- Vanderleia (10/5): Muito aconchegante e bem localizado - O hotel Concorde é um hotel antigo e bem tradicional da cidade de Bariloche, fica numa localização perfeita, próximo de tudo, praticamente dentro do centro cívico, ao lado da Rua Mitre, com vista para o lago. Equipe muito atenciosa, camas super confortáveis, café da manhã muito gostoso e sempre muito bem organizado pelo Sr José, uma pessoa que transmite uma alegria em cada Buenos Dias… recomendo e voltaria com certeza
- JULIO (8/5): Ótima localização - É um hotel com uma estrutura mais antiga, mas sinceramente isso não me incomodou frente a outros pontos como: cama boa, calefação (tanto no quarto quanto dentro do hotel tudo muito quentinho), chuveiro e o principal: localização. Para mim esse o grande diferencial. Pertinho do centro cívico, da rua Mitre. Peguei Uber apenas para ir aos cerros. Ah não espere um café da manhã variado como o brasileiro. O café é simples mas atende. Se vc ficar muitos dias enjoa um pouco, mas nada que desabone.

A cama de casal é grande, e a roupa de cama/toalhas branquinhas e muito confortáveis!única sugestão que tenho é melhorar o chuveiro, não tem volume bom de água e era muito difícil acertar a temperatura, ou ficava muito quente ou gelada.

- Sabrina (4/5): - To begin, I emailed twice before my stay to request advice about my visit and never received a response. This lack of communication set a poor tone for what was to follow. Upon arrival, I noticed that an additional $4 was charged to our room. While this may seem minor, it caused confusion as it differed from the amount quoted on Expedia. When I asked the front desk receptionist, Lucas, for clarification, I was told, “It was the conversion rate of the day.” This explanation was vague, and I felt dismissed when he brushed me off. After a long morning of travel, I asked for a cup of coffee while breakfast was still being served and was surprised by Lucas’s response. He informed me that breakfast was not included in my booking during this morning, and when I offered to pay for coffee, he was still uncooperative and rude. This interaction felt unnecessarily unwelcoming. The following morning, I spoke with another receptionist, Ceser, regarding the Wi-Fi password. I was shocked when he abruptly replied, “No English!” and waved me away. Luckily, there was a person also waiting at the desk who was able to translate that I needed the password for WiFi. Ceser threw the paper at me with the code on it. At checkout, I discovered an unexplained charge on my room for tostados, which I did not order or receive. When I asked and attempted to show a photo and translate, Ceser again responded rudely and insisted, “Me no speak English!” Jose, you were wonderful!! Thank you for your kindness.

- Derrick (6/5): - Overall room is as expected. Old facility kept clean. Room was hot. No air circulation. Asked staff at hotel what the rate was if I extended one extra night. He checked and said it would be the same rate. The next morning when I went to pay for the extra night the same guy changed the price to a higher one. I checked out right after breakfast because I didn’t want to support a dishonest business.
- Sara (10/5): - Great location, staff, breakfast and the view from the breakfast area. Very convenient to walk to main attractions and restaurants. During our stay the toilet flush valve stuck and after reporting it, they come right away to fix it.

Friendly and good cleaners but the room needed updating and the heating pipes buried in the floor and walls of the bathroom meant the room was constantly over heated. - Verified traveler (6/5): - A localização é boa pela facilidade de sair andando e já estar na parte principal do centro, porém a rua é muito barulhenta e o hotel tem um alerta sonoro cada vez que alguém entra na garagem, o barulho é um pouco chato e o quarto que ficamos não tinha um bom isolamento acústico. Staff bem simpático. café da manhã não é dos melhores, pão seco e pouca variedade, mas a vista para o lago é linda. Elevador velho e as portas batendo fazem muito barulho. É um pouco caro pela quantidade que oferece.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Good location but otherwise disappointing - Location was good, just on the edge of town and convenient for bus stop(s). Great view from breakfast. Although the price was reasonable the facilities were sub-par and there are some simple changes that could vastly improve the experience. Some reception service was poor - when we checked into our room there was a leak from the toilet - loud dripping and water all over the bathroom floor from this. The hotel is large and there are plenty of rooms so we expected to be switched without too much hassle, however when we raised the problem the reception staff had a look and said he would get some tools to "fix it". When we suggested if we could just be moved (since we'd had a long day) it was greeted with a reaction like we were being unreasonable and causing a fuss/problem. We did end up being moved but the reluctant/unfriendly attitude remained for the stay. That said, the cleaning and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. Generally the rooms were a bit out dated and need some up keep (e.g., the bathrooms and key fob/door locks were really unreliable).

Fechei passeios e transfers diretamente na recepção do hotel. Limpeza impecável, ofereceram berço para minha filha de 03 anos, com roupa de cama cheirosa e sempre arrumada. O hotel é antigo, precisa de algumas reformas. Não há isolamento acústico, barulho de portas batendo incomodam. O que mais deixa a desejar é o café da manhã, poucas opções e sempre os mesmos itens. Comemos só por 03 dias, depois preocuramos tomar café em cafeterias da redondeza, pois não conseguíamos mais comer as mesmas coisas.

Our room keys were deactivated everytime we left the room so every time we needed room entry we had to go back down to the front desk and get the keys reactivated. Breakfast was pretty basic. Overall, the hotel did the job. We didn’t have a nice view and it was a little dated but the location was great. It was a really good price so you get what you pay for.

El personal del restaurante super amable y platicador. El chico de la recepción también fue muy amable. El lugar está súper céntrico. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero las camas y las almohadas son muy comodas. La única queja es el papel de baño que es muy delgado y áspero pero creo que es así en toda Argentina. Nos encantó.

- William (8/5): Thumbs Up! - Hotel Concorde Bariloche is an aging hotel that begs for modernization. The room fee would be half in the US for its condition. The staff was friendly and efficient and the rooms were kept quite clean. No air conditioning, however, just an open window with no screen or security. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from civic square and 'chocolate alley', and hotel customer parking is excellent. Alas, the city, like the hotel, has lost the tourism hospitality that I observed when visiting 28 years ago.

- Anel (6/5): Bariloche-stay - The hotel location is good. The lobby and breakfast area is very nice. The rooms are outdated. There is no coffee maker, hot water pot available. The views from the rooms are spectacular. We left the windows open all the time due to the room being hot. There is noise from the outside. The bed was comfortable.

- Joe (6/5): Average Hotel - I stayed at the hotel Tirol the previous 2 nights. After I went to this hotel 2 doors down, I wish I could have stayed the next 2 nights at the Tirol. Besides having a problem with the hotel safe, which the staff managed to help me with, this Hotel just gave me a bad vibe. The WiFi was unusable in my room. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. It had a strange room layout, and walls are paper-thin. The view outside my window was nice, though.
