- Fabrizio (1/5): INDECENTE - Posizione La pulizia delle stanze è molto molto da migliorare una cosa mai vista rispetto a tutte le strutture che ho visitato Per la prima volta abbiamo dormito vestiti 🤮 Polvere e sporco in tutti gli ambienti praticamente invivibili ragnatele sulle finestre Una cosa vergognosa siamo stati ingannati dalle foto della struttura che non rispettano assolutamente gli ambienti che si trovano che sono al limite dell'abitabilità .

- mraero (8/5): Tranquillità immersa nel verde con comfort, ma doccia da migliorare - Struttura abbastanza confortevole e immersa nel verde, ideale per chi cerca tranquillità . Siamo stati accolti subito con grande disponibilità e gentilezza, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Il posto è davvero bello e abbiamo avuto anche la fortuna di averlo tutto per noi per una notte, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Non possiamo esprimere un giudizio sul ristorante perché non abbiamo avuto modo di provarlo. All’interno, il letto e il divano erano comodi, il frigorifero nuovo e sia il riscaldamento che il condizionatore funzionavano perfettamente. Ottimi anche la macchina da caffè e il microonde, molto utili durante il soggiorno. Tra gli aspetti negativi, segnaliamo soprattutto la doccia: mancava la tenda e questo ha causato l’allagamento del bagno. Inoltre, essendo il water proprio di fronte, si è bagnato completamente, risultando di fatto inutilizzabile.

- Antimo Petito (8/5): Buon soggiorno... - L'appartamento è abbastanza grande nonostante eravamo in 8. I 3 bagni sono stati una salvezza. Posizione ottimale per visitare Arezzo, Perugia, Montepulciano. Due piccole defezioni ma riparabili sono lo scarico in un bagno in camera e il soffione doccia nel bagno nel corridoio.

- Tatina888 (8/5): Meraviglioso casale contornato da un parco meraviglioso - Mi è piaciuta moltissimo la struttura, anche se in questo periodo è sicuramente difficile apprezzare tutto ciò che essa offre. Il casale è attorniato da un magnifico parco con piscina, ovviamente utilizzabile durante i mesi più caldi. La sera abbiamo mangiato al ristorante e la cena è stata di nostro gradimento, come pure il pranzo di nozze del giorno successivo: superlativo! La gentilezza del proprietario è sicuramente un plus che aggiunge valore al soggiorno. Al nostro arrivo la camera era un pochino fredda; tuttavia il proprietario ci ha consegnato una stufetta che ha aiutato a riscaldare velocemente l'ambiente. Essendo un appartamento con soffitti molto alti, è comprensibile che ci voglia tanta energia e tanto tempo affinché si riscaldi bene. Inoltre, da quel che ho potuto capire, il casale è stato riaperto dopo un periodo di vacanza del proprietario. C'è da dire che io sono una persona piuttosto freddolosa e immagino che la mia valutazione non faccia troppo testo.

- Sitzhupe (7/5): Eigentlich gut, aber.... - Sehr gute Betreuung bei Fragen. Toller Pool und ein gutes Restaurant. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr bescheiden. Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu essen, weil dort nur Lloungemöbel stehen. Im Innenraum ist es einfach zu dunkel. Fliegengitter haben leider Löcher... Der Charme eines umbrischen Ambientes könnte durch mehr Funktionalität und einer moderneren Ausstattung durchaus erhalten werden. Die Pfannen und das Equipment sind leider Schrott...

Een keukenkastje zat los en er waren een aantal zaken aan vervanging toe.

L'appartamento Nocio superiore, che abbiamo occupato, presentava diversi problemi di manutenzione e pulizia che non ci aspettavamo, soprattutto considerando il prezzo di 200€/notte. *Problemi riscontrati:* - *Scarichi rumorosi*: gli scarichi del bagno e della cucina gorgogliavano rumorosamente anche durante la notte, disturbando il sonno. - *Pulizia insufficiente*: troppa polvere su vari oggetti e tendaggi, peli di cane sulla tenda all'ingresso, sul terrazzino e sotto il letto, e ragnatele in zone facili da pulire. - *Manutenzione*: la maniglia della porta del bagno era fissata solo nella parte superiore e rischiava di rimanere in mano al cliente. - *Mancanza di attrezzature*: in cucina mancava uno scolapasta basilare e le posate erano contate. - *Infiltrazioni d'acqua*: a causa della pioggia, l'acqua è entrata nell'appartamento dall'apertura della canna fumaria, bagnando il divano e le nostre cose.

Valore aggiunto il ristorante braceria proprio sotto gli appartamenti: braceria top! La struttura potrebbe essere tenuta meglio, sia quanto a pulizia degli interni (polvere ragnatele stoviglie non ben lavate dagli ospiti precedenti) sia per quanto riguarda gli scarichi lenti dei servizi igienici.

The bedroom is quite old, the curtains don’t cover the window, the doors cant perfectly close. The location is not the best, the area around is a bit industrial

Worthy 100%! - Located in one of Italy’s secret jewels, the Trasimeno Lake area in Umbria (15 minutes from Tuscany) family-owned Casa Baldelli offers you a real Italian experience. Great location as, again, you can be at the city-center Castiglione del Lago (still in Umbria, a medieval fortress with, of course, beautiful restaurants, etc) in 5 minutes and, also, reach the world-famous Southern Tuscany area (being Cortona and Montepulciano the closest spots) in less than 25 minutes. Casa Baldelli offers 1900’s-built “casale” apartments upgraded enough to suits your needs. Also, you will find a gorgeous swimming pool and a top-quality restaurant in the facilities, all surrounded by a fantastic landscape where you get as relaxed as you can imagine.

- Taylor (10/5): Relaxing, - Loved the property, the pool, the soccer field, the restaurant in the evenings, the people! Brando and Mario were the most gracious hosts. We appreciate them so much. Brando helped us with transportation and answered every question we had. He even woke up at 5am to get us to the train station on the last day! We are so grateful to him. Would have love to have had the restaurant open the full day. As well, we should have rented a car, we didn’t realize public transit wasn’t readily available.
