- Kanj (7/5): Good - Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There are places to sit and relax. Games room is good too. Bathroom shower was decent even though the rooms are in cottage style buildings. Fridge and TV were working as expected. I think I booked the cheapest room there. It had 2 wooden pillars in the bedroom. I had to cross two 5'6" door frames to enter the bathroom. I hit my head on it multiple times. The AC is placed diagonally opposite the bed in the bed room. Room service food is decent but way too expensive compared to the rest of Udupi. There are a large number of crows making noise all day. They pooped on my car too. Swimming pool is used as a common family bathing tub. Except for the overpriced food, I am sure these things are not the fault of the hotel management. But I would not like to pay 6K odd INR per night to stay here.

Despite the location would nor recommend it to others. - The location is excellent and the staff is very courteous and helpful, but that is about it. Breakfast first day was not good. On complaining there was a marked improvement on the 2nd day. The starters and meals cooked on order were fairly good. There is a general air of neglect around the place. Surroundings can be improved upon. For the price charged one expects much better environs. Also the rooms offered(standard) are very much overpriced compared to similar resorts. The boat offered for boating around the lake at Rs3000/-per hr was not clean and also overpriced.
- Divya (2/5): Waste of money - The place is definitely beautiful. The service was really sad.The sheets were stained and the food was extremely expensive and the taste was not worth it at all. The customer service was really bad there hasn't given proper extra bed though they charged for it.People working there dint no how to chain the bedsheets when asked the guy says he's just two days old. Yes they din even give water bottle to the room and the water that was served at their restaurant was so contaminated. They were not ready to join two tables as there were 5 of us and they din have a 6seater saying there will be more PPL coming to the restaurant and no one actually turned up. They expected us to sit in a place which was dark rather than join the table. I have never seen any place with sucha customer service. Totally unhappy about the experience for the price that was paid

- Bharath (2/5): - - Location is beside a stagnant backwater area. - The backwater is extremely filthy and a perfect breeding ground for mosquitos. - Human waste and other filthy waste in the water around the resort causing toxic smell and environment.

- Girish (10/5): Memorable holiday experience on the house boat and the property. Very good value for money . - Property was well maintained and clean. The house boat was comfortable. Breakfast spread was great. Had lot of Indian traditional local breakfast dishes, plus options of continental. All the staff were always super nice. The ayurvedic massage was a very good. House boat ride was an excellent experience with very good view of the islands in the backwaters. Loved the 2 dogs on the property, very friendly with guests. Location is a little interior to access. but there is a wow factor once you reach the place. The water supply was not always hot in the room. The pool could have been better maintained.
- ramesh (8/5): Good trip - It is a good property located at a good location. The rooms was good n big . The swimming pool could have been little more deep n cleaner. It is located in the backwaters n around 1.5KMs to the Hoode beach which is clean n nice
- Arasu (2/5): Worst stay - its not worth for what we paid. Starting from food..Food(only Breakfast we tried) is below average, TV was not working..Swimming pool water was not clear.. We checked in at 5:30 evening and asked for late check-out of 1 hr, they were not ready to accept it.
- Ayushi (10/5): - We stayed here for 2 days and without nay doubts, it was really comfortable, peaceful and worth money. Great hospitality, great service with awesome food. Although the food menu has limited options, but the taste is too good. The staff is really helpful and co-operative. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for sanitised, clean, peaceful stay in Udupi.
- Sandeep (10/5): Paradise Lagoon Vacation - The property is amazing with very courteous staff. The rooms are spacious with a good view of the back waters. Well maintained premises and Malpe beach is within 10 min of driving distance. The food is average with limited choice. However you can get a lot of restaurants in Manipal and around which is approx 25 min drive from the resort.
