- Louise (6/5): Too noisy definitely not the ambience we thought we would get from Ubud - Location and rooms were very clean comfortable beds There was a horrible exhaust from next doors air conditioning unit ( large resturant ) 24/7 you couldn’t hear each other at all so noisy and irritating wouldn’t ever stay again only because of this .However staff were lovely not a comfortable seat to sit on in Villa hard wooden and a day bed

- Janelle (8/5): Well presented accommodation, great value for money and a convenient location. - Great location to explore the area. Close to shops and restaurants but just far enough off the main drag so you weren’t disturbed by traffic noise. Staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. Bathrooms on the first level were a little damp smelling due to lack of ventilation.

- Shaunee (10/5): Beautiful Family Friendly Villa - Beautiful Villa, close to lots of beautiful cafes & restaurants with great food. 15 minute walk from main street. Staff were kind and attentive. Quiet location and great for families. We booked out the entire Villa for a group of 12 and it was the perfect size. N/A
- Andrea (8/5): - Great sleeping place for a stay in Ubud for a short stay. The living area is not big for the amount of beds, but the rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy.
- Debbie (9/5): Good value, wonderful large space, beautiful facility. - Wonderful location, helpful staff, pool was a real hit, bedrooms excellent and comfortable. We felt the towels were too old..one use and they had an unpleasant odor.
- Deanna (8/5): Excellent location and size of villa for a large group . Pool was nice and cold . The room on the first floor smelled so - Location was excellent , great restaurants and bars . No hot water and the first room on the middle level absolutely smelled and we could not use due to this . Also for the price it should have included a daily clean but never happened and should be included .
- Rachelle (10/5): Exceptional - We lived having the whole villa to ourselves for our family to enjoy, the staff were amazing nothing was to hard for us it the perfect location close to all we like Everything
- Alesha (10/5): Great villa with lots of room and fantastic value for money - Great value for money - good location. The staff organised anything we needed efficiently, including breakfast and laundry services.. All six rooms mean you can sleep 12 people very comfortably in this place. The kids loved the pool.
- Gina (8/5): Fantastic location great for large groups or family - Fantastic location and staff were great organising scooters for $10 a day. Great spot we loved it 😍 The stairs lol and the front door entry only one key 🔑 lock was unusual only from the inside was problematic
- Darren (8/5): - .
- Ma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elissa (9/5): Spacious, great location- ideal for families or small groups! - Spacious rooms, lovely staff, very comfortable common area, great location. The pool was cold…
- Suba (9/5): Superb - The location was good. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.
Having 6 bedrooms with attached bathroom was very good. The kitchen could have been more cleaner. The sink, sponge etc. Some clean hand towels would have been helpful.
- Jennifer (8/5): Beautiful stay, really great location, really enjoyable. - Fantastic pool, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was a bit outdated and had lots of ants.
- Mark (8/5): Excellent place, the location was brilliant, Great value for the entire villa - Location!!!
The rooms were spacious
Bathrooms were great
- Fabri (10/5): Great location, great villa in the heart of ubud - The villa was amazing, walking distance to everything and very authentically Balinese with a few homely comforts Nothing really, everything was great :)
- Belinda (2/5): Ubud is gorgeous. - Great location within easy walking distance to main strip. It was not clean. There was a large rat walking all over the kitchen and utensils. We declined having breakfast cooked at the property and went out.
- Williams (10/5): Exceptional - it was beautiful, the people were rlly nice. was just off the busy road. so perfect location, close to everything. loved our stay. looked just like the photos
- Sam (7/5): Good -
- Jessica (10/5): We had a great stay. Our family of 5 enjoyed the private pool and open kitchen/dining area. Air conditioning was gre - We rented the whole villa to ourselves. The rooms were clean and the property was in a fantastic location. One of the rooms had a musty smell. No hairdryer even though it said there was one provided.
