The tea was also not good at all. Since there are no good restaurants nearby food offered within the hotel should be good.

- Beat (8/5): sehr angenehmes, komfortables hotel am stadtrand - die grossen zimmer sind sehr angenehm und nahe an der perfektion: viel ablagefläche, grosser schrank(!), schubladen, platz für gepäck und vieles mehr. sehr sauber, guter housekeeping service. im bad eine angenehme dusche und heisses wasser. das essen im restaurant ist gut, das frühstück ebenso. besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns der bellboy, der immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. das hotel ist zu empfehlen. nicht gefallen ist ein starker ausdruck. etwas störend für europäische ohren kann der rege hochzeitsbetrieb mit lauter musik und vielen ebenso lauten gästen sein, aber das ist indien. gehörschutz kann nicht schaden. trotz des fröhlichen treibens haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. die lage am highway verlangt nach einem transportmittel. zu fuss zum tempel zu gehen, ist zu weit und unbequem.

- Surajit (9/5): A hotel with modern facilities which was a great value - A modern looking hotel with up-to-date facilities and fixtures. A nice sized room and bathroom. The restaurant staff were very friendly and eager to please. The approach to the hotel could have been better, especially car entry/exits. The view from the windows was not much to write home about. The food was all veg - a few non-veg items would have rated this hotel a 10.

- Meetu (8/5): - The hygiene and cleanliness was the issue. Also, the lights in rooms are inadequate. No one can work in such low intensity lights. Perhaps, most of the times people remain outside for city trip; hostel administration gives least priority to the maintainence of the property. However, all the issues such as cleanliness and dampness in washroom was later sorted out.

- RAJA (8/5): - Overall good experience - amenities were good and the bf and dinner at the in house restaurant were excellent. Hotel provides the driver contact who can take you to and fro to the temple. The person (Dinesh) at the reception who checked us in was not professional. Even though we were asked to pay the entire amount upfront which we did, this was not logged by him and we were asked to again repay the amount while checking out. This required a lot of clarification to settle. His behaviour while checking us in seemed like he was doing us a favour.

Nice location - just off the highway, a short distance away from city center (not walkable) Parking area is huge. Entrance lobby and area is very good. Checkin was quick and friendly. Restaurant closes early and they do not have a all day coffee - tea or snack area / restaurant. It opens only for meals.. No coffee machine. so if you are there in the evening, head out to one of the other hotels nearby for a snack or refreshments. Rooms are decent, spacious and clean. Only vegetarian food, no coffee machine, was not working.

- Hemant (5/5): Except size of room and staff nature nothing worth mentioning here. - Staff was very humble and helpful. Size of the room was big. Since property was touching highways there was lot of noise. Water was cold and room was not clean even after checking in 2 hours after there check-in. There was no instruction to use jacuzzi and was dirty. I would suggest to book hotel near the temple, there are lot of options for food near to temple.

- Jinesh Rajendra (3/5): - N/A The hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. We booked 2 x rooms, 1 x double and 1 x family room. We didn't get hot water in the morning after breakfast at 9 am. You would think that such a hotel with the hefty rates they charge you would at least get hot water. The worst thing was that there were bed bugs in the double room. Another disappointing factor was that the rooms and the whole hotel looked very run down and I think they don't do any maintenance or proper deep cleaning. I would definitely not recommend staying in this hotel to anyone.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and to our surprise, they even upgraded us to the Presidential Suite – such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special. The restaurant food was excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from, and everything we had was delicious. The hotel itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-maintained – truly one of the best hotels in Somnath. Another big plus was that the hotel also provides dedicated facilities for drivers, including a place to sleep, eat, and safe parking, which is a rare and appreciated touch. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Somnath.

- Krishna (8/5): 8/10 Stay at Regenta, Somnath. - The rooms were clean and sophisticated but there was a fainted smell of something in the room which did not seem to go away. Apart from that the service provided was prompt and up to the mark. The swimming pool area's washroom was highly unhygienic. The bathrooms were not clean, even the toilet was broken and taps were not working. The pool had too much of a chemical which made our skin itch afterwards.

- Soni (9/5): Overall, me and my family enjoyed the stay at this hotel. I recommend others to visit as well. - The hotel and its location were both good. The staff were good as well. It was fun to play in their backyard area. It's a pretty big property. It's a little expensive side! The food was good, we had it for dinner. At noon, there wasn't any real food available. Only snacks, and those are very expensive.

Not happy with food quality and variety, got food poising after having breakfast. Hotel reception doesn’t even have a paracetamol, No first aid facility in hotel at all. Maintenance of swimming pool toilets absolutely pathetic. No water in toilets near to swimming Pool. Food quality and swimming pool and its toilets cleanliness.
