- Noa (1/5): ברחתי משם - החדר היה גדול המלון ממש לא נראה כמו בתמונות, הוא ישן מאוד כאן בבוקינג כתוב שיש שאטלים לתחנת רכבת עד 18:30 הגענו ב17:00 לאזור השאטלים ואנחנו מחכים שם במשך שעה כשאנחנו רואים את כל האוטובוסים של המלנות האחרים מגיעים אחד אחרי השני ושלנו לא שלחתי הודעות דרך בוקינג ואין מענה שלחתי מייל ואין מענה בסוף הצלחתי להתקשר למלון והם אמרו שהשאטלים עד 15:00!! כי זה לא העונה, משפט שחזר שוב ושוב בשהיה שלנו ״זה לא העונה״ , לפי מה שאני יודעת אפריל ביפן זה שיא העונה אבל בסדר. כל המלונות האחרים היו שאטלים עד 18:00 חוץ מהמלון הזה אולצנו לקחת מונית למלון החדר מלוכלך יש אבנית על הכיורים ובמקלחת כל הסיליקון עובש לא היה שום דבר לעשות במלון הרגשנו תקועים שם הצוות לא היה אינפורמטיבי ורק חזרו שוב ושוב שזה לא העונה ופשוט רצינו רק ללכת מהריח של השטיחים והלכלוך לא יכולתי אפילו לעשות אמבטיה הכל היה לא ברור וממש לא כמו בתמונות היה ככ הרבה תמונות של אגם יפה אבל לא היה ספסל בשמש לשבת חתכנו משם לילה לפני שהינו צריכים פשוט הרגשנו שהאווירה ממש לא טובה והיינו תקועים שם בגלל שהמלון הזה לא מספק הסעות לרכבת בניגוד למלונות אחרים בקיצור אכזבה ובזבוז כסף

- Damien & Kwang (10/5): - Amazing hotel, from arrival staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities and room are very clean and inviting. There is a well appointed bar which opens at 8pm, a mix of local and international whiskey. The onsite onsen is beautiful, ans extremely clean. We look forward to staying again Coffee at breakfast was a little so-so, I expected a little better quality.

Beautiful secluded location, very good room and also onsen plus a good breakfast. The shuutle bus timetable should be visible in Karuizawa and at the hotel. There is limited opportunity to walk outside of the compund without taking a car.

The restaurant's French dinner is excellent. A perfectly luxurious place where we completely relaxed, ate very delicious French meals and enjoyed Karuizawa!
- Jennifer (8/5): Nice room and delicious dinner - Onsen baths were nice. Hotel room was much bigger than most hotel rooms in Japan. Staffs were helpful during check-in process. Welcoming drinks like Champagne, hot chocolate, coffee were provided during check in at the lounge area. The best part was dinner. Food was delicious and the waiter who served us was amazing. He was friendly, accommodative and spoke English well. Property too spread out. We drove down to the outdoor onsen and upon arrival it was closed for maintenance. That was a bummer! Also the air conditioner in the room was not working properly, got overly hot and stuffy. We couldn’t turn the temperature down. That was really uncomfortable, we need to open the backdoors for some fresh air

- Leonard (9/5): A wonderful, relaxing four days in a beautiful room with stunning views. - The hotel is situated 7 or so kilometres out of the lovely town of Karuizawa. We used to hotel shuttle bus every day to get into the town. So easy! We had glorious views of the mountains from our spacious room - a delight to come back to after bushwalking. We liked the breakfast which is served in a lovely dining room. Plenty of choices for a range of different tastes. We also appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, the meticulous servicing of the room ample bottled water replaced every day. There’s some nice walking in the vicinity of the hotel. It’s a quiet, peaceful place to stay. We ate at the restaurant twice and it was a bit difficult for me not being a meat eater. However, the kitchen tried very hard to accommodate this. It is a bit restrictive when there is a set menu. A la carte would have been much easier to negotiate. But it was evident that a lot of care and skill went into to preparing the four course meals. Also, there are plenty of restaurants in the town if you have a car.

