• Karen (8/5): - La gentileza del personal, sumada a la buena ubicación del alojamiento. Adicionalmente, tuvieron flexibilidad en mi ingreso facilitando mis actividades preagendadas en Quito. En la habitación asignada había constante olor a humedad, a pesar de tener las ventanas abiertas. Si no fuese por esta situación -seguramente aislada- todo hubiese estado excelente.

• SHEYLA (7/5): Apropiado para una estancia 3 estrellas - La atención es cálida y oportuna. La habitación triple tiene camas grandes y el desayuno buffet es apropiado (a pesar de ser repetitivo). La ubicación está bien si tienes auto (desconozco la situación de parqueo), de lo contrario podrás tomar taxi y sale económico (entre $3 a $5 con Uber), pero si deseas salir caminando a los centros comerciales cercanos o el estadio, te toma entre 20 a 30 minutos. La limpieza es el punto débil, desde que recibimos la habitación, el baño tenía cabellos en el piso y polvo (detrás de la puerta) y la alfombra faltaba aspirar. Las ventanas no tenían forma de ser abiertas y el único sistema de circulación de aire era un espacio del baño.

Es un lugar ideal para alojarse para los turistas que visitan Quito por primera vez. Está muy cerca de dos estaciones de metro y del Parque La Carolina. No recuerdo nada.

Nos permitieron utilizar las mesas del comedor para comer ya que no disponían de almuerzos ni meriendas. La habitación te incluía una botellita de agua. Las personas muy amables, todo el tiempo. No disponen de plancha pero si deseas planchar te ayudan con un costo adicional según la prenda me pareció muy bien. Me gustó que cerca hay una estación de metro, mi habitación tenía una mini refri No habia mucho que comer cerca. Mi habitación en específico la 305 el baño donde estaba el inodoro no tenía luz. El espacio de la ducha que estaba aparte si tenía luz y el pasillo también eso ayudaba. Mi habitación en lo personal estaba algo descuidada la alfombra súper sucia, creo que eso me empeoró mi alergia, los edredones y sábanas se veían un poco antiguos. Sin embargo la habitación de mi compañero era todo lo contrario muy buena iluminación y el baño en excelentes condiciones.

O ticket só te dá direto a café, 2 ovos fritos, umas fatias de pão e copo de suco artificial, só só só e + nada, se você quiser algo da padaria tem q pagar. Não tem frutas, iogurte, cereal essas coisas básicas q comemos no café da manhã (falo da minha parte).

Klobrille und Klodeckel stammen definitiv noch aus einem anderen Jahrtausend. Hier wären 5$ für einen neuen sehr gut investiert. Auch ein paar andere Kommoden bedürften mal eines Schraubenziehereinsatzes

• Alexandra (9/5): Cozy and friendly. - The staff was very friendly and professional, and they listened to my every request with a smile. Breakfast was delicious every day! Love the scrambled eggs! All the rooms use cards and smart locks, which is a plus. My room was comfortable, and it had all the directions needed on the back of the door. The area the hostel is located in is very close to La Carolina Park, 4 blocks away from the Metro station "La Pradera", and there are tons of facilities you can use within walking distance. Two things I would like to address: first, the wool covers might feel a little too heavy for elderly people, so it's difficult to use 2 or more if the night is too cold. Second, the bathroom was on a different level from the room floor, meaning you had to step up to get in. I would suggest that maybe you can put a handle so that when elderly people use this room, it's easier for them to use the bathroom.
