THE RESTAURANT IS ISOLATED FROM THE HOSTESS AND NO MEANS OF COMMUNICATION EXCEPT YOU GET UP TO CALL THEIR ATTENTION!!

The breakfast left a lot to be desired and you didn’t have much choices. The remote control for the TV did not work and after reporting to reception, no Update was given for 2 whole days.

There's no proper restaurant, bar or outdoor sitting area. I have stayed there on three occasions urging them for an ash tray in the parking lot but no luck. With the amount of rooms, there has to be a better ambience. Charging for room service is excessive and wrong. Yo have to provide kettles and tea ingredients for deluxe rooms and above. The breakfast is poor, lacks varieties, no fruits, cramped room etc.

Some of the bar and restaurant staff appear as if they are in a forced labour. They hang up the phone before you complete your request. They carry sore faces with attitude. The parking arrangement is outrageous. There is breakfast attached to a vintage room worth #45K per night. The breakfast is poor, miserable, and unappetising.

The room I was given was not what I paid for. The booking said the hotel had a swimming pool and gym but there was no swimming pool and the gym is located in an annex (about 3 minutes walk across the road). The gym was sparsely equipped as it had only treadmills, no dumbbells, benchpress and other equipment expected in an average gym