- Minh (10/5): Perfect experience - the location of the accommodation is good, near the market and restaurants. The architecture from outside the hotel has regional characteristics, but inside is still modern and comfort. It is perfectly suitable for a group of friends, or family. No
- Melinda (5/5): Passable -
- Akiko (7/5): Good - At night, noisy outside disturb sleeping
- Allan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shrikant (1/5): This is not villa, it's a lodge, please don't book this place even for free - Nothing good about this place No service, no proper bed sheets & cleanliness.
- Samantha (7/5): Pleasant stay - The space to accomodate 12 people. Location to shops, restaurants and spas. Open planned lounge space. Rooms were spacious with private balconies. Comfortable beds. Lack of availability to pay by cards and a problem with one communication but all other communication had been good.
- Ritchie (4/5): Great location but old and shabby - It had a great location, private pool, it was discounted but we only found out later due to the state it's in. The staff were friendly but untidy. The reception was also quite messy, marks on the walls, unkempt. One evening, when we walked to dinner, the staff were sitting outside drinking next to reception and had been through about 7-8 large Bintangs between the three of them. We had to pay either in cash or bank transfer and to get Rp9mil cash was really not convenient.
When you walk into the villa, there is a LOT of water damage and cracking on the walls. The paint job is quite poor, and the place looks very shabby. You can see that the place has not been properly cleaned in a long time as there is a large pile-up of dust.
The bedrooms, similarly had lots of cracked walls and flaky paint. The TV units were shabby and most decoders were hanging off of the walls and not properly adhered.
The towels were old and very stained by make-up. The linens were relatively clean but had some dark marks. Underneath the bed was extremely dusty and had previous guests' rubbish underneath it.
The bathrooms are very shabby and slippery. Due to the rock design, everything is mouldy and slippery because of the mould. Every rock in the shower is turning green. The shower curtain was very dirty with the previous guests' shampoo/soap. This was the same in every room.
This place basically faces onto the restaurant next door that has live music Tues and Fri until 11pm. This sounds like it is inside your room and very loud, so keep that in mind.
The downstairs with the pool was nice, it was nice that it had a bathroom there. The greenery wall next to the pool was peeling off and the nice plants, as shown on the side of the building in the pool photo, are no longer there. The furniture is nice. However, all of the cutlery and crockery provided is very old and shabby. For reference, I rather drank coffee out of a glass as the mugs were so stained and old. The fridges and stove are old and rusted and the kitchen area leaves much to be desired.
- Emma (8/5): Very good -
- Audrey (8/5): Very good -
- Chetan (9/5): Superb -
- Alana (9/5): Great villa, loved it! - Lovely villa to share with a group of friends and great location. Private, great pool and living area. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms lovely. Would stay again
- Arpana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (6/5): Not quite what it seems, but still good - Good for large groups. Fairly central in Ubud. It's fairly run down and not quite as it's pictured. Comfortable enough.
- Indiana (9/5): Superb - Rooms were beautiful and pool kitchen area huge
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent and we highly recommend the Pramana Villas for anyone that has a large group of people
There was plenty of room and the lounge room and kitchen were very well stocked . Swimming pool was great. Our group would give it the best recommendation. Nothing that we could find that we didn't like
- Naveenkumar (9/5): Superb -
- Jiayi (7/5): Great location with friendly staff - Big and spacious villa with friendly staff who are always ready to help.
The location is very good, with nice restaurants, cafe and spas within walking distance.
Comfy bed as well. Some areas are not very clean, e.g. dead bugs. No battery in the remote control.
Air conditioning is a bit old and smelly.
Suggest to not get breakfast in the villa. Food within walking distance outside is a lot better and cheaper.
- Anca (7/5): Good - The location of the villa is perfect. Walking distance from many restaurants, bars, art market etc The villa needs to be renovated as the walls are falling apart and the AC is very old and smelly. Cleanliness needs to be improved as well.
