Bonacchi (3/5): No lo recomiendo para nada - La cama Este lugar es una estafa para lo que ofrece. La única ventilación es la puerta que da a la terrasita, así que si la cierras, te ahogas. No tiene aire acondicionado, y ni siquiera te dan un ventilador, aunque lo pidas, para tener algo de aire. Tiene lavarropa, pero no es lavasecarooa, y tampoco hay un tender. La tele tiene un sistema tan viejo que no puedes transmitir desde el teléfono. Desde el primer día avisé que no funcionaba la luz de la terrasita, y se hicieron los sordos. No pude disfrutar de la terrasita ni una sola noche porque no se veía nada. Tuve que yo mismo arreglar el baño porque tiraba poca agua; el flotador del inodoro está mal puesto. Para colmo, tuve que gestionar la entrada con una persona, pero al llegar se pasó a otra. Se nota que no hay comunicación entre ellos, porque me preguntaron cosas que ya había hablado con la primera persona.

Me cobrarin mas de lo que decia mi reserva y aolo en efectivo avisandome solo 3 horas antes de llegar al lugar, el cable era directv y duro solo 2 dias y se desconecto, la helader es super pequeña. Lo reserve a 592.126 y cuando me avisaron me cobraron 615.000 SOLO EN EFECTIVO, cuando la reserva en bookin esta hasta mas economica de lo que me cobraron

Gutierrez (8/5): - Monoambiente con buena ubicación, tiene balcón, una cocina cómoda, buena vajilla, presenta heladera pequeña y funcional, habitación bien iluminada y baño cómodo, buen servicio de agua potable. El internet se corta casi siempre, poseer Directv que se debe solicitar al dueño, la tv no es Smartv para el uso de otras app, la puerta se encuentra gastada que da sensación de inseguridad, no tiene aire acondicionado y/o ventilador para los días calurosos.

SRL (7/5): No sé si volvería - Estaba todo limpio . La cocina estaba completa. La cama de dos plazas era cómoda. El portón de la cochera no funcionaba correctamente. El baño no tenía toallero. El extractor del baño no funcionaba . El sofá es incómodo para dormir. Frente al hotel se alojan estudiantes y el ruido es molesto, gritos, peleas. Nos dieron una clave de exceso equivocada. No nos dejaron sábanas extras, éramos tres, solo había para dos. Tuvimos que solicitar el control del portón xq no lo habían dejado.

Moacir Balestrini Filho (7/5): Básico bom, mas se precisar de algo além, vai deixar a desejar. - Leia todos os comentários aqui do booking, dando destaque para qual quarto as pessoas se hospedaram pois cada quarto tem particularidades específicas. O quarto que eu fiquei era bom, limpeza geral ok e localização muito boa. A pessoa que me atendeu no whatsapp fazia o básico bem. No check-in respondia as mensagens no horário combinado. Check-out é bem explicado e tranquilo de se fazer - bem automatizado. Utensílios, lixeiras e eletrodomésticos precisando de revisão. Alguns quebrados, outros sujos ou com alguma peça fora do lugar. O vizinho de cima do quarto que estávamos tem uma criança que fica até tarde da noite correndo e batendo muito forte no chão. É um incomodo e eu já tinha visto um comentário aqui no booking sobre isso. Achei que eu daria a sorte de ser um hóspede que iria embora na minha estadia, mas pelo jeito é um morador. Eram quase 00:00 e a bendita ficava fazendo barulho. Da para perceber que essas acomodações é um serviço criado por alguém que se dedicou a criar algo bom, lucrativo e que desse pouco esforço para gerenciar, mas na minha opinião precisa de uma revisão pois a qualidade está caindo. O check-in era pra ser simples, mas você recebe várias mensagens automáticas, cada uma com um telefone distinto e para cada telefone que você envia mensagem recebe um retorno diferente e as vezes até com outros contatos distintos. Enfim, o contato para o check-in que vale é o que eles fazem bem próximo à estadia (então pra que mensagens automáticas pedindo um contato???). Da pra ver que era um jeito, foi sendo modificado e o conteúdo das mensagens automáticas precisam de atualização. Se precisar de qualquer coisa além por parte de quem te atende, muito provavelmente não vai conseguir. Por exemplo, esquecemos 2 itens na acomodação e como eu ficaria mais uma semana em bariloche pedi para quem estava me atentendo que visse por gentileza para nós. Ele disse que ia ver mas nunca mais deu retorno. Um dia que estava perto da acomodação voltei a mandar mensagem, mas só respondeu que não tinha novidades. Enfim, é uma prática comum de hotéis reaver objetos esquecidos após mandar mensagem e bem simples de resolver... mas como expliquei, eles estão só no básico e sequer se preocuparam comigo. Não achei que valia a dor de cabeça e deixei quieto. Enfim, eu recomendo a estadia para quem estiver atento com tudo que coloquei - dessa forma você vai preparado.
