- Michael (8/5): - The small suite we had was spacious enough. There were shops, clubs, restaurants and otherwise at a close distance. This did make for some noise at night. But, it didn’t bother me. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was really nice. The bathroom seemed brand new, maybe less than a year since it was renovated. The staff was kind and helpful. The spa is not in the building but it is directly across the street, maybe 30 second walk. You can clearly see it from the door. The doorman will walk you over and help you communicate there. We didn’t go to the breakfast but many people did so it’s probably good.

- Nataša (10/5): It was a wonderful experience ; the kindness, warmth, and helpfulness truly made me feel at home. - I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. The Baku Convention Center is very close (5–10 minutes by Bolt). The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. What I want to emphasize most is the exceptionally kind and welcoming hotel staff. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never encountered staff as friendly as this. The reception team helped me every day with ordering a Bolt, even stepped outside with me to locate the car, assisted with communication, and provided all possible advice and guidance. Since I stayed for 12 days, they greeted me daily with a warm “Is everything alright? Do you need anything?” I genuinely felt at home. The housekeeping team and all other staff were also wonderful, smiling, and warm. Thank you for everything dear people of West Shine Hotel!

- Abdulrahman (8/5): - هدوء المكان ونظافة الفندق وتعامل موظفين الأستقبال تعامل أحد موظفي بوفيه الأفطار يوم السبت 8 فبراير الساعة 10:20 صباحاً عندما شاف قشره بيض على الطاوله يقول لي لماذا وضعتها على الطاولة ولم تضعها في الصحن بطريقة فظيعة وغير محترمة. وقمت بجمعها ووضعها في الصحن لكي لا يفعل معنا هذا الموظف مشاكل ، فمن أسلوبه كان عدائي معنا . وهذا يمثل نفسه فقط أما بقية الموظفين فكانوا ودودين ومحترمين والفندق ممتاز وجيد.

- nasser (1/5): لا تصلح منطقة الفندق والفنادق المحيطة للخليجيين سواء العزاب أو العوائل منطقة خطرة - الموظفين ودودين جدا ويخدمون بإخلاص ولم يرفضوا لي طلب النظافة ممتازة توفر تلفزيون ذكي للأسف ازعاج لم اتمكن من النوم يومين كاملين بسبب صخب الشارع وبواري السيارات حيث ان الفندق على تقاطع كما تكثر المضاربات والمشاكل في الشارع اخر الليل الافطار ليس جيد كثرة الهنود في الفندق من السياح وتصرفاتهم غير مؤدبة حتى على المدخل متسدحين ووقت الفطور كل واحد مشغل الكام ويلف فيه على الناس تصرفات غير مؤدبة المنطقة المحيطة فنادق ليل ونصب وخاصة على الخليجيين حتى السوبرماركت يتعامل بغضب ويرفع عليك السعر الضعف لا أنصح الخليجيين تحديدا بالسكن في هذه المنطقة من باكو لعدوانيتهم على الخليجيين واستهدافهم

- Olga (7/5): Отель, который стоит своих денег - Прекрасный радушный персонал. При заселении преподнесли нам тарелку с фруктами. У нас оказалось одно одеяло, мы это поняли, когда уже легли. Звонить на ресепшен не было сил уже. На маленьком диванчике была порвана обивка.

- Guest (8/5): كانت مناسبة لاخر يوم قبل السفر خدمة الموظفين رائعة هونت كل النواقص - الخدمة مساحة الغرفة ممتازة و كبيرة المكان غير مناسب للعوائل اظن حوله اماكن للسعر ازعاج سيارات متواصل و في الليل اصوات سيارات شرطة بسبب الاماكن الي حوله ! الفطور اقل من المتوقع غير مناسب لفندق 4 نجوم

- ابراهيم (10/5): فنادق جميل ومناسب في باكو - كانت اقامتي ليلة للراحة ومواصلة السفر الى قابالا وحجزي عبارة عن غرفتين ثلاثيه وتمت ترقيه الحجز الى جناح سويت وبكل امانه كان الجناح واسع ونظيف جدا ومرتب ومريح من كل النواحي وجدت الراحة في الفندق والهدوء ومعامله ممتازه ولطيفة من الموظفين .. الافطار كان قليل ولكنه مناسب ويفي بالغرض . الفندق بختصار مناسب من حيث السعر ونظافه الغرف وجدت كثير من الخليجين والعرب وهذا الشي يعطيك انطباع انه الفندق مناسب لنا كخليجين غم انه صغير ولكن اغلب فنادق باكو نفس الشي مثل فنادق اسطنبول تكون صغيره.. قابلت موظف الاستقبال وقت الدخول ليلا وكان في قمة التعاون والترحيب. وكذلك موظفة الاستقبال صباحا عند الخروج واسمها MARAL RAMAZALI كانت في غايه اللطف والابتسامة وحسن التوديع وتسال عن اي شي لم يعجبنا وتحاول خدمتك وتسهيل خروجنا بكل راحة فشكرا لها لحسن تعاونها .. بختصار الفندق مناسب ويستحق العودة.. مداخل الكهرباء ثنائية وتحتاج نوع معين دائري لكي يتناسب مع مداخل الكهرباء سوف ارفق صوره لها.. قد تختلف وجهات النظر حول الفندق وكل نزيل حسب ما صادف ووجد في الفندق فهي مسألة أذواق فكل شخص يحكي تجربةبنفسه عن الفندق ومن خلالها يقيم الفندق فليس شرطا ما يعجبني او يناسبني سوف يعجب ويناسب الاخرين فكل يحكي تجربته الشخصية.. ختاما شكرا من القلب فندق وست شاين وشكرا لجميع الموظفين مكان الافطار صغير جدا جدا جدا.. لا يوجد مسبح خارج الفندق ليلا متاخر العديد من محلات السهر لا تصلح للعوائل والاطفال ولكن كل في حاله شارع نظامي تحتاج الى سيارة للوصول اليه وقد يكون هذا الشي مناسب لمن يريد البعد عن الزحام. فرشاءة الاسنان والمعجون ليست مجانيه وكذلك بلغات الشحن يوفروها لك ولكن بخمس مانات غير ذلك وكوجهة نظري الفندق ناسبني جدا وسوف اعود اليه قريبا ..

- AFNAN (9/5): - اعجبني هدوء الفندق و تعامل الموظفين رائعين متعاونين وخلوقين جدا وصرفولنا الدولارات لمانات 👍 كل شئ كان ممتاز ويوجد شطاف فالحمام والمكيف بارد وممتاز كنا حاجزين غرفتين و الموظفه رقت لنا الغرفه اعطتنا جناع بغرفتين 👍 اشوفه مناسب للعوائل تحتاج سيارة عشان تروح شارع نظامي بس بولت متوفر بسعر ممتاز. اللحاف في السرير المزوج صغير. الفطور متواضع.

- Darwish (9/5): My stay was awesome. - The hotel is very clean. The staff members are very kind, helpful and friendly particularly the lady receptionist. The location is in a very nice place.
- Saad (2/5): لا انصح فيه وازعاج جداً وغير مريح - ازعاج الشارع وتسمع صوت السيارات الي فالخارج و مكان ما يصلح صراحه للسكن خاصتاً للعوائل و الفندق مو نفس الصور وتفاجأت صراحه انه غير وسيء

- Aksum (10/5): Excellent stay, the manager gave us an excellent room. You get way more value than what you spend. - Simply, the room. It was huge and gave a feeling of openness so added to the feelgood feeling of a trip. Breakfast menu could be improved. The dishes available were good but a little more variety would really add to the value.