- Vanessa (8/5): Inexpensive accommodation for large size groups but everything you need and very clean and comfortable (best bed and pil - Property was very central, walking distance Monkey forest, markets, plenty of eateries around as well as massage. Everything was good
- Crystal (8/5): Very good -
- Chakram1 (8/5): Good stay - The asthetics The kitchen was old and no tea towels weren't provided. The bed sheets weren't looking fresh
- Ahmad (9/5): Superb - Everything is organized clean
6 rooms each one has their mini bar & bathroom
The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful - wifi is not good that much
- Kylie (8/5): Great fun for a group of 12 travelling together - Worked well for a big group of friends as everyone had their own private bedroom and bathroom and it was just the open air kitchen lounge dining and pool area. Great Warung across the road, avoid the money changer across the road, laundry lady and tailor directly opposite. Being an open air lounge kitchen dinning space its hard to keep the local wildlife out of that space, dont get breakfast just go out to one of the great cafe's that line the street.
- Terrence (6/5): Very disappointed with owner/manager - We liked that the whole Villa was big enough for my family, clean enough and private with its own pool. My family really enjoyed the pool. We liked how big the bedrooms and the beds were comfortable and nicely presented.
Location was great that was closed to most things but on a very, very busy narrow road. Unfortunately there was no hot water in upstairs bathrooms. Bathrooms also had terrible smell. One of the bathroom leaks through the kitchen and towels are constantly there to catch the leaks. There was rat running around and finished up in the rubbish bin. No tea, coffee was in a nearly empty container.
No soaps to wash your hands. No hand towels.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Tried their best to help us but their English was very minimal and they were not keeping up with the cleaning unless we asked.
Lastly the owner overcharged us than what was quoted on booking.com and then refused to refund what we overpaid him.
- Kerryn (7/5): Good - Location great, surrounded by restaurants, warungs, and mini mart, a great spa a few metres away, for a fantastic massage. Pool is cold, but that's ok. Nothing
- Sarah (7/5): Good - location was good all rooms separate and need to be locked at night with young kids had to split adults up to stay in rooms with kids. roof leaking in lower room very slippery floor.
- Yuliana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anthony (8/5): Great place to stay right in the heart of Ubud. - Clean, nicely presented accommodation right in the heart of Ubud. Value for money place to stay, great food places to eat that were right out the front door. Very pleasant staff who seemed to be there all day, without being intrusive. Great pool on site.
- Tyla (10/5): 10/10 Loved it! - The staff were exceptional. The location was unmatched and exceeded expectations. I would 100% go back and stay there again.
Plenty of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores within close walking distance of the villa.
Staff were very helpful with recommendations and drivers. Next time I would stay in the area longer than 3 nights! If payment has not been made prior to arrival just note that it is recommended you have cash to pay with.
- Daniel (7/5): Good - Great location and space for our group. The payment processing was challenging and I ultimately had to go to ATM to pay with cash.
- Harsh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (5/5): Ok for the price - Location
Bed and pillow Bathroom Not very clean
Towels dont smell Good
Staff friendly but couldnt understand English well
- Megan (5/5): Not suitable for a family with young children. - Not suitable for a family with young children as the rooms are completely separate like a hotel room. My 8 year old son got stuck in his room and could not open his door. The sheets had stains on them and there was multiple cockroaches.
- Carlene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christie (10/5): we had such a great stay here and would stay here again. - Loved having the whole place to myself. it is very close to many restaurants and a shopping area. I have no complaints
- Hugo (9/5): Superb - Cheap and good location. The employees were really active and helpful. Wasn't cleaned at our arrival but they offered to pay for the trip to our next Villa. Great service
- Setiadi (10/5): Exceptional - The leisure area No tissue in the bedroom
- Azhia (5/5): It did the job for a short couple of days - it’s in a great location, just off the Main Street of ubud and easy to walk to and from. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful It was not as advertised. We were told it was a three bedroom villa, with a private pool and that the photo of the kitchen area was a restaurant area. However, it was three separate rooms with a common area that included the pool. The kitchen pictures are misleading, it was kept very unclean, ants crawling everywhere and rubbish that was left on the floor. In the bathrooms some of us experienced a lack of even warm water, often having to shower in the cold.
- Keely (7/5): Good -
- Dayle (9/5): great stay in a awesome area - would be great for a large family/group - it was great - excellent area nothing really
- Robinson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oneill (8/5): very nice - very clean nice location
- JT (6/5): - nice staff, goo side of room..but the rest...don't expect too much.