- Yoko (9/5): 今回２度目のルグラン軽井沢宿泊、ゆっくり楽しめました！また行きます。 - 浅間山が正面に見える、大きな窓のお部屋とジャグジー付きのお風呂がとても快適でした。 山の上ラウンジでの景色を楽しみながら、ドリンクがと焼きマシュマロ体験、朝のコーヒータイムも、本館ラウンジでのコーヒーも、こうゆう時間のおかげで優雅に過ごせたと思います。ありがとうございました。 チェックイン時に時間がかかるなら、その旨とウェルカムドリンクなどがあれば、待ち時間も気にならないかと。 言いにくいでしょうが、朝食にパジャマ、スリッパで来ていた外国人には注意して欲しかったです。
- Zoe (10/5): Beautiful high quality resort - The room was very big and had good quality amenities (pyjamas, robes, slippers, tea and coffee, bedside plug sockets, plenty of wardrobe storage and drawers). The bed was large and comfortable and the heater worked well which was useful for the evenings. The bathroom was also large, modern and clean, with plenty of towels and good quality products. The best thing about staying at this hotel was the onsen which I used every day. It was really well maintained and never too busy. The changing room, showering facilities, and both indoor and outdoor baths were very good. It's great that it's free for hotel guests and open until 10pm. The views from the resort were also amazing and you have clear views of Mount Asama, especially from the terrace bar at the top of the hill. We visited in early November and enjoyed all the different colours of the maple trees and other autumn foliage. Nothing, we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Karuizawa.

- HIROMI (5/5): 大事な結婚式は素晴らしかったです。だからこそホテルの対応も期待してしまったのかもしれません。 - ロケーションは最高です。素晴らしいです。 スタッフです。部屋まで案内してもらい、説明が違い混乱しました。軽井沢までのバスの時刻、翌朝の朝食開始時間説明と異なり戸惑いました。シーズンや日により違うのならば事前に把握して教えてください。またロビーの若い女性も本当に横柄な感じでサービスされている気持ちになれませんでした。お客として甘えていてはいけないと自分を反省しました。お金出しているのだから普段から離れて楽しもうと思うことに、心地よいサービスを期待してはいけないと反省しました。

- ゆう子 (9/5): とても癒されました - 景色の素晴らしさ。お庭の手入れの行き届いていること。建物の雰囲気。調度品にセンスが有ること。スタッフがみなさん親切。 水廻りの設計が不便で使いにくいこと。洗面所にタオル掛けが全く無かったり、今どき古くさいカランであったり。

- Felix (9/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit beeindruckender Aussicht - Wunderschöne Aussicht, top Frühstück und Abendessen. Teilweise Kommunikation auf Englisch herausfordernd, das Personal war aber immer sehr bemüht und man hat z.B. mit Übersetzungsapps Lösungen gefunden.

- MarionBee (10/5): Excellent séjour. - La taille de la chambre, l'amabilité et serviabilité du personnel, la magnifique vue de la terrasse. Un des meilleurs restaurants français jamais testé. Le personnel parle peu ou pas anglais. Pas grave, c'est ai visiteur de s'adapter au pays visité. Mais pour un 5 étoiles dans une ville dite internationale cela reste étonnant.

- Toshiharu (8/5): 妻が帰りたくないというほど良かったです。 - レストランでの食事が全て美味しく、ホールスタッフ様の対応が非常に丁寧でした。 お名前は聞き洩らしてしまいましたが、新潟ご出身とのことでした。 とにかくロケーションが最高です！！ 本館浴室の水道から、かなりの塩素臭がしています。（朝は特に酷いです。） 山の上テラスにいらっしゃったスタッフの方が非常に不愛想でした。 カウンター内にて作業をしていらっしゃいましたが、ロビーからお見掛けして挨拶しても無反応でした。 全体的にレストランスタッフと比べて、ホテルスタッフの対応が少し悪い感じがしました。

- Toru (10/5): 優雅にリラックスできる素敵なホテル - 山のテラスから臨む景色が最高！ 温泉がいい。サウナも高温でいい。水風呂がもう少し温度が低くてもいい気がする。山のテラスでのフリーフロー、プールバー、眺めもよく落ち着けます。床暖もありほっこり落ち着けます。 室温の調整が難しく少し寒かった。
