- Ingrida (10/5): Overall 10/10 - The place was spacious and very clean and had everything we needed, really nicely decorated too, the beds were comfortable, we've even got some sweet trees for us as well as our doggo. Gate and keys lockbox codes and instructions were clear and provided in advance, our apartment was ready for us to check in about an hour earlier at no extra charge which was great as it was a hot day. Parking permits and all info about parking were provided too. The bedroom floor lamp had a broken off shade so would be good to replace it. Parking on the steep slope can be tricky, we almost crashed into another car on the first day

Looks ok on the surface then you gradually notice how dusty it is.
I think you need to be doing inspections to check cleaning as your cleaner is not doing the job.

I couldn't get any and the road was very narrow so reversing out i damaged my car because there was no parking and a big vehicle taking up the bay by where my apartment was

Most of the the time I took my viechle out. Can be very stressful especially if you don't live in a area like that and you ain't used to it.

- Hannah (7/5): Fantastic location. - The location was fantastic. The parking wasn’t plentiful but they provided daily passes which was helpful. Everything was within a close walking distance. The bed was very uncomfortable although the linens were clean and the quilt and pillows were nice.

- Inderjeet (5/5): Fantastic location but the apartment could do with modernising and needs a thorough clean. - Fantastic location. The carpet is very worn and could do with replacing. The rug that was lay down in the living area had seen better days. The utensils were greasy/unclean. The toilet seat was loose and kept moving when we sat on it. I would have expected a Smart TV. Not the most functional apartment to stay in with a toddler, especially bath time. The bath tub is situated so close to the toilet that there’s barely room to stand or kneel down to bathe my little boy. Instructions on where to dispose of rubbish were not clear at all as they stated ‘under the arch to the left’ but we happened to find the bins ourselves on the far right of the courtyard on the last day which wasn’t helpful. The booking said washing machine pods would have been provided but they were not.

- Liam (10/5): Great little apartment, a stone’s throw away from the harbour and everything you’d want to do and see in Torquay - Perfect little apartment, exactly what you see in the photos Nothing, on street parking could be difficult but that’s no fault of the owners and we always managed to find somewhere. And they give permits which is an added bonus and makes it much easier!

- Sarah (5/5): - Location was good, clean apartment Beware of staying in Apt 10a - it smells very bad ( which a couple of other reviewers have mentioned) it,s right outside the communal bin area. Also, the apartment is dark, not much light in the daytime.
Apt 13 also had dirty masking tape in the kitchen area and tape in the bathroom shower, it looked like a cheap job
. TV couldn't connect to the Internet either which other self catering apartments do.
- veale (10/5): Fab stay - The location was superb, few minutes walk from the harbour with a wide range of restaurants and bars. Walking distance to dog friendly beaches. We didn't use the car at all during our stay. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. Lovely to have tea coffee and biscuits waiting for us when we arrived 😊
Also parking permits for us meant we could park right outside the block. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. Already planning our return 😊 Wasn't anything

- Emily (9/5): - Lovely apartment with everything you need and it's in a great location, 5 minute walk down to the docks. About 25 minute walk to the train station so easy to get too by foot. It was a perfect place to stay for a few nights, great to have your own space to relax. Safe and secure! Noisy neighbor above us, heavy footed so not great at times when it's a peaceful spot.

The facilities in the apartment were good & it was nice to be able to sit at a table outside. The bathroom had a strong smell of damp/mould possibly from a previous leak.
The mattress was very hard.

A dirty hand towel was left in the bathroom, which I used then realized after when I turned it over which was gross. Needs to be dusted more lots of places missed and lots of flies outside the front door like loads so apartment couldnt be aired out. Location was amazing.

The bedroom is very small for two people to share.
Some parts of the apartment are starting to look tired and need redecorating.
Whilst parking permits are provided more details need to be explained to make sure guests know to put the next days permit on show either very early in the morning or the night before. We made a mistake at the end of the week and have a £70 fine !

- Karen (8/5): A nice little place in a good location - Close to the sea front and close to all the shops etc There were no toiletries like shampoo shower gel etc so we had to go to get some. The bathroom was a tight squeeze too. Like no room to move. It was also annoying trying to make sure we didn’t bash our heads on the sloping ceilings. Wouldn’t stay at that property again because of that.

- Anne-marie (5/5): We enjoyed our stay but with a little TLC it would have been better - It was warm and the location was good The kitchen needs some added utensils and the extractor fan didn’t take away cooking smells. The toilet seat was very wobbly and the flush kept coming out. The couch is also a bit uncomfortable for relaxing in the evening

- Julie (5/5): Left early because I couldn’t stand the smell in the bedroom. - The property was clean. The double bed was small & also there was an awful smell of mould or damp in the bedroom leaving me unable to sleep which affected my chest.
- Donna (5/5): Nice property but holiday got ruined - beds were comfy and place was clean and very spacious and good location parking permits. you abide by the permit rules but still get a parking ticket because the permits are very unclear. It stated that wardens start at 8:00 but ended up getting a ticket before that time frame. Does not specify on the parking permits what time they need to be in your car for.
- Reena (7/5): Would definitely stay again in another apartment maybe - Our stay was pleasant. The bedroom was a little cramped. The bed was absolutely fine. Everything else was good. There were hairs in the bathtub. The sofa bed needs updating as you can feel the springs a little. Used a duvet on top of the mattress for added comfort.
- Steven (8/5): Excellent - Apartment was excellent. Would definitely book again. However, recommend paying the parking at the car park and moving car close to apartment when arriving and leaving.
Location was excellent and literally seconds away from harbour.
Accommodation provided all we needed for the three night visit. Visted during a rockfestival which created a little big of disturbance on way back to the apartment from the harbour so ended up going the long way round to prevent any situations.
But wasn't that much of an issue.
- Martin (4/5): A disappointment from entering the property although the location was ideal. - The location was good around the corner from all amenities and harbour location. Entering the property smelt of dogs like a kennel even though it mentions it's for dogs. We had to have the windows open to let fresh air in for the duration of stay.
The kitchen was small although we got around things. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.

- Jen (9/5): We had a great stay. Perfect for my mother, my 5 year old daughter and me. Loved the location. - Great base and really close to the town. It was light, bright and clean. Well equipped. Would have good to have more essentials in the kitchen, like washing up liquid. Also a non-slip mat for the bath/shower would have been good
- Jay (1/5): Avoid - Location is near to town. The entire apartment was smelling. It wasn’t properly cleaned. I was scratching my self whole night.
The gas stove was in the kitchen without self ignition but the apartment doesn’t have lighter. The hall and dining area wasn’t have sufficient lighting.

- Sian (8/5): Very good - The flat was lovely and well presented. Loved the private courtyard. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent shower facilities. Found the sofas uncomfortable to sit on and a little shabby.
Door locks were rather difficult to open from inside.

- Trandafir (5/5): Passable - The only good part is that the location is good, in the heart of the city, for sure if I come back I don't want apartment 10 ever ever! The location is great but no apartment 10. No for me. Maybe for another person is great
The apartment had everything you need in a family in the kitchen, but you need to insist more on cleanliness and on certain details.
Anyway thank you So.. my feedback, try avoiding apartment 10, it's very dark, the entrance is on the other side, it's not the cleanest, the people from the apartment next door apartment 12 make noise, and you can hear the noise in the walls, ceiling, The door to the shower is blocked, the toilet is also blocked, I asked for a somewhat bright apartment and I received a dark apartment, in the facilities it says that you can get a dog basket and a bowl.
