• Paulina F (10/5): Alles bestens- ich komme gerne wieder - Unkompliziert und gute Abwicklung. Sehr nettes Personal,Handtücher etc wurden alle 2 Tage gewechselt. Ruhig ( ok, es war Oktober) und schöne Aussichten zum Pool oder zu den Bergen. In der Küche war alles da,was man braucht. Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen,am Pool durfte man nicht Getränke oder etwas kleines zu essen mitbringen, aber ok.

• Maya (6/5): - La taille de la chambre, la grande douche, la terrasse. Dans la belle salle de bain il manque des crochets pour les serviettes. Dans la kitchenette il manque de quoi laisser sécher la vaisselle. Tout est fait pour que les clients restent dans l'hôtel: piscines, bar/restaurant. Ce n'est pas comme cela que je conçois mes vacances. Cet hôtel malheureusement n'est pas fait pour moi.

• Zuzanna (9/5): Good value for money. Complete satisfaction. - In the hotel I found everything I needed for a nice and relaxed stay. My room was comfortable, clean and the kitchenette was equiped with the most necessary cooking utensils. I had a balcony with a nice view. I traveled alone and felt safe in the hotel. Both swimming pools were clean and cool, and what is great is that the area was overgrown with green grass and not concreted. The bar was also nice. A place worth recommending. I would come back with pleasure. Maybe the music at the second pool was a bit too loud.

Personnel tres aimable et a l écoute Les piscines sont tres agréables. Chambre relativement bien insonorisée. Literie confortable. Nous étions en plein mois d août, malgré une présence importante de groupe de jeunes, l ambiance était detendue et conviviale avec une atmosphère familiale. Un soir, des jeunes faisant un peu trop de bruit sur leur balcon vers 23h, le personnel est intervenu pour leur demander d arrêter. Nous avons apprécié. Il y avait toujours des transat de disponibles, Sejour très apprécié La seule déception a ete la chambre, en contraste avec le reste de l établissement. Dépourvue de table et de chaises... Heureusement que nous avions un petit balcon avec une toute petite table ronde et 3 chaises. La cuisine est plutôt une mini kitchenette avec le strict nécessaire. Pas de micro ondes ni de four, un petit frigo. La salle de bain toute petite est dans son "jus". La douche était juste un petit bac avec un rideau de douche et une pression de l eau tres insuffisante...il y a même un soir où j'ai du prendre une douche en bas vers la réception avec les cheveux pleins de shampoing😂car l eau coulait en filet...(qui cela dit etait tres agréable et propre pour une douche collective) A part ça, propreté irréprochable et des femmes de ménage qui entretiennent tous les jours. Bravo a elles.

• Giovanni (8/5): - The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with a truly lovely and well-located setting. The pools are gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant offers decent food, about average for this category. A less positive aspect is the air conditioning: it’s charged separately and, when you leave the room, the electricity is automatically cut off. This means you can’t cool the room before returning, which can be inconvenient on hot days. Overall, a nice place for a holiday, but with some limitations in the way certain services are managed.

The entire place was spotlessly clean, the pool area was beautifully maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout our visit. The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small.

The food is amazing too. There is nothing not to like about this place

• Joshua (9/5): I would come back anytime for any length - I love it, it far from the centre to avoid noise but close enough to be walkable at any time. Two big pools. The food was good and average price with any other place. The shower is just a curtain so a mess every night. The cooking facilities could be better, free soap for either the cooking area and the shower would be appreciated is horrible to buy a full bottle and need to grow it away almost full.

• Jelena (6/5): Pleasant - I like swimming pool and terrace of my room. They have safety box which is included in the price. Thats great! Air conditioning is including in the price too. That is very careful. The staff wasnt friendly with me...i dont know why, especially women who works on reception. She doesnt have smile and its not polite. Location is not good, for me its far away from the beach (in description write 450m but I think that is air distance), by leg its double distance, I think.

Room was OK, cleaning terrible at first but corrected after complaining. Shower not very nice. AC was good but costs 8 euro extra per night which is strange. Still this is great value for money!

Every night there was a lot of noise, one night I had to call security. Customers should be separated in the hotel according to each one's needs.

• Owen (10/5): A lovely place to kick back and relax! - Its a great place to relax, perfect distance from the center so you can do your thing in town and not be too far to head back at any time to enjoy some of the great and varied food from the chef! Very clean, definately an absolute steal for what you get!! Shout out to the gents at the bar for being patient with my excruciating wine hangover! The lady in reception who also works bar is also a gem. Everyone was. I even extended my stay... Ive still got a couple nights too. Nice work everyone. Im not nit picky :)

• Justinwevers (9/5): Superb - We had room 122, that was recently renovated and offered a lovely spacious room with good airco and a very beautiful bathroom that was absolutely fantastic! Great shower! Kitchen well provided for greek standard! Really lovely place! Rooms are a bit noisy but really this was such a little minus point compared to all the lovely plus points! Maybe a little other thing is that the bar / restaurant is slightly overpriced compared to the restaurants and bars nearby

Can see why it’s one of the most top rated places in Crete for the price you p - Food was great, drinks were good and the staff were very accommodating. For how good it was and being the cheapest hotel it was a bargain. Maybe more cooking utensils, knives etc. that’s all.

• Nine (8/5): Amazing price-quality - Great big pool, perfect to cool down in. Overall really good value for money. Good restaurant: average prices and really tasty. Location is just outside the main center, but walking distance, so no noice, only the advantages of being close. Quick wifi on the entire terrain. Friendly staff. Rooms are outdated, noisy and really need some maintenance. Beds are really hard, it's ok for a few nights, but wouldn't want to stay longer because of the hard beds, unless you like that.
• King (7/5): Great stay - The place is great, a few minutes walk from the center and beaches close by. Food is good, and available till late, great for those arriving later. The kids also really enjoyed the pool. AC in both rooms instead of 1 would be better, as leaving windows open at night is unbearable with mosquitos. The shower was small and the shower curtain stuck to you which was annoying. Some people in neighboring rooms kept us up at night being loud.

• Pawel (7/5): Not authentic. Everything is made to suit British guests so much that i imagine even them feel like being in England and - The pool is closed each evening. Much too early. The portions of food are given in OZ and not kg. you could change the shower courtains for something else. Like now all water goes to the floor in bathroom. Then it smells bad.
