Guest Reviews
- Kirand (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to relax for the weekend, you just feel at peace with nature.
- Farli (10/5): Exceptional - The room was huge. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom also was clean and had hot and cold shower. Plus the view from our room was beautiful.
- Teresa (1/5): Sewage smell in room so bad left early - Reception was very helpful with communicating with the transfer company who was running late. The sewage smell in the room made me vomit so badly the first morning we had to leave the hotel and find other accommodation. Run down and not clean...
- Reyes (9/5): Superb -
- Chili (3/5): Disappointing - They did allow us to check in 5 hours early if we paid 200 k vnd. Bed was rock solid, like sleeping on a rug on the ground. The bathroom floor was flooded with water which made the room smell moist. And the water heater didn’t work, so we could only take ice cold showers.
- Sevmari (6/5): Never coming back to this hotel - Affordable price. The hotel is not so appealing. The rooms are not cleaned. The breakfast are the same everyday and the staff cannot understand even simple request like we are requesting for hot water.
- Annie (1/5): Bed sheets were dirty, rooms were filthy and mould everywhere - Nothing at all Smell of the rooms, pure mould in the rooms and no ventilation
- K.j.l.t (2/5): Disappointed - The view 1. I didnt like how the front desk gave us a wrong room and realized it the next day and asked us to transfer. We only had 2 nights so its too much trouble to transfer room which was their irresponsibilty of not knowing where to check us in in the first place.
2. Photos are misleading. The actual lobby is at the "3rd floor" (of course its a mountain), not suitable if you're with seniors (60y.o and above). There are lot of flight of stairs
3. Upon checking out, i found out i lost all my 3 luggages, due to irresponsibility again. They said Some guest "messaged" them that they would check out late, but "accidentally" took my stuff in my room and brought it to a different room. No matter how late the guest would check out, they SHOULD HAVE NOT TOUCHED OR TAKEN our things but rather charge guests for late check-outs. Instead, they took it, all the more, they have opened the wrong room and taken wrong luggages.
4. Restaurant is filthy at night, especially after receiving lots of customers and they don't clean it immediately.
5. Aircons does not work. (1st room, omit was okay, 2nd room, ac wouldnt turn on)
6. Walls are moldy (black molds)
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sherryl (9/5): Superb -
- Ankush (3/5): Best view with a lot of improvements needed. - The best view in Sapa but The staff don’t speak and understand English at all. Extremely difficult to request for anything. I guess it was the owner who helped us book a bus when we checked out. Breakfast had very limited options. They only served egg and bread or noodle soup. Coffee was not available.
- Riccardo (1/5): I won’t come back. This place hasn’t been cleaned in ages. - Location It was extremely dirty. The entire building is falling apart. My bedroom window was facing a wall an internal area of the building.
- Pamo (7/5): Good -
- Yassine (9/5): The location is amazing the facilities are as shown and presented on the site. The best stay in sapa - The stuff is very kind and helpful
- Grant (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kalu (5/5): Nothing - Nothing Nothing
- Shahid (10/5): Exceptional - The Room is clean, quiet, spacious and the bed is so comfortable.
- Samir (6/5): It was good - Friendly staff Not much options for breakfast , we expected a buffet instead
- Marvin (5/5): It was okay. - it’s close to some food shops and one of the tourist spots (Heaven’s gate). The breakfast was sooooo goood. Regardless of the slow service, but the food is so good and decent. I love the cat they have too! The lights are too dim, not enough lights in the room. The remote controls’ batteries are mostly busted and one of the room we rented didn’t have a remote control for the TV. The Air conditioned doesn’t work well. The heater mode didn’t work our entire stay.
- Fack (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were super friendly and the room was so lovely, warm, quiet and clean. Literally ticked all of the boxes for a get away trip. Would highly recommend this place for all the travelers. 10/10 for sure.
- Carter (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely big clean room, big comfy beds, nice hot shower and a balcony with amazing views.
- Lungu (10/5): Exceptional - The room with balcony was nice and spacious with a view of the mountains. Aircon/heater in the room which was definitely needed during the winter. The staff were super friendly and helpful!
- Nachalwe (10/5): Exceptional - Beds were comfortable, rooms were a good size and very clean. Hotel staff were lovely, overall a really good experience. Good location, very close to restaurants and shops and short walk to the local town. Staff were friendly, and very happy which made all the difference.
- Garcia (10/5): The staff are very attentive, kind and assisted us with organising tours and transfers!! -
- Luvuyo (10/5): Exceptional - They are always ready to assist and provide useful information about local activities.
- Zouber (10/5): Exceptional - The wonderful staff, their friendliness, their support and their warmhearted hospitality! They supported us with organising the trips and tours we wanted to take. Great food, great service!

- Mondo (10/5): I really loved that local vibe in Sapa. Staffs are so friendly and helpful! Thank you so much! - We loved the room! It was big and cozy! Lovely bathroom with heat lamps. A balcony with a great view. were great and really helpful!
- David (10/5): I highly recommend this place if you are looking to live a real experience of Sapa! - The rooms are super spacious, have their own balcony over looking the mountains. The location is beautiful and the staff is super helpful and nice. They helped us booked our taxis all the time and schedule a private tour guide to do a trekking.
- Eleanor (8/5): Very good - We got upgraded to a Mountain View room with no additional cost! The view was fabulous! Great value for money for our one night in Sapa City!
- Jannick (1/5): Wouldn’t go there again - Not much It was very very noisy. The door had a large gap when closed, allowing sound to travel easily from the hallway and other rooms. The windows were poorly insulated, so it remained cold despite running the heating constantly. There was no proper shower, only a shower head mounted on the wall, making it impossible to shower without soaking the entire bathroom. Additionally, the staff spoke very little English, which made communication challenging. Also it’s hard to find because the Adress on booking.com is wrong
- Milla (7/5): Mixed feelings - Bed was comfortable. Clean. Internet working well. Hot shower working well. Few things to mention: at this time of the year it is quite foggy, so there is no view. There is a construction next to the hotel, which starts working at 6am (even on Jan 1st), so unless you are an early bird, I would not recommend. Also you would walk a lot of stairs, if with suitcase - you need to take a taxi.
- Indra (8/5): Very good -
- Anas (4/5): Disappointing -
- Chun-wei (6/5): Pleasant - The environment is clean enough. The room's window is facing nowhere.
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mathilde (10/5): Exceptional - Good manager and good vibes :)
- Zar (8/5): Very good - Reception service Anthony
- Josh (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly & Helpful staff. Antony went out of his way to help us with everything which is always great.
The room was very spacious with fantastic views from the balcony overlooking the Sapa valley.
Comfortable bed, TV, aircon that keeps the room warm! And hot water from the shower and sink!
Overall a fantastic stay at a great price. Would stay again when we come back to Sapa.
- Yar (10/5): Exceptional - Good Service, Nice room and great view
- Gia (9/5): Superb -
- Andreas (9/5): Superb - Location is good and hosts are very friendly, I even got a free room upgrade without asking for it. Very good value for money! The shower in the bathroom could be more powerful, but nothing to complain about.
- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - A good stay for people planning to visit Sapa. Excellent view
