Jevithashree (1/5): Terrible stay. Would never recommend - Nothing just the comfy bed and convenient place to work. The bathroom is dirty and slippery. No bedroom slippers provided and no lights in the bathroom. At first my fiance did changed room since the tv wasn't working but the second room was far more worse like the bathroom is sticky and slippery no light in the bathroom and so.

Abdul Raof (7/5): Suitable for short stay. - Location. The hanger for hand bidet is missing, so it had to be placed on the toilet floor. Unhygienic. Bedside light switch is broken, cannot on/off the bedside lamp. Both issues were raised with the front counter staff but nothing was done before checkout. Stayed for 2 nights but the room was not made up and even the towels were not changed.

No greeting for Front Desk when see the Guest comes in. Not even a Hello welcome... The condition of the room was a little dirty, flooring, toilet, & small dressing table. Air-condition worst ever ! such a small room with 23 to 25C it was freaking hot at night. Think the hotel owner has control or modified it. Reception area air-condition also they switch it off . TV does not even work . Will not come back to this place.

Yaz (1/5): My stay was horrendous, unsafe, unhygienic, overpriced, & absolutely not suitable for families! - Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Suitable for Families I am deeply disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was shockingly small, with narrow spaces that made it difficult to move around, especially with a toddler. The floor tiles felt sticky and unclean, and without proper carpeting, my almost 2-year-old had to walk on the wet, cold, and dirty floor. The bathroom was even worse. The toilet floor was clogged, so even a two-minute shower flooded the entire floor. It was disgusting to wait for the water to slowly drain away. To make matters worse, the shower didn’t work at all, none of the hot or cold water switches functioned. We were forced to use the toilet spray hose as our only water source, which is completely unacceptable. What’s more shocking is that the main faucet for this hose was located underneath the toilet bowl itself which was extremely unhygienic and unsanitary. As a parent traveling with a baby, this was a horrendous experience. I cannot imagine how hotel management could approve such poor and unsanitary facilities. I sincerely hope the management takes serious and immediate action to improve hygiene, sanitation, and the overall quality of their rooms. Families, in particular, deserve spacious, clean, and safe rooms. What makes me even angrier is that I paid nearly the same price I would for a Hilton Hotel stay in KL, where the quality and service are worlds apart. Hilton easily feels like a 4–5 star experience compared to this hotel’s shocking standards. I strongly urge the hotel to reconsider its priorities and invest in major renovations. Until then, I cannot recommend this place, especially for families with children. Room size: Extremely small and cramped, with very narrow spaces to move around. Floor condition: Floor tiles felt sticky, cold, and unclean, with no carpeting provided. Baby safety: My 2-year-old had to walk on a wet, dirty, and cold floor – very unsafe and uncomfortable. Bathroom flooding: Toilet floor was clogged, and even a 2-minute shower flooded the entire bathroom. Non-functioning shower: Hot/cold water switches did not work at all; shower unusable. Unhygienic water source: Forced to use the toilet spray hose as the only water supply. Sanitation issue: The main faucet for the toilet hose was located underneath the toilet bowl, which is highly unsanitary. Price-quality mismatch: Paid almost the same rate as a Hilton stay in KL but received horrendous quality instead. ✅ Actions the Hotel Must Take: Expand and improve room size for guest comfort, especially for families. Install clean carpeting or proper flooring to ensure hygiene and comfort. Ensure bathroom drainage is functional to prevent flooding. Repair and maintain showers and water systems so they actually work. Relocate and redesign toilet water pipes/faucets to meet basic sanitary standards. Conduct regular deep cleaning and maintenance to uphold hygiene. Reassess pricing vs. quality – guests should never feel cheated for the amount paid. Provide family-friendly facilities that prioritize cleanliness and safety for babies/children.
