durch das Meer. Is zwar meckern auf hohen Niveau. Aber ein Toaster und Wäscheständer wären noch super gewesen. Der Rest war so wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen.
• Anett (9/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer mega großen Dachterrasse. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Schmaler Treppenaufgang, mit Koffern etwas schwierig, aber alles machbar.

• Guest (2/5): Nicht schön - Bilder treffen nicht zu. Zimmer auf Dach, wurde als Suit angeboten. Nicht der Fall. Man muss dir die privaten Räume des Hausherren gehen um in dieses Zimmer zu kommen. Ausstattung nicht ok. Nichts zum Kochen nichts zum spülen, keine Waschmaschine, für 3 Personen zu eng. Der Pool war nicht sauber, extrem klein und der Roboter war im Pool. Rundherum kein Platz zum privaten liegen und der Hausherr wohnt genau da, immer im Sichtfenster. Man fühlt sich beobachtet und hat keinerlei Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. 13 15 Anreise und 16 30 Uhr Abreise.

• Leonard (5/5): Average but pool not ready as per description - The location was good, free parking nearby. There was a decent terraced view. The property was clean We specifically booked this as it had 'swimming pool' in the description. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told by the host that the pool was not ready, he was cleaning it and had to do some safety PH checks. This was the case for the entire duration. The host then told us the pool was ready on the final evening but the pool still had a machine inside so we deemed it unsafe to enter as this has a current/voltage. We are really disappointed we could not use the pool especially as it was stated in the description it would be ready to use immediately.

• Lorraine (10/5): It was light airy & the exceptional wrap around terrace was a lovely private space to relax . - The large private terrace was lovely. There was a fridge, microwave, coffee machine & kettle , perfect for making a continental breakfast. We had use of the pool which was very clean & had two comfy sunbeds to use. The owners of the property were friendly & helpful. It was extremely clean . The hairdryer was not powerful or hot enough. There was only one sunbed on the terrace & it was slightly worn.

• Louise (7/5): Peaceful and comfortable stay. - The space consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and separate large living / dining space, was big and light, with great views from the large terrace, and it was quiet. The hosts were super helpful and friendly. There were basic facilities, microwave, fridge and coffee machine and a few welcome items were left for us, jams, biscuits, juice, milk. Lack of planning on our part meant that we needed transport to Cagliari, so our english speaking host helped us set up with the bus app, with a bus stop just minutes away from the apartment we had an enjoyable 40min bus ride to the centre of Cagliari. We should have investigated the area a little more, as there were no decent restaurants within walking distance, and as the room was not a full functioning apartment, cooking there was not easy.
• Mcculloch (8/5): Quiet location close to the beach - friendly hosts. - Away from the hustle and bustle of Cagliari. Quiet location and friendly hosts. The set up is more like a bed and breakfast (though this property didn't provide a breakfast option). The room had two access points (external door and internal door to the rest of the house). We couldn't completely secure our room due to the way the doors locked, so that wasn't ideal.

No breakfast was available but able to make coffee and tea and small fridge was in the room. Many nice places along. the beach front close to Art House to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very much enjoyed our stay and hospitality.

• Cornel (9/5): Great host, clean, big, everything you need - The apartment was exactly as described. Around 60sqm with bedroom, living room, fridge, aircon, big terrasse, etc... I also read the reviews before booking the property. I saw a few bad reviews and I would like to address that. 1. Some say there is nothing around and difficult to find a restaurant. Well, before booking you need to make a bit research if you like the location, instead of complaining after. From my point of view, with the bus, you make 10 minutes to Marinella restaurant which is very nice, great food and excellent staff. you make 30 minutes by bus to center of Cagliary, as well as in the other side, to visit other beaches. 2. Some say the room was not private enough, expensive for what it was provided and that, with that money you can have a 4 star hotel. I wander which 4 star hotel will give you with the same money an almost 60sqm apartment with bedroom, living room with fridge, couch, big table, glasses, dishes all you need, a big terrace with another 2 person table and private sun beds? 2. Some say the host is a bit intrusive. I would ask the ones that made this comment how it is at a 4 star hotel where is full of people everywhere, from staff and the rest of 2-300 guests. Where is the privacy there? The hosts were exactly as it needs to be, always ready to help. They even organized for us a trip to Villasimius which is also a nice place to visit. I really can say, if you like a private place, not crowded with big space just for yourself, this is the place to be. If you have a rental, the location is the best, as you can move around easer. For us, we traveled by bus, from this point of view it's a bit remote, but even so, there are busses every half hour (PF Bus), that can take you from the property to center of Cagliari in around 30 minutes.
